   Got there at 7:30 and they seated us. Room was kinda empty. After we started our appetizer the staff started picking up the chairs all around us getting ready to mop the floors. If they wanted to close this room, why did they seat us there? There were plenty of tables in other areas where people were seated that we could have been seated. My lobster was over cooked I could not eat it. I won’t be back.

   Always a great dining experience! The tapas, the service, the wines, all excellent. In 20 years I’ve probably dined at Columbia between 50 and 60 times and never been disappointed.

   June was our very knowledgeable and pleasant server. We love this restaurant, the food is consistently delicious, and service is on point.

   The 1905 Salad and Empanadas were fabulous! I would recommend the half salad portion for a light appetite. Great for visitors as well as locals, groups and famalies. Lunch or dinner - but please make a reservation so you are not waiting a long time! Welcoming staff and great wervice.

   It wasnt June yet, only April 2025, but it was June at our table. June was our waitress, and she was on point. Since I travel pretty much year round and have since I was born, and now 62 years later, I know what a good waiter is and does. June was right up there with the best. We've been eating at Columbia for 23 years; she is the best. We've eaten at all of them except the original store in Tampa. We always make a stop at the Columbian once a month. 1905 salad and anything off the menu that catches your eye or stomach is a must. You won't be disappointed. We use the open table for reservations, and it's the only way to go. It's always crowded, and reservations are a must. We like sitting upstairs by the bar. Remember to try a sangria by the glass or pitcher.

   We had a great time at dinner last night!! Our server was excellent…she kept checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The place was packed but the service and food quality was still the best!!!

   Service was exceedingly slow. We waited 90 minutes for entree. When it did come out, he served people at table next to us first who had come 30-40 minutes after us. He didn’t ask if we wanted dessert. Very disappointing after good experience earlier in week. If this had been my first time, we would not have gone back.

   Food and service were excellent. The best paella I ever tasted! Everyone in my party enjoyed their food.

   Meal was good, but service was outstanding by our waiter Daniel. He was nice, personable, fast, efficient, polite, and one of the best waiters we have ever had !

    Service was slow. It was freezing cold in the restaurant so take a parka. Food was goon and on par with other Columbia restaurants.
