Exploité et géré au sein de la même famille depuis plus de 110 ans, le Columbia Restaurant est plébiscité pour son charme d'antan et sa cuisine espagnole/cubaine reconnue. Les tenues décontractées sont acceptées, mais nous n'autorisons pas les chemises sans manches sur les hommes. Venez déguster nos recettes familiales centenaires comme la paella à la Valenciana, le filet Mignon Columbia et des spécialités de fruits de mer frais. Goûtez à la salade d'origine du Columbia 1905 Salad®, préparée avec un délicieux assaisonnement frais, une recette centenaire à base d'ail, d'origan, de vinaigre de vin et d'huile d'olive extra vierge espagnole. Ne manquez pas de déguster un bon vin espagnol comme le Montecillo ou le Campillo.     Food was good/ok. We’ve had better experiences there, maybe an off night(?). Server wasn’t personal; we were treated like a checklist (again, maybe an off night?).

    Nice evening - Saturday night and Mother’s Day weekend, super busy, but serve was great and she was running for everyone. Always enjoy the salad and we had an excellent shrimp appetizer! Go - you will enjoy!

    Classic Columbia! 1905 Salad, Cuban Sandwich and red sangria! Key lime pie to finish. Food and service did not disappoint!

    Always great meal in beautiful setting. The inside with open patio doors is a great location to enjoy the delicious food and St Armands Circle. Loved the Cava Sangria, 1905 Salad and pollo machato. Make sure to ask for Cisti for great service and food recommendations.

    The Columbia is always a “fix” for me when I’m in Florida, usually at the original in Ybor City. This time, I was doing business in Sarasota and stopped by this location. It’s a short Uber ride from the main city of Sarasota out to St Armands Circle. The reception was great and since I was alone, I sat at the bar. David the bartender immediately wished me a Happy Birthday. I don’t recall saying anything specifically about that in my reservation, meaning they looked at my profile. The manager came over to give me good wishes too. This was a wonderful gesture and being on the road alone away from family to have this acknowledged was very comforting. Of course I had to have the stables of a visit ti Columbia, Cuban Old Fashion, original bread to start. My entree was the Paella, served tableside, with a pitcher of Sangria. Great show and detailed prep right in view. As an acknowledgment, they served their famous Flan with a candle. Needless to say that this experience was grand and the institution I’ve always appreciated is not imbedded in a memorable celebration forever. I’ll never forget this visit and feel even closer to the Columbia Restaurant
