   Columbia Restaurant is a favorite of ours both for celebratory gathering as a couple or with family, or a night out with friends. The ambience is lively, the food never fails to be delicious… it is well worth the drive from Orlando.

   Everything is always outstanding at Columbia! Tomato salad a must! Bread worth every carb! Eggplant entree better than any Italian restaurant!

   My brother recommended this restaurant and it was WOW!!! Amazing place. Beautiful restaurant, excellent service and the food was exquisite! Will definitely go back when we’re visiting the area.

   Really great service and food. The only disappointment was they asked if this was a special occasion and I wrote to tell them what it was and they never mentioned it while I was there.

   We had a truly wonderful experience at Columbia Restaurant in Celebration. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and professional. The historic ambiance combined with the charming Spanish décor created a unique and inviting atmosphere. The food was outstanding. We especially enjoyed the signature 1905 Salad, prepared tableside, which was fresh and flavorful. Our entrees, including the Paella a la Valenciana and the Chicken Rioja, were expertly cooked and beautifully presented. The sangria was a perfect complement to the meal—refreshing and authentically prepared. While the prices were somewhat on the higher side, the quality of the food and the overall experience justified the cost. It’s clear that great care is taken in both the preparation and presentation of each dish. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and consistency in both food and service. The staff ensured that our dining experience was seamless, and they were knowledgeable about both the menu and the restaurant’s storied history. Columbia Restaurant in Celebration is a gem that offers both quality cuisine and exceptional hospitality. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for an elevated yet comfortable dining experience.

   Lovely experience on the outdoor patio. Tapas and sangria were delicious. Columbia never disappoints!
