   A long time favorite. Service is always observant and there but not intrusive. Food served with a flair. Quick service. What was supposed to be cold was cold and what was intended to be hot was hot. Good sized servings. Flavorful. Very pleasant dining experience once again.

   First time at this restaurant. The atmosphere was great. Loved the photos on the walls with some history. We dined early (4:45) and the restaurant was about 20% filled, by the time we left they were at 80%+ so go early if you want to get in as seating may be harder at a later time as this seems to be a popular location. The crab croquettes were fantastic with a slight spicey tone. So many appetizers that our next visit might just be a meal of appetizers. We both had dinners that had pork in it and unfortunately it was overcooked. I did tell the waiter and he promptly replaced it with 6 beautiful sauteed shrimp which tasted great. My wife just doesn't like to complain (only to me ... lol) so she just put it aside. She was full anyway as the portion for dinner was quite nice and more then she can consume. Everything else was great so we won't let a little pork get in the way of a nice meal and great service. We will be going back as we are looking forward to tackling all those appetizers that were mouthwatering. Thank you, Efran - your service was great.

   The service was great and ambience was beautiful. Other than the famous 1905 salad, the food was way underwhelming. Mine was cold and the yellow rice was literally mush. My husband ordered a Steak with an onion/ parsley topping, no flavor in the meat at all. The 1905 salad was pretty good, reminded me of a slightly different version of olive garden.

   We were seated before our reservation time at a great table. The waiter was quick to introduce himself and take a drink order. My wife and I ordered the 1905 salad and seafood stuffed Pompano. We finished up with the bread pudding. We were both overwhelmed by the quality of the food and drink as it bursted with savory flavors. Service was outstanding.

   The complete experience was great and highly recommend. The 1905 Salad is always a favorite. Tried the stuffed shrimp for the first time tonight and it was delicious. The sparkling sangria is always a go to as well. Can’t go wrong dining here!

   Met a friend and we had a delightful lunch. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Love the tableside presentation! It was a fun lunch. Will definitely go back. The mint in the check was delicious!

    Great restaurant located across the lake in Celebration, Fla. White table cloth and napkins adorn your table. Great wait staff. Be sure to try the red sangria and 1905 salad! Both prepared at your table. Plenty of parking available. Come early or stay after dinner to enjoy the shops. Food was very good. Cuban bread served with meal was fantastic. Found similar bread at Walmart (Gidrines Puerto Rican) for $1.47/loaf. Reservation highly recommended. Won’t be disappointed.

    We come to Celebration for Dr’s appts from time to time. When we do we make a reservation for a lunch date & sit outside! It’s a covered area with ceiling fans offering a nice breeze & pleasant atmosphere! The food & service are always exceptional! For those who enjoy a good walk after lunch, the path around the lake offers a nice place to stroll! All in all, Columbia Restaurant-Celebration never disappoints!

    We ate here for Mother’s Day and the food was very good and the service was excellent. I have food allergies and the waiter and manager paid close attention to the menu and was able to adapt to my food limitations. We will definitely eat here again.

    Our family enjoys dining at Columbia. We come to celebrate many of our special occasions. Piece of Advise, reserve ahead (a month) if you want a table. Also, the 1905 Salad is adaptive, word of caution, ask for a small portion.

    We eat at Columbia at Celebration about every other month for the past ten years. This latest experience was one of the worst we have had. The Server was poor and took way too long. She brought our salads out with the main course, whereas, in the past, we had our salads served prior to entree. I had asked for mixed vegetables instead of yellow rice, but she forgot and brought me yellow rice. She than brought me vegetables, but it was a plate of pea pods, nothing else. When we got the bill, she had charged me $6.00 for the vegetables and I had to inform her that they were in lieu of the rice. She agreed and took the $6.00 off the bill. All in all, not an experience I have come to expect from Columbia.

    Our experience at Columbia was great, though there is room for slight improvement. One thing I should mention is we had a “D” shaped table that made it extremely hard to speak to the rest of the party and I personally left with an injured neck and back from turning to speak to the people on the other side of the table. Will definitely try to get a standard table next time(m (we did not choose this table). The food was very good though we had a few small issues (received wrong items) and had to wait for condiments a long time. Overall we had a very good lunch and will be back to try it again. Hopefully with a more comfortable table.

    Our waiter Hussen was just the best! Attentive but not hovering. Offered suggestions that would be ok for my gluten free wife. Sincere and thoughtful. The food was amazing. Authentic and cooked to perfection. The pitcher of mojitos was the best we have ever had and complimented by a stirrer of sugar cane. Nice touch. We spent a few hours there; between the cocktails, tapas and main course. We definitely recommend this restaurant!
