   Columbia House Restaurant has always been one of my favorite restaurants when I am in Orlando. There was an issue with our reservation and Chris immediately resolved with perfectly. Danny Boy was our bartender and he made the best Tango Mango. Marlon was our server and he provided exceptional customer service. Thank you and we will see you all soon.

   The 1905 Salad and Gazpacho soup are simply fabulous! We sat at the bar with friendly and very attentive bartenders…it was an enjoyable evening.

   We dined outside on the back terrace and it was like we were in a Spanish garden. The food is amazing and healthy!

   Beautiful place, food was decent. Very cold employees. No one was smiling no one made us feel welcome will never go back.

   Service was terrible. 15 minute wait for water. Waste of money. No comparison to Ybor location.

   Our waitress Carla was very good and knowledgeable of the menu. She recommended a shrimp dish that my son loved.

    Stepping through the arched wooden doors, I was immediately transported to early‑20th‑century Spain and Cuba. Hand‑painted tiles, wrought‑iron fixtures, and dark mahogany accents create a grand yet welcoming dining room that nods to the Columbia’s 1905 Tampa origins. Fresh‑baked Cuban bread arrived tableside—individual mini‑loaves, crackling outside, airy within—accompanied by whipped butter. It set a nostalgic, comforting tone and doubled as the ideal vehicle for any lingering tapas sauces. The devil-crab croquettes were a masterclass in texture—crisp exterior yielding to sweet blue‑crab filling laced with a whisper of sherry and paprika. Essential order (note they are DEEP-fried). The shrimp al ajillo were plump Gulf shrimp bathed in sizzling garlic‑olive‑oil broth, finished with fino sherry. Perfectly cooked; the broth begged to be sopped up by your Cuban bread! A compact yet thoughtful cocktail list balances classics with Iberian twists. Highlights included the Sangria de Cava (bright, effervescent, not overly sweet) and a Classic Old Fashioned kissed with Pedro Ximénez. Each drink arrived swiftly, correctly diluted, and visually polished and helped move the night along!!! Alysa guided the evening with a confident warmth—anticipating refills, pacing courses, and offering menu insights without hovering. Her genuine enthusiasm for Columbia’s menu elevated the experience and ensured seamless transitions between tapas, mains, and cocktails. Definitely a must if visiting Celebration!!!!
