Celebrating selling our house in Savannah!
Great service and food as always!
Delicious food and wonderful service. They’re being as safe as possible and still giving a great dining experience. Will definitely be back!
always love going to collins quarter - have never had a bad experience here. the wait staff are so friendly and knowledgeable - the food was fantastic, interesting menu, and a great dry martini - what more could i want, thank you
Popular place with indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Service was excellent.
We were ignored at the front door for quite some time while the hostess was MIA and another employee was to busy chatting with a regular. Two different servers came by and said someone will be right with us. Wondered what we’d gotten ourselves into. After someone finally came to seat us everything changed. Our server was awesome with recommendations and quick to get us our drinks. The duck confit toast was amazing. The burger was quite possibly the best I have ever had. My wife’s steak was perfectly cooked and the miso hollandaise sauce was a great finish. The woman who brought the dishes from the kitchen had a great demeanor and attitude. You could feel her smile through the mask. Would definitely go back and will recommend to anyone who will listen to me.
Same high quality, creative dishes and friendly service that we expect from the Collins Quarter - we’ll be back!
It was amazing food with delicious cocktails. Our waitress was friendly
Limited menu, so so service. We both ordered steak & frites- nothing to write home about. Beer was warm.
Definitely more of a cocktail spot than dinner. Only had 4-5 entrees. Food was good, but Just limited options. Better to go for drinks and finger foods to share on the table.
We were extremely disappointed in our experience last night at Collins Quarter. This used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but they have changed the menu. There are limited selections now. There used to be a really good house salad but now the 3 salad options are all too strange. And they used to have this chicken dish that was served over a bed of grains and I think green beans with a fried egg on top. So delicious. Now there is just chicken served with some pickled veggie. My husband got the burger which was good but the fries were not salted and there was no salt or pepper on the table. We had a gift card which was given to us as a wedding gift a mere 17 weeks prior ( restaurant was closed for months due to the pandemic) but they had no way to read the gift card. They said they no longer had the equipment to read the gift cards, so we had to rely on our memory for the amount. Oh and we stared with a cheese plate which had some good cheeses on it, but not enough bread/crackers for the cheese. The waitress did bring more bread when requested, but she said that everyone asks for more. So if you know that you do not give enough bread in the first place, why not increase the bread amount rather than making the customers track down a waitress?
Overall good experience. Limited menu not sure if it's due to COVID-19 restrictions. My one complaint is that they don't serve sweet wine. Other then that it was good.
Went for brunch, and it did not disappoint. We sat outside, it was a beautiful morning. Our server was awesome, I wish i could really his name it was his birthday actually! Anyways he recommended the Swine Beni and the Avocado Smash as well as several cocktails we tried the double espresso white Russian. All excellent! Would return again to try other menu items, possibly go back for dinner!
Collins Quarter is an excellent dining choice when in Savannah. We have eaten here before nd have never been disappointed. Food was excellent and came at just the right time as we enjoyed the outdoor seating and good conversation. Our server Joey was very attentive to our needs as well as the other staff. I would highly recommend as a go to place in Savannah
Great place to people watch. So so food and service.
Would recommend for a cute date or girls night! Definitely get reservations, it fills up quickly!
Friendly staff. Great food. Despite being a nice restaurant it was still very family friendly.
Food is delightful. Creative dishes and great presentation. Restaurant was busy and staff had a bit of difficulty in being fully attentive.
This is the place to go for a special occasion. They get it right!
We sat at a corner arranged table where we sat next to each other, enhancing the romantic feel we were hoping for.
We began sharing a delicious beet salad and ordered lamb shank for dinner. The lamb was perfectly cooked and melted in my mouth. This dish is by far the best lamb shank I have ever had. It paired nicely with the Australian red blended wine that Virginia, our server recommended.
Best service, great menu.
We had great service from Virginia in the initially quieter back section--this changed about 2/3 of the way through the meal when a huge bachelorette party came in. We got the lamb (absolutely amazing, especially the gnocchi), the scallops (also incredible), the salmon (ok), and the shepherd's pie (mostly potatoes, a little bit of meat, no other veggies), with the pear tart for dessert (not what I was expecting based on the description, but very good, especially the cinnamon ice cream). The wine selections were great, and Virginia was very helpful with making our choices. We came back a couple of mornings later for a flat white from the carry out window, which was also good. I would definitely recommend a reservation on a weekend night; they were packed when we came in for our 7:45 reservation.
Food was terrific. Cheese board was huge, could have taken care of 8. Wonderful cheeses.
Only down was speed. Our waitress was training in someone new, but looonnngg wait for drinks. Appetizer and food timing was perfect, but also long wait for second drink.
Nice dining experience for dinner although not quite as good as past experiences at their brunch and lunch.
Friendly and attentive service.
Food. Duck was tender and cooked nicely but way too salty - just too bathed in soy. Gnocchi was missing from the lamb dish so a bit disappointed. So just 3/5.
Ambiance. Generally pleasant. A bit noisy due to interior surfaces and a bit dark.
It was awesome!
Thoroughly enjoyed our food and service!
And, we were given a free glass of champagne when we told staff we were there
to celebrate our recent engagement. Such a lovely gesture!
Without a DOUBT - the best restaurant. Ok... the best chain of restaurants. Fitzroy and Collins quarter could be the only two restaurants in Savannah and I will be done for life. Thank you for always receiving me with a smile on your faces! Food? PERFECT.
I am just excitedly waiting for the Spring menu and the new opening at the park!!
The food was incredible but the service was lacking. We had a 7:30 reservation on a Friday night so we expected it to be busy, but entire meal took three hours. We waited over two hours for our main courses and had to flag our server to ask about it. He spent very little time checking in with us and was not communicative at all about the delay-we would have been okay with it had he stopped by to update or been more apologetic. Would eat the food again but am not over eager to redo that experience.
Good food, very good service. I would recommend it without hesitation.
Ate there two nights in a row. Awesome food, service beyond compare! Staff is outstanding. The best secret in Savannah. Fantastic.
Hostess was horrible. He didn’t even make eye contact or welcome us- in fact he said nothing- not even hello! He left us standing there and walked off to get menus- we weren’t sure whether to follow or not. He seated us without a word.
After ordering drinks, we waited a really, really long time. The whole place was understaffed. The waitress was not friendly and seemed disinterested.
Wonderful dinner selections & Joey was a superb waiter. It was a delightful experience for four locals!
The Collins Quarter is a great find, not far from the main action of Savannah, great food and cocktail menu. It is awesome for brunch, but dinner proved just as good. Wait staff is young and personable. A little loud, but overall wonderful.
Attentive service and delicious food. Beef Tartare and Lamb Shanks were the best I have ever had.
Very attentive staff and the food was excellent! We were entertaining out of town guests, and they had a blast!!!
This was my second trip to Savannah in a year and the second time eating at Collins Quarters. We had brunch the first time and decided on having dinner there this time. Our server seemed new and somewhat unsure of herself. The timing of the courses was terrible. We were barely halfway through our appetizer when our entrees showed up making a tight space even smaller. We finished out dinner and I asked for decaf tea with dessert. First she didn’t know what decaf teas they had and then got the options wrong. I think the third try i finally ordered tea. In the meantime dessert arrived and we waited and waited for the tea but finished dessert before the tea arrived. When the tea finally arrived it was brought with no spoon, no milk, honey or sugar and our server disappeared. I just drank it as is a asked for the check. Quite disappointed.
I had an amazing experience at collins quarter! The staff were super friendly and helpful and very attentive. The food was remarkable! You can taste that the chef really loves their job. It was perfect. My one critique was the positions of the tables in the dining area, where I was sat, staff and customers kept kicking my chair as the pasted. I will be sure to return to this amazing restaurant.
A worthwhile dining experience on this m, our first trip to Savannah.
We understand the hype, now. It was a pretty laid back cafe, but the ambience wasn’t so casual that it wouldn’t be a special night.
The food was amazing. I highly recommend the hot chicken.
Issue with the older restroom was the only problem.
I’ve been several times and it’s always an excellent experience. We always request to have Joey as our waiter, he’s the best waiter we’ve ever had...and we eat out regularly. Joey goes way above and beyond to make sure our experience is always top notch and it always is,
Absolute gem of a restaurant , great food, great drink, gray service, could not ask for more,
