Fashioned after the widely popular coffee café restaurants of Melbourne, The Collins Quarter brings a taste of Australia and the Pacific Rim to Savannah.

By day, The Collins Quarter is a bustling and vibrant café, serving an all day brunch menu and delicious beverages. By night, the café transforms into a candle lit restaurant. Inspired by the rich culinary diversity of Australia, both the daytime and nighttime menus are supported by the freshest produce, interesting meats and delectable seafood; all innovatively assembled by excellent chefs.

The Café offers espresso drinks in all its machinations. A custom La Marzocco machine provides the horsepower for the espresso beverages and cold filtered coffee is courtesy of a handmade Coffee brewer from Korea. Drip coffee drinkers and espresso fanatics alike are sure to be satisfied by the extensive coffee menu.

We were seated in the lower back area by a large party of teenagers that had no consideration of the fellow diners. They were shouting at each other across the table. When I asked our server to say something to them she said all she could do was talk to her manager. They dimmed the lights in that area but it did little to hinder the kids. Finally, after they ate their food and left, the ambience improved. By the looks of the other diners in this area, we were not the only patrons disturbed by all the noise. Also, our appetizer of Ricotta cheese (whoch was excellent) came out with burned bread. The bar was slow and our wine bottle came out after our meal was served by about five minutes. The meal itself was wonderful which redeemed the restaurant from getting a poor rating from me. I would probably give this restaurant a second try before deciding if this was a one off experience.

Would definitely recommend this restaurant for dinner. The menu is not huge, but everything we ordered was delicious. The “Kiss-mas” rose gin cocktail is a must. Our server Erin made sure we were well taken care of. The restaurant was busy and there was a group who were having a wonderful time, but were a little on the loud side. No fault of the restaurant, but our conversation was a little difficult at times, having said that you will not go wrong dining at The Collins Quarter.

Wonderful experience at Collins Quarter! We were very early for our reservation but the host was able to offer us a nice table in the bar area. My strip steak was so tender and flavorful and my husbands short ribs were the best he’s ever had. Our server was friendly and attentive. my only slight complaint was that the lighting was minimal and it would have been nice to have seen the plates of food and enjoyed presentation.

Took my husband here for dinner during a staycation anniversary trip. Ambience was great and service was impeccable. The only true issue was the 2 entrees we got were heavily salted. Overall a good place and will try again.

Love the ambiance. The bacon wrapped dates and brie dip were delicious. I also highly recommend the salmon! Cooked to perfection with an amazing mushroom sauce.

Great service….average food! Our outdoor seating choice was not the best. Small children and diners who brought dogs along were not appreciated. Perhaps acceptable for lunch but not evening dinner!

Everything was outstanding. Imaginative, top-quality food. Very nice ambiance. Waitstaff were delightful. Highly recommend the Labne appetizer; Beet Salad was excellent; Fingerling potatoes were an incredible bargain. Very good place for vegetarians like us.

Anthony and his team continue to deliver some of the best food in Savannah. My wife had the salmon and I enjoyed the chicken. The ricotta appetizer was great as well.

I have eaten here a few times in past year. Food is always excellent however the service was lacking a bit. Our appetizer came out well before our drinks. Server never brought me a steak knife for my meal and it took food runner 5 mins to return with one. Overall a good dinner but service needs to improve to match price

The food was amazing.. however something happened to our order- we got our appetizer and drinks very quickly. Our main dishes took 45 min after our appetizer was cleared. And the side dish of potatoes was not brought with the main dishes but rather half way through our meal. I was offered free dessert for the wait, but as our dishes were being cleared they threw the check down on the table. I was never offered another drink. The waitress did take the potatoes off the bill when I asked about the dessert and said she forgot. It was a disappointing experience-

Wonderful dining experience. The menu and atmosphere are very well curated, and the staff is top-notch. If you’re into unique and creative flavors, this is a great spot to try in Savannah. Nearly everything is shareable, so it’s perfect for a tapas style dinner date or a fun night out with friends. Get the scallops!

Unfortunately it was a very long wait for our entrees - almost 45 minutes and no communication or apology from our waitress on the long delay. She also never asked if either of us wanted another drink. I ordered the chicken with risotto - the risotto was warm at best, definitely not hot, and chicken was better but not great. Also, i would recommend updating menu to read risotto WITH asparagus. As it currently reads, I was under the impression there would be a few asparagus links on the plate not 3 bite sized pieces within the risotto. The beet salad was 10/10 delicious!!!

Driving through Savannah to Florida and picked this restaurant without knowing anything about the area or the establishment. Wonderful surprise! It is located in a great location and the food and service were stellar. Also good choices for gluten free!

Our server Lydia was quite a treat! We had a quick date night and had a quiet table on the lower section of Collins Quarter. We've dined there many times, but this night was especially great! Looking forward to our next time!

Wonderful food but their timing was off and we waited nearly an hour for entrees. We also sat outside by choice and perhaps should have expected the barnyard smell due to the horse drawn carriages. Our server was fantastic.

Our waitress Sydney was great. The scallops were cooked inconsistently (from under seared to burnt), and they brought a new dish. The saffron risotto was under seasoned. It was our birthdays, and our waitress brought out a complimentary cake with a candle.

We were very pleased with our meals at Collins Quarter. Their Beet Salad was very good. Then the Flash Fried Trout was terrific as were the prawns. All was very good and the decor was good with utilizing the brick of the building.
