The art gallery, dining room, and coffee house lounge combine to create a one of a kind elegant dining experience.
Lunch is served week days with a relaxed atmosphere . Desserts are made fresh daily to complete this journey of the senses.
The food is always as inspiring as the art.
My daughter has been wanting to take me here ever since she ate here last summer. We ordered goat cheese balls and scallop cakes. The most delicious things ever! The scallop cakes are like nothing else you’ve ever tried. Don’t share one..you’ll want one all to yourself. It was our good fortune to get there the last night they were open before a ten day break AND we got the last creme brûlée 🥰
Excellent "fine dining" restaurant. The food was delicious and presentation was outstanding. The dessert case in the entry area was loaded with delectable options. This restaurant would be our top pick for special occasions for a memorable experience.
Outstanding service and food was top notch!
We had a great waiter - Beautiful dining room-succulent lamb chops- Great tiramisu.
Tommy greeted us and Jacqueline was a great server in the art filled dining room. Rack of Lamb, trout and grouper were all excellent. OMG cake, mint chocolate Gelato and a Christmas macroon were out of this world. Very tasty coffee as well. No like most Myrtle Beach restaurants, this is a special place. Excellent wine list too. If you like fine dining this is the place for you. Not for cheap people but we'll worth the money. Thanks to Tommy.
Our food was delicious! We started with the scallops that exploded with flavor. I never try new things but decided to go with the NC Mountain Trout and I was not disappointed. I am so happy that I didn’t have a boring steak! We were celebrating Christmas and everyone had a great time and enjoyed their food. We will definitely be back.
I am a repeat customer for one of their dishes....scallops. There is a unique blend of flavors that can't be found elsewhere. I also love their hot coffee drinks.
On a recent off-season visit to Myrtle Beach a local friend suggested our party of 6 meet at Collector's Cafe. The ambiance is one of an urban area local restaurant that tourists don't know about. The tables are nicely spaced, so even though the restaurant was full, we felt we as though we were alone in the room. Our waitress was extremely efficient and just the right amount of friendly. The food was superb. This restauant really was a highlight of our trip. Five stars.
The prices made us expect some wows that we didn't get there with dinner for four a week ago. At 3/4 the price it might get another bump up. At 1/2 the price it would get a top rating.
Had the most wonderful experience and above and beyond service. Please find this hidden gem! The food is delicious and the homemade desserts were out of this world. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed having dinner here. We will back for sure.
Enjoyed our meal. Ordered the fish of the day over grilled vegetables. Was very good. Also the seafood bruschetta was good. House bread serving very small. Almost non existent. Service was excellent.
Unfortunately the service was poor and the food whilst being creative didn’t quite hit the spot for us.
We had great meals with excellent service and presentation. Highly recommend this restaurant
The food is excellent. However. I feel $31- low 40's is really not giving the customers much of an option in price range's. The appetizers are very good but again pricing $17. & $18. There is no dinner salad and if you want one, it's under the appetizers pricing. I brought out of town company, from DC. The woman only would order 2 items from the appetizer list. Refusing to order over a $30 entree, saying it's not that she couldn't afford it, it was the principal. There should be entree's offered on the lower price spectrum. Plus, our waitstaff person's demeanor changed when we didn't order alcohol, and my friend only had the apps. The comment was, "Did you get enough?"My friend felt it was a rude. Coffee was good, cappuccino is perfect & desserts are outstanding. The artwork is a real nice feature but, For that pricing we felt it shoulda come with an ocean front view. LOL
ALWAYS exceptional food, service and love the art!
Food was very interesting and unique. It was very tasty. We had an attentive server. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
We had a girls weekend and my pick of Resturants was the Collectors Cafe. It did not disappoint! My friend got the Filet and I got the snapper. It melted in our mouths! Perfect!! The desserts are amazing as well. Yes, the Resturant is a tad pricy but worth every penny. If you are looking for a nice evening out or want to impress a friend, this is the place to take them.
Waiter was fantastic
Food and service good to excellent but very pricey.
Made a reservation for our Anniversary a day and a half prior. Arrived 15mins early and was seated at the bar to wait for our table at 8pm.
Had to remind the matradee about our reservation, was promptly seated at a 6person high top table directly in front of the bathrooms and kitchen service staff door.
We asked if there was an alternative only to be offered a cocktail table near the bar.
We decided it was not worth a $45 per plate atmosphere and seating.
Found better accommodations one block north, same side of street with great service and a delicious food. We enjoyed eating dessert on the outdoor patio swings.
Our first time dining at Collector's Cafe. The food was exceptional! We loved the atmosphere and selections.
Great food and service! Always a great experience!
Food was delicious! I highly recommend the scallops. Wait staff was very friendly and did not rush us.
We choose this spot because the online marketing states it went like cream and brûlée. We wanted cream brûlée for our anniversary and they didn’t have it! Did go extra mile with hearts and glitter on table for our celebration and the food was stellar. Best tuna appetizer I’ve ever had.
Worst art ever on the walls
Caesar salad dressing was poor
The carpaccio was very good
The special, grilled grouper, was small, dry and tasteless. And the server didn't think to tell me it was a fillet. I expected a whole grilled fish.
The miso salmon was good
The black rice was too sweet
Generally overpriced for what was served
Great service. Expensive, but worth it.
The food was absolutely amazing. Literally everything from the fried goat cheese appetizer to the OMG! cake for dessert was perfect.
We celebrated our twenty five year anniversary for our engagement dinner🎊🎉
Dinner and service were exceptional. Thank you for 25 years of fantastic meals and atmosphere.
Been here many times. The food, service and atmosphere continue to be excellent.
Great food. Interesting offerings. Best tiramisu I have ever have. This is our second visit. Never disappoints.
Very nice lunch bistro setting in small shopping center with original art filled walls. The pesto chicken flatbread was very good. Homemade potato chips were excellent! Service was relaxed. Would return for quiet, enjoyable meal.
Very good experience ! Rates up with the best in Myrtle Beach. Always must save room for the scrumptious desserts. Always a good experience
Our favorite in Myrtle beach. Great food and service. Wine by the glass not great. Should have sent mine back (never done that before). Been coming here for years. Always 5 stars. This time had 3 large parties that were loud. Before that, quiet and comfortable. Waitress ( Dakota) was terrific. Highly recommend the trout with Hoppin John. Unique and perfectly done. One of my favorite entrees anywhere! So just a "bad" night at 4 stars. Go! Get the trout!
We had reservations at 6:30 and when we arrived at 6:15, we were seated at the front entrance table. I kindly asked if we could sit anywhere but here, her answer was “all those tables are reserved.” It’s 6:15, I pointed to several other 4 top opportunities and stated we had reservations too, No luck. The first person you see and speak to at a restaurant is so important in how the evening begins, our waitress Martina made up for it though, Nice Work Martina!!!
My husband took me here for my birthdat. The food was amazing as always. Shanah was our server and she the best! Always helpful and friendly.
Great place. Enjoyed the wine and the food. The desert was over the top (OMG cake) . We had the grilled fish and it was prepared flawlessly. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to share recommendations on menu items.
Bel ambiance cosy. Le repas était excellent et que dire du service, impeccable. On y retourne!
Collectors is a comfortable song with local art on display for sale. The food is very good and is the service. Always a special time.
Very Cool Ambience but very pricey
