Excellent and a fun experience. The food and the art was superb!
The food was excellent. Our entire table had the Ribeye and all were pleased.
Elegant dining and beautiful artwork. The scallop cake was wonderful!
Great experience, excellent service and great food
Our first experience with you and it lived up to the glowing recommendations that led us to you...everything was excellent and the food was truly outstanding....look forward to our next visit.
Date but not really. Been married 26 yrs and have a time share here so we always come here for dinner our first night. Great food, great ambiance.
Delicious food - great service- on the expensive side
Due to much illness & surgery, my husband & I waited for months to celebrate our 50th Golden Anniversary. Collectors Cafe lived up to everything we had heard & more. Thank you for our wonderful dinner & excellent service.
if you are in the Myrtle Beach area - go! Not inexpensive, but delish
My daughters birthday.
Food is always excellent. and the Desserts are incredible.
The food was great as was our waiter! You’ll just drop some change when you go.
Have never had a bad meal at the Collector’s Cafe. A close intimate location with outstanding art work decorating the walls. Will be back next time I’m in the area.
Always get the mussels if they are available!!! We would have ordered them as our entree had that been offered.
Went for Valentine’s Day. I overheard them say it was their busiest time of year, so I was surprised when it took nearly 2 hours to get our dinner after one appetizer. The service staff were really nice and checked on us frequently. The food was very good and well balanced, made with quality ingredients. Our lamb wasn’t temperature hot which lead me to believe it didn’t come to the table as soon as it was ready. The decor was dated and dusty. There was one bathroom for quite a large restaurant that was not handicap accessible.
Atmosphere great. Food very good. Not a large selection for entreesbbut what we selected was good. Goat cheese appetizer great!
I have always loved this restaurant, however I have only been going to it for 4 years now and it seems like each year the prices go up and the portions go down! The food is outstanding in it's category!
We loved the atmosphere and feel. After years of people telling us we had to visit, we finally made it. The scallop app was fantastic, and everything else was good... not great. What didn't help was our service. I asked 2 different people if our server was new, but oddly she wasn't. Not very attentive or knowledgeable in menu and either lacked experience in fine dining experience , or just didn't care very much. We may go back for drinks at the bat, but not dinner.
Collector's Cafe is a unique place in that it has nice artwork, which is for sale, displayed throughout the restaurant. It is fun to walk around with a glass of wine and check them out and maybe even buy a unique piece of art. The menu is somewhat limited and is quite pricey. I got the trout for $35 which was prepared breaded and fried and had a smearing of black eyed peas and rice on top of the fish. I found the fish to be overcooked and the beans and rice on top were smokey tasting which overpowered the delicate flavor of trout. My friend got the filet which was a rather small filet with a dollop of mashed potatoes, not worth the $45 it cost. The meat was over salted as well. But then we ordered dessert and that is where this restaurant shines! We ordered the coconut cake and it was absolutely to die for! It was like a tres leches cake with coconut frosting. The cake was drenched in coconut milk it was quite divine.
Our server was very pleasant and gave us good service.
I suggest going there for dessert and coffee and skip the overpriced entrees.
It’s been sometime since I’ve eaten at this restaurant, it didn’t seem the same standard this time. Four went for lunch, one had the quiche, it was tasty although pastry was a little well done. Two had the chicken flatbread and one, the shaved beef flatbread, it was ok but the home made chips were just terrible. Soft and greasy. We finished the lunch with coffee and biscotti - they were fabulous!! I hope this was just an ‘off’ day. I would certainly recommend for coffee and dessert.
Very nice for a quiet lunch.
Great atmosphere and some of the best dishes on the strand. Will not disappoint!
When we got there, they showed no reservation for us. They managed to find a table in a corner for us at the last minute but your reservation system did not work
Our server was poor. She didn’t get our drinks right, and forgot to offer water and bread.
Great food!! Wonderful service provided by Dakota!! First Class dining experience!!!
Christmas lunch with my staff

They would not take my reward. Said they know nothing about open table???? What the heck???also 21 Main just honored 16 dollars not 20 dollars??? What’s going on? Embarrassing for us
The food is tasty. The grouper was phenomenal and one of the best restaurants in Myrtle Beach
A very nice early lunch. Back room dining room quiet table. Can't say this was outstanding, but definitely a cut above the surrounding restaurant scene.
Service was good the food was amazing
Lovely restaurant with excellent service! The food was delicious and creative. Went there with 3 other women. They LOVED their food. I was disappointed as a pescaterian, they had very few food items that didnt include some sort of pork, particularly bacon. My friends had a trout dish that looked amazing, but was prepared with bacon. I ended up ordering the oyster appetizer, which was delicious and pretty much enough for a meal. An excellent experience overall
The best rib-eye I've ever eaten. The art is really entertaining. I loved strolling through the restaurant and I really enjoyed being able to hear the music over my neighbor's table conversation. Very nice indeed
We always make it a point to go to Collector’s Cafe whenever we are in Myrtle Beach. He soup of the day is always good, regardless what it is. The cakes alone are worth a visit. This time we shared the salted caramel and the blueberry, basil crepe cakes. Both were delicious.
as fantastic as any one of the top ten restaurants in the world
Always good, no surprises. Beautiful environment to enjoy great food.
Great food and great evening. The mahi special was amazing. We enjoyed having Alex as our server.
WORST customer service I have ever received. Service was almost non-existent and food was just ok.
