Fabulous time. Excellent food. We had an excellent evening
It was excellent service and magnificent food!
Grouper was so delicious and beef tenderloins! I also recommend the goat salad! They give you a strawberry intermezzo to clean your palette in between! Outstanding food and service! Our favorite place we ate in St Augustine!
Excellent dinner and service. Our only complaint was that the restaurant was out of one of their glass offerings of wine - Moscato.
Seems like a small restaurant with limited offerings would be able to have ALL of their offerings available.
Collage never disappoints! My grouper was cooked to perfection with the sauce and all accoutrements in harmony. Tastebuds savored every bite! The chef prepared a vegan dish for one of us which was plentiful and exciting! The bread, roasted garlic, and infused olive oil are always a highlight as well. And service... impeccable!
This is our favorite restaurant in St A. Always excellent.
We love this restaurant! The service (the people!) are attentive, professional and always well trained. The food is "out of this world" and by far the best quality, taste, and presentation in the entire area. It is the best restaurant anywhere near St. Augustine!!
Our meal was excellent
Great night and can’t wait to dine with you again!
Great place for newlyweds, couples, celebrating wedding anniversary, special occasion and Valentines Day. Small groups too. Very intimate and dishes were excellent.
This was an anniversary dinner and we wanted a small intimate venue with a reputation for excellence. The Collage did not disappoint. Everything was outstanding, the food, the wine, the service. For a special night out, you can't go wromg.
Wonderful food! My favorite item (Teres Major) is no longer on the menu, which is really sad. The fillet was very good, though. Please bring back the Teres Major!! Everything about this restaurant is great.
The food was excellent! The server JJ was amazing !!
The chef was very accommodating of my Gluten Intolerance and modified my choice of an entree’
By far our favorite restaurant In St Augustine and beyond. It is a good thing we do not live closer we would be broke but worth every penny!! From start to finish everything was perfect. Started with the beef tartare. I had paella and spouse had lobster ravioli. They brought rum butter cake to celebrate my spouses birthday so we boxed that and ordered the coffee and doughnuts. Service was on point and COVID guidelines followed. Can not wait until next time.
VERY INTERESTING COMBINATION OF SPICES/FOODS!...I AM NOT A INDIVIDUAL THAT CARES FOR "SWEET"; BUT MY WIFE'S DESSERT WAS ENJOYED BY HER!
THE POTATO SOUP, WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD, MY MAHI MAHI WAS DONE TO PERFECTION, & HAD JUST ENOUGHT OF SPICE ADDED TO IT!
Not enough space in between tables
Had to talk over other people Conversations
Food and service was outstanding. Ambience was romantic. Would definitely go back.
Our server Justin was the best! He makes you feel like you're the most important customers he's ever served. The food was also amazing! The beef tenderloin special was perfect and the escargot was so decadent. I can't wait to go back!
The concierge at casa Monica couldn't believe we got a reservation. Enough said. Very good cuisine.
The tenderloin bruschetta and escargot appetizers were amazing. The paella was excellent. The daily special however was flavorless and lackluster.
One our FAVORITE restaurants that never disappoints! Tasty buratta and filet with truffle butter were as excellent as expected!! The shrimp appetizer with a slightly spicy red sauce is what surprised me this time. I had to get more bread to soak up all that tasty sauce.
Not to mention the wine list and wine recommendations are spot on!
Early Valentines Day! We have been going there for 7 years—-great as always!
Always great food and service!
Our favorite dining experience in St. Augustine. Our only complaint - poor parking. Have you considered a valet service?
Best restaurant in St. Augustine. Our go-to place for special occasions. Food is wonderful, great wine selection, service is top-notch, all in a very quaint setting. Looking forward to our next visit.
We enjoyed the food and service, but the quantity of food for this higher end restaurant was way too much. Smaller portions would very much be appreciated. AND - too many people packed into a small area during the pandemic.
Excellent service tables too close together.
Amazing all around. The food was a culinary journey that had all our senses at the edge of their collective seats. As for the service, we were made to feel VIPs
The food is excellent, we have dinners at the top restaurants around the world. This was a anniversary dinner. The escargot was presented on a plate with pastry and sauce (great for dipping the bread, different than your "normal" in a hot holes baking dish), warm fried goat cheese salad was excellent! (we split and server separated into two plates). My wife ordered the New Zealand lamb rack, cooked at Chef's preferred choice of heat...perfect and I had the stuffed homemade lobster stuffed ravioli with whole shrimp and a 5oz. lobster tail on top. The server, brought 2 small plates so we could share each others plates. Have to mention the super fresh hot bread with basil oil and a whole mashed roosted garlic to spread. Again, this is a restaurant I would recommend to friends. The server brought us hot pound cake slices with raspberry drops and whipped cream as an anniversary dessert.
We really enjoyed Collage and our entrees. However we were very disappointed in the dessert. Got the rum cake which tasted like two dry slices of vanilla pound cake. Didn’t have a sauce or rum glaze as it was supposed to. Also while I know they are known for their wines, we thought it would have been nice to have a cocktail as we aren’t big wine drinkers. The entrees were excellent though and I’d go back for those. Also it’s a very pretty place!
We had very high hopes that this would be our special Anniversary dinner. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case. We were disappointed to see many tables seated together with a lot of open tables, no social distancing. We made our reservation for 5 pm to avoid the crowd. We were first to place out dinner order yet saw 2 other tables get served there entrees ahead of us. It was an hour from order to entree. Our waitress never came by to inform us or check on us. When the manager came over to ask how we were, we told him but got no real response or satisfaction. The dessert was minimal, not tasty and way over priced. We were hoping for a better experience and unable to recommend.
Collage was a perfect spot for our date night. Wonderful food, great service, and beautiful ambience. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will 100% be coming back!
My husband was retiring so we took a trip from Savannah to St. Augustine to visit one of our favorite restaurants.
The food was delicious but the cream brûlée was divine! I ordered a 2nd one!
The perfect place to celebrate our 31st anniversary. Our dinners were delicious. JJ our server was knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. Can’t wait to go back!!
Food and service was wonderful! Brandon was our waiter and he was fantastic. We went here for a honeymoon dinner and was not disappointed.
Highlight of St. Augustine dining. Helped make an otherwise mundane stay worth it!
What a wonderful experience at Collage! The service was phenomenal, the wine prices we’re impressive and the food was amazing! We had black grouper and scallops that were creatively constructed and delicious! And to finish it off was an amazing dessert with donuts! What a wonderful meal. Highly recommend it!
An enjoyable experience from beginning to end. Food was fresh and absolutely delicious. Wonderful experience and will be back again.
As usual, awesome evening.
Our favorite place in St Augustine.
Better book your reservation really early. They fill up quickly
Collage Restaurant is fine dining at it’s finest. The entire staff and manager (Kasha) were super friendly, helpful, and professional. The restaurant was quaint and perfect for a date night/birthday celebration. The attention to detail was great as they cleared and cleaned the table between courses and reset with appropriate silverware for that course. I highly recommend!
