Everything about this restaurant was upscale and beautifully done. Food superb. A real treat
I had the steak tartar. The tartar was excellent. I'm still not quite sure about the use of potato chips. They were good just a little non traditional.
My wife had the steak and lobster. Both were excellently prepared . she said she never had anything so good.
As always the service was impeccable.
Wonderful, delicious and very intimate remember to get a reservation a day or two ahead of your planned visit.
Probably one of the best meals I have ever had. We had a waiter in training backed up by a veteran waitress. He needed no backup, did an excellent job on his own. From soup to appetizer to entre the service, presentation and food were excellent. I had the Lobster stuffed ravioli with lobster tail and shrimp on top and my husband had the beef tenderloin medallions with a gorgonzola sauce, braised short rib stuffed pasta and crispy onions.
Our experience was outstanding. The staff were friendly. The food - from appetizers to desserts - was great. If you like good Italian bread, then you must go to Collage.
Shrimp app memorable. Overall an elegant restaurant lived up to its reputation.
I was trying to find someplace for our Anniversary dinner someone recommended Collage. We hadn’t been and the reviews looked great so we made reservations. What a wonderful find! The location- convenient but not in the middle of the touristy section, and the atmosphere of the inside were perfect. The service was impeccable and attentive but not bothersome. And the food was spectacular! Everything we had was amazing and so full of flavor! We will definitely be back!
Collage was very highly recommended and actually hard to get a reservation for. We had pretty high expectations because of that. The food was just okay and they were out of all the items that were our first choice. I don’t think we will be back.
My sister treated me to a birthday dinner. Food was as good as it always! I have been there a few times and it does not disappoint.
Food & Service were excellent!
The food and attention to detail was amazing.
Amazing food at an awesome place! We will definitely visit again
Collage is a super romantic lovely place for dinner! Everything was out of this world good! Will come again! :)
Dinner was amazing. Service was excellent! Have always wanted to try this place, which exceeded my expectations and would definitely go back.
Top notch meal, ambiance, and service. My girlfriend mentioned that it was Manhattan restaurant quality. Sidney was our server and was superb. The only negative comment was that we had to request a server that was wearing a mask. Once we got past that small inconvenience, it was a memorable dining experience.
We wish that we could’ve found the owner to let them know what a wonderful evening it was.
We have been going to Collage for at least a dozen years and we couldn't wait to get back after the quarantine. As always, the food was amazing and the owner and wait staff were great. The special was seafood paella so I got that. It was not a traditional paella, but it was in the top 2 or 3 dishes I have had in my many trips to Collage. I hope they add it to their permanent menu. My wife got her normal which was the Duo de Manzo. We will be back more frequently to catch up for missed time.
Great food and great service. Excellent experience as always. Food was out of this world.
This was my third visit to this restaurant and as always it was perfect. This is my favorite restaurant I’ve ever been too. Went this time for my birthday and was delicious! They even made it special with a free desert of a rum cake that was very good. I come here every time I’m in St. Augustine.
This restaurant is our all time favorite when we are in St. Augustine. Always consistent in all aspects. The food is fresh and wonderful!
Since we kept getting notices from OpenTable we assumed our reservation was still valid so we got all dressed up got in the car drove down there found a parking spot walked up to the restaurant only to find it wasn’t open we even stopped by the restaurant earlier in the day and since we didn’t see any signs on the doors we assumed our reservation was still on we had no dinner we had no back up plan it was the worst anniversary we’ve ever had
Mom and daughter relaxing
Vacationing in St Augustine, came highly recommended from friends and did not disappoint. Wonderful food , beautiful presentation and lovely atmosphere
The service was excellent and so was the food. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quiet, intimate dinner
We were celebrating a birthday on our most recent visit to Collage, and wow was it special. We have been to the restaurant multiple times over the last 4 years and, I must say, it gets better every time. The food was spectacular. Innovative taste combinations, presentations with flair, and attention to details from both the kitchen and the wait staff. Can’t wait to go again.
The appetizers were amazing, one of the best burrata we ever had, and the escargot with cream sauce was to die for. Then the main courses came, catch of the day and shrimp/scallop dishes. The sauces were too sweet, we couldn't finish them. Sauces with seafood should be savory, not sweet. The fish was cooked perfectly and the dish would have been great if the sauce wasn't sweet. Excellent service and we would go back if they don't make the dishes too sweet.
We always enjoy coming to Collage when we come to St. Augustine. I alway order the lobster ravioli with the 5oz lobster tail. It never disappoints. I tried the minorcan chowder/soup and it was tasty as well. My Fiancee got the filet with truffle butter and it was tender and tasty. Definitely give it a try if you are in town, but make a reservation ahead of time.
One of the finest restaurants we’ve ever eaten in.
Always a pleasure having dinner at Collage! Everything was perfect from start to finish! The banana dessert was divine!
We always look forward to a special night at Collage and we have NEVER been disappointed! The food is amazing and Scott always takes excellent care of us!
The food is simply outstanding. First was complimentary bread with basil olive oil and a head of roasted garlic and the bread was warm and delicious. I haven’t eaten bread in 6 months and so glad I broke my diet for this bread. We started with the lobster pâté, which was listed as a special of the Chef. It was topped with sliced lobster and artfully arranged with the accompanying sauces. My partner got the Corvino and I had the Heritage pork and I highly recommend the pork duo. Tenderloin and pork belly cooked perfectly and served in a dome with smoke which gives the dish a nice but not overwhelming accent. Demi-glacé was poured table side and was rich and complex. We finished with the butter rum cake which was understated and a lovely way to end a meal. Our server was friendly but not overly so, and she knew when to linger and when to be invisible. Can’t oversell this experience. The chef and owners have done an excellent job training front of house and clearly the kitchen are complete pros and the small touches elevated an ordinary menu into an unforgettable meal.
Appetizer special was fabulous. One of the entrees was not what was expected, it had sausage in the dish but was not identified as sausage in the write up, therefore not a positive dining experience. The side dish of seasonal vegetables for the other entree was rather tough. So again, not a super meal. We’ve been to Collage many time, may be it was just the events of the last few days with coronavirus but the main entrees were not the usual top notch meals we’ve had in the past.
Went to Collage after reading reviews and found it as good or better as what everyone says. I had the veal and my husband the scallops and both were excellent. We agreed this was one of the best dinners we have had in the last year or so. The steak bruschetta was very different and very good. Small portion but perfect as a starter. The coconut ice cream for dessert was very creamy and full of coconut flavor. Go there, you would be disappointed.
Dined for my birthday and the food and service was excellent! Small place but nice for an occasion. romantic.
The excellent food was the highlight here. Small, cozy home converted into a warm, welcoming dining room. Lobster Ravioli and Sea Scallops were outstanding dishes. Each was highly flavorful and perfectly prepared and presented. No wonder this restaurant is the best in St. Augustine. Well worth a visit.
We have been to this restaurant before, but it has been a while. We had good memories which proved to be accurate with this visit. We were seated immediately and had Nicole as our server. She was very pleasant and keep constant tabs on us to be sure we had everything we wanted. I had the lobster ravioli which was excellent. The wine list is fairly extensive providing good choices in all price ranges. The food was served in a timely fashion with the entree following the salad in short order. This is a small place so the seating is a little closer than I would prefer which is why I gave it 4 stars in regards to the ambience. Otherwise, the atmosphere is very pleasant with an upscale feel. You will want to dress up for this restaurant. Shorts and t-shirts will not be appropriate. This is a neighborhood gem with a very good reputation, so you want to makes reservations to be assured a table. I would recommend 2 weeks in advance.
We had the beet salad, and for entrees, the Corvina and Fresh Catch all of which were excellent. Our server Sydney was great. Wine list had a reasonable selection. Outstanding restaurant
Everything about Collage was exceptional. From the appetizer to desert the food did not disappoint. Our server was kind, efficient and informative. Best meal we have had in St. Augustine.
Everything was excelent!
