Perfect restaurant for a special occasion. Friendly and attentive service. The lobster ravioli is exceptional. Outstanding food throughout the menu. While not cheap, it is a very good value.
I am a vegetarian and expected options other than salad or soup, perhaps a few tofu dish options could be added?
This was my second meal at Collage and it won't be my last. We were a party of 4 celebrating June Birthdays for 3 of us. The food is always prepared to perfection. It is so creative and delicious. We started with escargot which is prepared with a delicious but light mushroom gravy. I had the potato soup which was so good. I then had the rack of lamb ---- SO GOOD!! It came with creamy mash potatoes and delicious roasted veggies. We finished our meal with a surprise buttery pound cake, a strawberry puree and a sliced freesh strawberry on whipped cream ffor us to share. The wait staff are amazingly attentive. They are very knowledgeable
with their menu which changes periodically. The wine is is a good mix and you can't go wrong with whatever you may choose. The bottom line? One of the most special small and intimate without being stuffy restaurants I have ever had the pleasure to Devin in!
In town vacationing from San Francisco.
Local friends recommended the Collage for dinner. We enjoyed the entire dining experience. Highly recommend giving this place a try.
We went to Collage to celebrate our anniversary. We started with the mushroom bisque. For our entrees, my husband had the half rack of lamb and I had the lobster ravioli with 5 oz lobster tail. We brought a bottle of grand cru classe Bordeaux from home to complement the meal, gladly paying the $20 corkage fee. For our anniversary, we were given the pound cake dessert at no charge. The food and service were impeccable as always. Highly recommended.
Food was excellent and service was amazing plus free dessert for our anniversary. Will definitely go back.
We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at Collage. We were not disappointed! The menu was interesting and provided a good choice. Preparation and presentation were great. The staff were friendly and informative but not intrusive. The evening was outstanding.
Collage never disappoints! We plan an evening here every time we visit St Augustine. Food and service are always excellent.
Wonderful. Our favorite restaurant in St. Augustine for intimate and special occasions!
When we checked into our B&B, the owner asked if we had dinner reservations. When we told her we had reservations at Collage, she gave us a big smile. She said that was the one place she often would have difficulty arranging a reservation on short notice. Wonderful choice—they deliver! We had mushroom bisque, braised short rib (appetizer), warm goat cheese salad and black grouper. Oh my, spectacular meal! We chose to forego dessert but they surprised us with a special anniversary dessert (complimentary). Warm rum cake which turned out to be a perfect end to a fabulous meal. They knew about our anniversary through our reservation which we made via Open Table. Service was excellent—friendly and very attentive. For a special dining out experience in St. Augustine, this is it!
The food was better than all the rave reviews I had read before reserving a table. We started with the Tenderloin Bruschetta. All the flavors on the toast points came together in a way that made us want to exclaim over and over how we were enjoying the taste. Yum!! I had scallops which were sitting on pureed popcorn. Sounds sketchy, but it was marvelous! They gifted us with their butter rum cake for dessert since we were celebrating. It was delightful. The manager came over to ask us about our meal and to be sure we were happy with our selections. Very accommodating and friendly. This is the restaurant not to miss when you are in St Augustine.
The location is nice, the food is outstanding, and the staff friendly and attentive. My girlfriend and I had dinner here on 6/12/18 and we both had the Filetto Magnifico. The steak was perfectly cooked and everything was delicious. Reservation was ready, and they even seated us a little early. The room we sat in was very small with a rather loud table next to us having a very animated conversation so it was a little hard to hear each other talk, but thats not really the restaurant's fault.
This is one of the best restaurants in NE Florida. Great for adult dining.
Excellent as always. One of Florida’s finest restaurants
Best restaurant in St. Augustine. The food is fantastic.
Now one of our favorites in St Augustine. Nice atmosphere with great food and service with a nice selection of wines. Food was creative, delicious and healthy. A definite return here in the near future!
Amazing food and great service... I would def go back again when I go back to st August.
We were out of town for our anniversary. It was one of the best meals of my life. The staff was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. The food took it over the top!! Wish I could go back more often. Thank you for the memories
The food and service were excellent as always. Every table was occupied even on a Monday evening. That is how well this restaurant is respected. They even gave us 2 nice slices of a yummy warm vanilla cake for celebrating our anniversary. Love this place. It is quaint and intimate
My husband and I ate here for our two year anniversary. The staff was very accommodating and the food was amazing. We had the escargot and short rib appetizers ( which were terrific). For our entrees we had lobster ravioli and the beef tenderloin. Everything was cooked to perfection and the portions were just right.
We will most definitely be visiting again.
Great place for a special occasion in St. Augustine , will definitely come back next time visiting.
We have visited St. Augustine 3 or 4 times and have never stumbled onto this place. We happened to stay at a B&B (44 Spanish St Inn) that was literally a 2-minute walk door to door.
The PRO's were: just about everything!
I have to be honest and say that it was by far the BEST meal I've ever had in St. Augustine, and the service was the best I've had in the last year at ANY restaurant...period. We tried 2 appetizers (one was a daily special) - they were both amazing. We basically ended up trying a couple of things including a salad, and the lamb chops served with a pasta that had crumbled lamb sausage and a type of mushroom cream sauce. The meal was well timed /spaced and presented impeccably, and the desert was simple, delicious and spot on. I don't give many 5 star ratings, but this place is certainly deserving of one based on my experience there.
the only CON if there was one to be mentioned, would be that they don't have a full liquor bar there, so you can't order any craft cocktails ....which would have been nice as a primer to such an awesome meal....but I can't say that I gave that a 2nd thought after the 1st bite!
Small spot hidden in the neighborhood and a great find. Really enjoyed the experience. Service was top notch. Food was delicious! Highly recommend! Will definitely be back.
Always excellent food and top notch service!
Just what we needed! Very wonderful and romantic evening. Our waiter Joe was great and knew when to approach and when not to.
Fabulous fine dining experience. Extensive wine list. Impeccable service. A must if you’re in St. Augustine.
My favorite restaurant in St Augustine. The food is always perfect, and creative. The feel is exactly right for the city and its history.
Our dinner was outstanding from wonderful service to our delicious meal. Will be our “go to” for special occasions.
Flawless. Best food and dining experience we have ever had in St. Augustine.
The Escargot app is to die for and do not pass on the Bougainvillea Dessert. Great wine list also. We will go back often.
Food was ok but not amazing, place is pretty
The food was really good. The room was crowded and a little cramped.
I am so happy to have discovered this little restaurant in the middle of St. Augustine. The food was amazing; a great place for a romantic dinner.
Food and service were both excellent....the restaurant is very small, and always crowded, so can be noisy...also, tables are VERY close together....some so getting up and any moving around can be challenging....
What a lovely restaurant! We don't live far from St Augustine, but for some reason had never been here. We were immediately seated when we arrived and everyone from the hostess to every employee with whom we interacted, was kind, professional and helpful.
My husband and I shared the warm goat cheese salad, the escargot and the beef tenderloins with the Gorgonzola sauce. They were all incredible. The sauce on the escargot was to die for and the tenderloins were so tender, one could cut them with a fork.
I would not hesitate to recommend Collage and cannot wait to go back. It was fabulous!
Neither food nor service were as good as our two previous meals at Collage. May have been because of it being Saturday night of a holiday weekend.
We had a better meal and service the night before at another restaurant in St Augustine.
All 4 courses were spectacular. Whole fish perfect. Service by Scott was expert and friendly. We appreciated the dessert treat for our anniversary celebration.
One best meals ever had a must if traveling to St Augustine.
