This was my first visit to Collage. It was a first date with a very nice lady who I wanted to impress, and it worked.

You MUST have reservations. This was a very cold night in St. Augustine but the restaurant was packed. I had reservations for 8:30 pm and my plans changed so I wanted to advance our meal time to 7:00 pm but by 6:00 pm, Collage was booked for the night.

The service was very good. The waiter was attentive without hovering and he was very knowledgeable about the menu.

I had the 8 oz. beef tenderloin. It was tasty and prepared medium rare, just as I ordered it. My date had the shrimp and scallops and she loved it. She said the sauce tasted very rich and it was a very filling dish for her.

The prices are not outrageous but this is not a restaurant for everyday dining, but I would not hesitate to come back to the Collage when I want to impress my guest.

The service at Collage is exceptional and the ambiance relaxing and relatively quiet.
The food ranges from very good to truly exceptional, with the best dishes sometimes
being soups or appetizers.

Always consistently great service and food. This time I chose the pork tenderloin with the Asian slaw done perfectly. My husband had the shrimp and scallops over linguini he ate every morsel the Caesar salads were excellent as well as the Tuscan bread with the roasted garlic and olive oli. We chose a bottle of prosecco to compliment our meal. Our server Theresa was very pleasant and helpful.. Can't wait to go back again.

The chef is very talented. My husband travels all over the world and enjoys great food, as do I. We had a wonderful Anniversary dinner and the appetizer that the chef created was one of the best ever.

I love the atmosphere and feel of Colage the mushroom soup was delicious the service is exceptional and I love the raspberry pallet cleanser in between. The bread and garlic are one of the main reasons why I go to Colage but the main course was too salty.

Thank you.

Simply an outstanding meal.

We had waited 6 weeks to get a reservation and the wait was certainly worth it.

Scott our server provided fantastic attentive service. His recommendations were spot on and our evening spent at Collage was very memorable.

Fantastic wine list, great appetizers, delightful beet and apple salad and the Magnifico entree for the both of us made a meal we soon won’t forget.

Can’t wait to return.

One of the top restaurants in St. Augustine. We loved the "Lobster Gnocchi" appetizer, would like to see an entree-sized version of this on the menu. The main courses (Veal Orleans and New Zealand Lamb Duo) were very good but seemed to lack the punch of the appetizer. Excellent service from Megan. Be aware that they have only a wine/beer licence. The wine list is expansive and has some rarer finds though.

Without a doubt one of the best meals we have had in a long time. I had the Caesar salad and my husband had the beet salad. His salad could have had more beets and less greens. For my entree I had the black grouper and it was exceptional. Probably the best grouper I have ever eaten. He had lobster ravioli and it was perfection as well. Definitely would recommend to friends and will visit again when back in St. Augustine.

Often other people's opinions on a restaurant do not match the reality of the experience. Collage wins on meeting expectations with a delicious meal and an attentive staff. The owner came by and checked on us during the meal and the staff made sure we were well taken care of, including giving useful recommendations.

Perhaps I ordered the wrong thing ... grouper. It was dry from over cooking and the rice crispy rather than moist. My husband's ravioli and lobster tail was superb ... I should have sent back my meal.

The filet was cooked perfectly (rare) and for a very thick cut I was quite surprised that while still rare, the center was not cold, or even cool. The would also recommend the Collage house steak sauce. Mushroom bisque was also delicious and different. My wife had the grouper which she throughly enjoyed. I will be going back and have already recommended The Collage to friends and family.
