Collage Restaurant Ratings and Reviews
Every time we go to Collage we enjoy the meal and experience. My sister-in-law made a special request on how her lamb rack was to be prepared and came out exactly as requested. Only downside was the restaurant only serves beer and wine. This is not a deal breaker for us as the wine selection is great. We’ll be back!!
this review is hard because i have to submit a rating b4 writing my 2 cents
while my meal tasted real good- by 4am that night i was ill as can be- “losing my lunch” took the migraine away.
i do NOT know if it was this place or White Lion’s fault....
this visit makes me NEVER want to order off the special the day menu again-
Wonderful meal. Thank you Scott for taking very good care of us. The lobster gnocchi was very good. Shared that as an appetizer. I️ had the special fish dish of the day and everything was delicious from the fish to the roasted vegetables to the creamy potato purée. The others in my party had the scallops and the seafood grill which they said were delicious as well. Oh by the way the rum cake is one of the lightest delicious cakes that I️ have had. Highly recommend. Make sure to make reservations as the restaurant is small and most of the tables were occupied on a Sunday night.
This was our first visit to Collage as we were visiting St. Augustine with some friends. A friend who lives in the area highly recommended this restaurant. My friend and I had the grilled Grouper, and our husbands had the filet mignon. The bread was so delicious - crusty on the outside and very warm and moist on the outside. The sorbet was a nice touch between the salads and entrees. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their dinner, and we will definitely go back next visit to St. Augustine.
The experience of dining at Collage was one of the best we’ve had in quite a while. The hostess and wait staff were all friendly and professional. The food, both the grouper and shrimp and scallops were delicious. It was our first visit but we will definitely be back whenever we are in St Augustine. We highly recommend it.
We discovered Collage last year during a stay in St. Augustine and it has become a favorite. Everything is first class and you feel you are dining as opposed to just eating. The service is always top notch and the menu selections give all a number of choices. The sauces are so good you will be asking for more bread as will want every last drop. We live 2 hours away and were in Amelia Island for the weekend but stopped in St. Augustine on our home for the night just so we could eat at Collage and it was well worth it.
Collage was recommended by a friend for a special occasion dinner. The atmosphere was very intimate and upscale but not stuffy. Reservations are recommended and I was very glad that I made them because even on a Sunday evening, they were busy. The service was excellent and the entree recommended by the server was fantastic. The wine list was very good. The location in Old Town St. Augustine added to the charm of this restaurant. Since it was our anniversary, the server brought a nice dessert for us to enjoy. I consider this restaurant to be quite a find.
We thoroughly enjoyed our evening, the food was fabulous and the service was impeccable. Kasha and Lisa did a super job and we will most definitely be back, as this is one of our most favorite restaurants in St. Augustine. Thanks for the wonderful dining experience!!
We went here for my birthday and was not disappointed. The atmosphere is nice and low noise level. The food was wonderful. As a starter We shared the gnocchi with lobster which was very tasty. I had the veal dish which had 3 pieces of veal over mashed potatoes. The veal was very tender and the sauce was delicious. My husband had the filet with artichoke hearts. Cooked to perfection. Our only complaint, we really wanted to try the Justin isosceles wine but unfortunately a large party had just bought the last two bottles.
went because of great reviews. service was friendly but pushy. We don't need them to ask every two minutes if we are ready to order. Meat was good and done to order. everything that came with it nothing special, veggies burned and cold
What we really didn't like that they asked to guys that had dinner and birthday celebration next table to go sit outside with their wine after dinner because they needed the table! You don't do that in an "upscale" restaurant. needless to say they got 2 free tables 5 min later.
