We have been to Collage before and were so impressed that we came back for anniversaries, birthdays, etc even though it’s 3 hours from us. This time we came a little late due to no availability and felt the service suffered from down from rush time. Service was not as usual, we didn’t get served as in the past. The Lobster ravioli was tough, but the fish plate was excellent. It’s a great location, great intimate experience, this time unfortunately the service &
Food quality were not the same.
Totally enjoyed the evening
From start to finish
(Hostess / server ) were exceptional
Thank you for a memorable evening
Wonderful Dining experience - food was amazing, great service, romantic dinner for two, quiet dining room and overall a wonderful celebratory dinner for a birthday! We will be back!
Our friends recommended Collage to us, and I'm glad they did. We took the last reservation available for the night we requested which was 8:45pm. We received a call that night to say we could come in earlier. That was very nice and helpful. When we arrived, our waitress Kasia was extremely friendly, helpful, professional, and efficient. She said how much she liked the corvina fish, and I ordered that. It was absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the seafood quartet, and he loved that too. We also enjoyed the dessert with ice cream and strawberries. The whole experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend Collage Restaurant! Make a reservation so you don't miss out.
Service was excellent , pork chop was just ok , Brussel sprouts , too big , I like the very small ones . My wife’s filet was good , her potatoes were not ! Dessert was excellent ! Staff was very pleasant and attentive , thanks .
The hospitality by all employees was outstanding, matching the superb meal we both enjoyed.
Excellent food and service. Must go to restaurant in St. Augustine.
great meal, great service, i must go too if in the area,
Very busy and quite noisy . Our server was awesome and attentive but food was disappointing. Normally top notch but my wife’s filet was burned ( She was asked and agreed to butterfly due to well done temp request but the burn was disappointing) and her potatoes were very cold. My entree was the tenderloin and short rib pasta duo. The tenderloin medallions were nice but the pasta was dry and quit honestly not substantial enough in quantity. The complimentary rum cake for our anniversary was a nice touch.
Food is always consistently delicious, very friendly staff. Go here every time we are in St. Augustine. Love it!
Always always have a great evening when dining at Collage. Magnificent food and service. I dine out 5 nights a week all over the country and this place is definitely m6 favorite of them all.
Excellent food, excellent service! What more can I say. You will love it...
Truly a gem. Equivalent to any fine restaurant in USA. Very small, so early reservations needed. We go every time we are in St Augustine.
Superb dining experience! Great wine list, cozy dining area and the food was fantastic, from appetizers through dessert. We loved this place!
My husband and I enjoyed an amazing meal at Collage this week. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. My husband had the Caesar salad with anchovies which he was quite pleased with especially since they used the traditional recipe with raw egg. I had the salad of baked apples and roasted beets which was wonderful. The seafood special was a Chilean Ling which we both ordered and loved. Collage certainly lived up to its reputation as the best restaurant in St. Augustine. We'll be back!
Professional servers, great food and an intimate space.
From the initial welcome to the final thank you and everything in between ‘spectacular’
Collage is not for everyday dining, but for those times you want food that is expertly prepared and service that makes you feel as if you’re the only people in the dining room
My friend chose Rack of Lamb, mashed potato and seasonal vegetables, she said it was outstanding I chose the Lobster Ravioli, served with a Maine ( yes Maine ) Lobster tail and shrimp in a pesto cream sauce For dessert, we shared their signature strawberries in a toasted phyllo cup with vanilla bean ice cream
This meal was memorable Collage is deserving of all their successes
Reservations suggested so you don’t miss this amazing restaurant located in the Old Town
The ambiance of Collage was nice however the dining room became a bit noisy as tables were filled. We were only able to get an early seating on a Thurs, eve, so the establishment is busy. Word travels fast where fine dining is revealed. Be aware there is a dress code of business casual, but I did notice men wearing jeans. The food and service were really exceptional . Plan on spending on the average of $125-$130 for two with entres, a glass of wine and splitting a desert as we did.
This restaurant never disappoints. Met a client for dinner from New Orleans and he was so impressed.
We winter in Saint Augustine for three months and dine at Collage every other week. The service and the food is fantastic. They are one of the finest on the east coast.
Collage never disappoints from Service, to food and the staff.
Gathered with friends and enjoyed a delicious meal. One of the best meals we have ever experienced. A must place to eat in St. Augustine.
See review from Cape porpoise on trip advisor. Food was warm not hot. Room was noisy. Need to remove 4 tables. My chair and the chair of the person behind me were touching. There was about a foot between adjacent tables. Not a memorable event for our 59th anniversary.
Enjoyed our dining experience. Mostly because our server Victoria was so attentive.
Fabulous will definitely go back!
My wife and I both had lobster ravioli that was undercooked
Always a great meal. Our server was excellent. We’ll be back.
Once again we were not disappointed in any way! We took friends for a birthday celebration and the evening couldn’t have been more perfect. The service was personal and impeccable. The wine was extraordinary. And the food - duck three way, lobster ravioli, warm goat cheese salad and coconut ice cream- was fantastic. This is THE place to go in St. Augustine for a special evening.
We dined at Collage for a business gathering. We had a party of 6. Every appetizer, salad, entrée and dessert was spot on. The service was fantastic and the wine was delish. I will definitely go back to Collage the next time we visit the area and would highly recommend. You definitely need a reservation. I had a view of the hostess stand and watched her turn away no less than 7 couples who tried to dine w/o a reservation. They were full and it was a Monday evening. It was fantastic! Cheers!
Excellent food and service. We'll definitely be coming back and will definitely suggest you guys to others!
This was our first visit to Collage. We went there based on reviews and we were not disappointed. I had the beef medallion and my husband had the lobster ravioli. Both dishes were delicious. We also enjoyed the warm bread served with roasted garlic and parmesan infused oil. We will definitely go back again.
The noise level was a little tough, but everything else was excellent. Of course, I was with two people with hearing aids who had a hard time adjusting them. But the service was truly great and we really enjoyed our evening there. We had friends visiting and this was a great place to go in St. Augustine.
Very Nice atmosphere though tables were a bit close together. Service was excellent. We shared the scallop carpaccio which while I wouldn’t order again, was a quality dish and very creatively assembled with interesting flavors. We both had the trigger fish special which was excellent. We shared the chocolate mousse cake which was delicious. Overall an excellent and enjoyable experience.
Duck three ways lacked enough duck prosciutto to even consider it an included item. The two sliced pieces were no more than one inch by half inch. Contrasting the foie-gras mousse was delicious delicate and a heaping Tablespoon full. Confit of Duck was pattied at the base of the triple Canard plate. Served with a thin crusty slice of baguette.
The Escargot & Duxelles (shrooms), was delicious & richly sauced.
The daily fresh catch was a Trigger fish filet (8oz), sautéed/seared nicely. Crispy edges delicate moist interior meat.
In the Veal Orleans the veal probably was overly pounded out, the meat was so thin it barely competed with the flour dredging for notice. Some pieces were seared and browned while others were swallowed by the sauces with their gooey edges yielding little meat to bite. This being said, still could have eaten three bowls of Veal Orleans!!! Delicious.
Our favorite restaurant in St Augustine!
My favorite restaurant and the first place we think of to bring guests and friends.
Collage never fails to exceed my expectations. Every meal is outstanding. Perfect service. Great wine selection.
Perfect as always.
Great food, excellent wines. Service A 1
Outstanding food served hot and flavorful. Highly recommend the lobster ravioli and veal dish. Both were very good. Without question the best restaurant in St. Augustine.
Great atmosphere and surroundings. Staff was very attentive. Did not know they only served beer and wine. Food was very good except the fillet was under cooked.
