Excellent small plates and Sangria.
I meant my cousin who I haven't seen in awhile die dinner. It was a very chill atmosphere, the food and were delicious. Excellent, prompt, and courteous service.
Had lunch with 4 friends. This was out first time at Coca Cabana. The menu was very diverse and had a lot of options for different tastes.
I would recommend to a friend.
Its noisy to be sure - so be ready to talk loudly. The food was good, but a bit pricy for what you get imo. I thought the serve was good, out waiter was attentive and overall a good experience.
Went there to celebrate daughter's graduation from high school and son's graduation from college. Ordered numerous small plates all of which were excellent. Delicious cocktails also especially the mango margarita!
My usual favorite server, George, was not working Friday nite when my cousin and I arrived to celebrate her B.Day. However, Miranda (aka Julia - she soooo looks like Julia Roberts!), waited on us and provided stellar service - very prompt, efficient, friendly, etc.!! And the salmon - oh the salmon - was even better than ever!! Let's not forget about my favorite drink (and now my cousin's too!) - the Brazilian Carnival - made by the ever-so-skilled and talented bartender, Brandon - thank you for making such excellent drinks - everything you make is yummy!! Thank you to all the staff who always makes me feel like I'm family!!!
It was a great experience dining at Cobo Cabana. Our server, Jenna K. knows ASL and served us well. Thank you Jenna and Cobo Cabana.
It was Saturday 5pm. We sat outside since I have a 3 year old. The appetizers were good. The main course was fine, nothing special, I had the churrasco. It was tough. Our server, Nicole was nice and very helpful and she did go out of her way for us. If it wasn't for her the experience would've been less than good. Nicole made the experience pleasant and got our order right and on time. Thanks.
Went there on Friday night. Nice wine selection and cocktails. We ate from tapas menu and everything for delicious. Noise level was very high. Very attentive service.
We went for Happy Hour and it used to be much better with better and more food options. We had only two off the HH Menu and two from the regular menu, which pushed the final cost up. Service was extremely slow and had to hunt down the server a couple of time for basic needs, like ketchup for the sliders and fries. Wish they would bring back the sweet potato fries instead of the yucca. They also need to improve their wine list, this is in the Livermore Valley! There are better options for HH in Pleasanton.
Loved every minute of my Coco Cabana experience. I spent my 50th birthday celebration at Coco Cabana and my guests enjoyed every moment. From vegetarian guests to everyone in between- love, love, loved every minute. Juan was exceptional.
We really enjoy the drinks here. We have been here numerous times, mainly because of the drinks. The food is okay.. Some of the appetizers are good. The entree choices could be better. Service is great! The ambiance is cozy and chic!
Loved it! Service is superb, food delish. Loved the décor and ambiance of the dining room until we saw the TV's. A estaurant isn't a fine dining establishment with TVs , it's a sports bar.
Me and my Wife go to here so much that the bartender start making our drinks before we even put in the order. Coco Cabana is a great , place with good food and good drinks (one of the few places that actually put alcohol in the drinks) if you want a good margarita it's the place to be as for the food i don't have enough time but i will say the menu is excellent and everything comes out Hot and Delicious . The staff is great and despite there busy schedule of running 2 and about to be a third restaurant when the owners are there they got theirs sleeves rolled up working it like everyone else I was so impressed with them one evening they were slammed and the wife was busing tables and tending bar along side her workers . The owners are really a nice couple they know us by face whenever they see us they stop by and say hello even take time to have short conversation very few people do that these days which show me they really appreciate t he business their customers bring Big shout out to J.T , Brian ,George, and Sabrina you guys are awesome keep up the good work.
The waiter seemed to forget about us and our check. I asked to include the sauce for my appetizer to go and it was also forgotten. It was very busy. We still got our food in an acceptable manner. I'll come back.
Reasonable happy hour items; can get very noisy during regular dinner dining,
We had a great experience - the service was great, the food was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
Very good Latin music band. Great, friendly, and attentive service. A wonderful dining experience. Will definitely go again and bring friends.
Unfortunately our party did not stay for dinner. The noise level was way too high and that was before the band began to play. We could not carry on a conversation and left after 15 minutes.
Went on February 13 and were surprised to find out they were serving their Valentine's Day dinner. My wife enjoyed each and every course, and went home very full and very satisfied with an enjoyable evening. We ended up spending almost 3 hours at dinner but never felt rushed. In fact, our server was very good about asking whether we were ready for the next course at each transition.
We had sangria with our dinner courses after cocktails. When the carafe we ordered only served two glasses, our server went back to the bartender and brought out another carafe on the house.
We will definitely be going back soon.
