Extremely disappointed. Made reservations for Sunday brunch only to arrive to find that no brunch was being served due to the festival. We only stayed as it was 11 am and we had not eaten yet. We have crossed this restaurant off our brunch list.

Love coming here. Hostess made us wait 15 minutes before seating us. Even though we were on time for our reservation. I even ran back to the car that was parked by GiggleBerry and we still weren’t sat yet. She seemed annoyed by anyone who came in. Otherwise, our waitress was wonderful and accommodating. Food was great.

Average buffet. Everything eatable. Very pricey, not worth 42 per adult. Some items were missing, table was not ready at reservation time, and staff was attentive. One table complained about the food, yet they kept eating it, and staff offered that table crab legs( not on the buffet menu) to please the unhappy, yet still eating table.

We visited on Mother's day 2019 and were caught a bit off guard as the day's menu (buffet only) was not apparent via the website link we found through open table. That being said, we opted to stay and partake. Unfortunately, the wait staff provided no information on the locations of the multiple buffet set ups in the various rooms and we found the breakfast buffet (although it was 5:10 pm) and thought it was the only food available. At 5:10pm the breakfast items (waffles and french toast) were well beyond their service prime and should have been removed. We found other dinner items interspersed within the breakfast buffet (chicken parm and blackened cod) which lead us to believe that this was the entire buffet (and thought that to be very odd as there were no vegetable beyond breakfast potatoes on this particular buffet) which we later discovered (through our own means) was not the case as a separate dinner and salad buffet were available around the corner in another room. A scant few minutes on the part of the wait staff could have helped us avoid the mistake that was made. Further, at the end of the day it was very apparent that the wait staff was tired as indicated by their less than professional attention and overall demeanor. At the end of the day, we did not feel like valued customers although we paid full fare including the 20% gratuity that was added into the bill (maybe because we were a group of 5).

Mother's Day brunch was cold, not worth $42 plus the automatic gratuity of $42 since we served ourselves. The choices were bland, not exactly surf and turf for the price. Servers did not come around for additional coffee and they charged $42 extra? The cost did not match the service or quality of food. Fluffy waffles and French toast were hard. Won't recommend this place for a dog!

My parents and I came here for the Mother’s Day buffet as we have done for the past 26 years. As always, the food, service, and atmosphere were wonderful. This year, the buffet was set up differently than usual; it had different sections interspersed throughout the dining room, rather than everything in one area. We actually preferred this because it broke up the lines, and created more walking room, so it was much less congested. It was also nice and quiet and the room seemed much more spacious. Our server, Donna, is incredibly kind and attentive. She has served us many times before, and she always takes the time to talk with us, and make sure we have everything we need. She is very personable, and you can tell she truly cares about the customers and their experiences. We have never once been disappointed with the Cock n’ Bull. Our experience is always above and beyond our expectations.

DO NOT ORDER YOUR CHILD THE CHICKEN TENDERS!!!! My 2 year old daughter was served RAW chicken. Not pink or slightly pink chicken, but real raw chicken. I couldn't believe it since this was a kids menu item! I was so disgusted that I left immediately after showing the manager. He couldn't even believe it. Dont get me wrong, the people working there were very apologetic and sincere. The manager, Louis, even found us at another restaurant in the area and insisted on covering our bill to make up for what had happened. That was very nice of him. I'm so upset this happened because I was celebrating my.cousins birthday and remembered the food being so amazing the last time I was there. I don't think I could ever go back there again. Thank you Louis for being very kind to us but I do hope you fire that cook who served us raw chicken. Im sorry but they shouldn't be cooking food

We wanted to experience the brunch which is outstanding however a kids festival was taking place that day so it was not available. We were truly disappointed because the brunch is delicious and we could not order any breakfast items on the menu. Make sure you call ahead of time because the brunch cancellation was not listed on their website but the food and service was still great!

Disappointed, no Sunday Brunch! My wife and I traveled 15 miles for the Sunday Buffet Brunch, but they did not have it because of a festival at the village. We ordered off the menu and the rest is annotated in the rating. The overall Poor rating is because everyone that came in asked or complained about no brunch. When the manager finally came out and apologized at each table, but offered nothing for people who traveled more than 35 miles just for the non existent brunch. A $10 gift card, free drink or desert etc. on the next visit would have gone a long way. As it is, I don't know if we'll ever return. There was nothing special about the food, the décor is. nice and our server was excellent

Made a reservation weeks ago for Easter Sunday at 4 pm. We got there a few minutes early, but had to wait an hour to be seated. Yet there were unused tables scattered about the dining area. We were not greeted by a waitress for 5 minutes. By the time we got to the buffet tables, some items were out and not replaced, leaving less choices. Been going there for many years, never had such an experience.

We have been multiple times for Thanksgiving but our first Easter buffet and we will not be returning. Plates constantly burning hot to hold and waiting for them to bring more out a few times. Food was cold. Turkey was dry. Prime rib had zero flavor. Dessert bar was poor quality desserts. Just not a great experience at all for the price.

We had reservations for 3pm and we didn’t get seated until 4pm, and that was after going up to hostess 3 separate times. Believe our party of 4 were missed since it was so hectic and unorganized. We had no choice but to stand the entire time. When we were finally seated at 4pm, there were so many open tables I have no idea why we and other smaller parties were waiting so long. Dining tables were not very clean and ambience lacked any Easter spirit. However, the food was plentiful and the waitress was nice. This was our third attendance for Easter and will be our last!

Second time for Easter brunch and last one. Had reservation for 3pm and we sat at 3:45. Plenty empty tables guess not enough staff. Good quality was average to low. Rib prime had no seasoning and most of the hot pasta dishes like ravioli and chicken Parmesan was very dry no sauce. Definitely will search for a different place next year.

We went to the Easter buffet at 2:00. Most of the food trays were empty when we got up in line. Desserts were gone by the time we got to them. We had to ask our server if the kids good at least have ice cream and were told they could not. Eventually they brought out some cookies and jello cups. This buffet was NOT worth the $40 per person price tag. Would not recommend and will not go back.

We went here for Easter Brunch. This was our third year going for Easter. This year we were seated upstairs in a banquet style room. I was disappointed to be sat upstairs. The room was plain, tables had numbers on them like as if you were at a business lunch, no centerpieces, or any kind of festive decor. The food was fine. Your basic brunch items. Made to order omelettes, carving station, breakfast and lunch options. The offering of pastries was slim, no cream cheese for bagels and desserts were minimal. Drinks of any kind are not included in the $42 per person price. It would be nice if they offered a complimentary mimosa for the price they charge. All that said it was a nice brunch....just nothing special.

Easter Brunch Buffet at Cock n Bull was amazing. We were seated promptly for our 10 am reservation and offered two different seating options. We chose the table with a window further away from buffet. Buffet had an extensive variety of options with everything being replenished as needed. The servers worked together to ensure a most enjoyable meal. Some may say the price is high but it's justified by the quality and quantity of food along with exceptional service. We will definitely return. Thanks for making our holiday meal most enjoyable!

The food was okay. The service was just okay as well. I had a seafood pasta that was good. My husband ordered the filet medium-well, and it came well-done. His sides were just okay as well. There were only four other tables occupied in the dining room on Saturday night and we were all sat right next to each other, so it was loud for such few people. But on top of that, right beside us the staff spent the entire time taking down and banging tables and were loud setting up for an event for the next morning (I assumed Easter brunch or lunch buffet?). We were there at 7:30 p.m. so this set up was not going on at their closing time by any means.

My girlfriends and I met at Peddler’s Village to catch up & enjoy shopping and lunch while doing so. We had a reservation and were seated right away. The table was very close to the other tables around us so we asked if we could move to a table that wasn’t quite as crowded and the waitress was very accommodating. Many of the tables are located near long walls of windows so the dining room is has really nice natural light. All three of us had salads (one Strawberry & two Apple) and agreed they were delicious. The shrimp I added to my salad was cooked perfectly. We took our time eating and lingered after we were finished since we had so much to talk about and our waitress never made us feel like we needed to leave. I would definitely recommend dining here if in the area.

It was empty and now I know why. Server was nice which was the only good part. The food was all greasy and heavily sauced. Chicken pot pie was almost all gravy. A few pieces of chicken, ONE carrot and ONE pearl onion. Mixed drink was bitter. Floors were dirty and sticky. Expensive for how poor quality it was. Not how I remembered it as eating there as a kid.

Good was awful. I ordered salmon. It was over cooked, dry and tasted like mothballs. The “potato hash” was fingerling potatoes in beef gravy. Rolls were still frozen on the bottom. Ordered a lemon drop martini. It tasted like rubbing alcohol with a lemon wedge. I would associate this place to where my grandparents would go for a weekday meal
