At our restaurant we create and interpret the culinary ideas inspired from different cultures, products, and techniques. Our always evolving menu is a result of the interaction and interchange of different experiences.

Because cooking is our passion.

Historically cooking evolved through the interaction and exchange of cultures. Through this premise and advances in technology our project, Cocina Abierta, was born, designed for the sharing and development for our passion.

Everything was fabulous! The food is delicious and locally sourced. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t have asked for a better evening!

Outstanding tasting menu. Unique flavors and combinations. Breadfruit gnocchi wasn’t something I expected to like and yet it was incredible. Sink into the experience and enjoy.

This is an absolute must in puerto rico. This farm to table restaurant is truly one of the best. The freshness of the food and the fact that its all locally sourced makes it even better!!

The food was excellent and the service was immaculate! Worth the price. The ambiance was very nice as well. Love the concept of “cocina de entorno”. Would come back again and would recommend !!

Thoughtful menu, creative amazing flavors on every dish. Tasting menu (that you get to select) has generous portions and a great price point. Service was excellent...knowledgeable and warm. The entire place/staff screams hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful evening and a truly memorable dinner.
