Wendy was our server once again and as before was simply delightful. All the staff from the moment you arrive are happy, polite and warm. They all make you feel relaxed and because of that, the dining experience truly memorable.
It’s a nice place don’t get me wrong but after getting a bill that was over 550 bucks I expected more, I get it was New Years, I get it was crowded but that food was not worth it! The service was excellent however and they really really did there best and showed excellent customer service .... just the food was pretty bad.
Went on New Year’s Eve for dinner for the price and the tip that was included was not worth it. We saw our waitress twice to take our order and give us the bill. Had to ask for bread, my rice was cold and the scallop was rubber.
The food was terrible and overly priced. What a disappointment.
Beautiful sunset. Very nice kids menu. Halibut was great
We were looking for some seafood in a nice beachy setting so we picked the Coast. Make sure to request outdoor seating for a nice view of the pool and beach in back. Food was ok. Nothing amazing but wasn’t cheap. The waiter was he most disappointing - he didn’t seem to care about his job and looked like he did not want to be there. Zero enthusiasm or a smile. Customer service goes a long way and this guy needed to look like he had a remote interest in our experience. Nice setting but not worth it ultimately due to cost and wait staff.
Caesar salad 15$ was so little and terrible.
Unbelievable for this great location.
Setting was fabulous - beautifully decorated - everyone enjoyed as it was our first time at the restaurant. Will definitely return for future meals.
Great restaurant outdoor seating very Florida sunset to die for great food and service Jillyk
Well...we had booked a 7:30am breakfast for Christmas. It was empty and we could not find anyone to help. We asked and they said someone will be right with you, but no one came to seat us. It looked like we were too early, if so they should not have accepted our reservation. We waited 15 minutes and then left. Ah well, not a total loss — Santa was good to us.
We both ordered zuchini noodle stir fry. There were no zucchini noodles and it hadn't been stirfried. It was more like a very messy soup. We needed to eat it with a fork because of the size of the veggies but then the broth (like bad tomatoes soup) dribbled down our chins with every bite. I suffered through. My husband went home hungry. We had to ask for bread which, we were told, was baking. When it came it was really Italian bread and was not warm. Extremely disappointing.
Unfortunately the restaurant appears to be an afterthought at this hotel. It is planted in the lobby near the view deck. I was hoping for a nice dinner but my dining partner had the chicken and it was undercooked and sent back. i had the lobster and crab ravioli which was ok. While the restaurant took the chicken entree off the bill and the head chef came out to apologize, which was a very nice gesture, overall it was a disappointing Christmas Eve dinner experience.
Sehr feines Essen
Went for Thanksgiving Lunch. Pool side menu. Empty. Nothing special.
Nice place for dinner and a sunset. First, the valet service is complimentary and the Valet's are quick and courteous. Coast, is located on the second floor overlooking the pool and a clear view of the Gulf of Mexico at sunset. Food is excellent, service is superb, and the sunset was spectacular! They could use some craft beer on the menu but, the wine selections were adequate. Nice dinner! Highly recommend.
The service was excellent and the view of sunset was spectacular. We had the lobster ravioli and the blackened grouper which were both delicious.
Great birthday lunch with my Mom and son. Beautiful setting, wonderful staff.
Everything was great. Amazing food!!!!
I rated the noise level louder because children were running around the pool screaming high pitched. Outdoor dining conversation difficult.
Nice restaurant, Extremely slow service, unhelpful server, unaccommodating staff, expensive. Shame because every other time we’ve visited it has been very good.
The ambiance and the view were pretty. The service was great and the food was wonderful. I’m sure it is quite busy during season. Outdoor seating will be terrific once the weather becomes cooler.
Horrible service! It took 20 minutes just to get a cup of coffee, almost an hour to get our food.. and then it was cold and dry. It was nice to be able to see the water, but not worth the overpriced , lousy food and very bad service. We will definitely never return there.
Sit outside and watch the sunset!
Environment is nice. It’s a lovely hotel. Server was attentive but my meal did not come out hot and the venue was not very busy that nite.
Delicious dinner! I had called to ask about outside dining and they told me that they had a balcony that overlooks the Gulf. I asked if we may have a table there and they said yes. When we got there they argued with me that they are only first come first serve on the balcony and we would have a wait. They came back a few minutes later and said they could accommodate us on the balcony. It was the biggest joke amongst us all evening, cause we were the ONLY people seated on the balcony. All the other tables were open!
Good food, great server and perfect view!
A hidden little gem!
Salad of beets and greens. Had local snapper over spicy rice. The fish was moist and tasty. Heavily blackened and spicy. But very good. The lady server was friendly and attentive. Additional servers cleared up. We sat outside on balcony.under a roof overlooking the pool with the Gulf beyond. Even though it was raining we were dry and comfortable. The outside area is more casual with the inside more formal and classic table seating. A sunset would have completed the evening.
We came here for a 15th anniversary, Awesome view. Very friendly staff. Kudos to Brendha and Kim. Great food, great suggestions, even a wonderful anniversary gift at the end of our meal. Thank you so much! Will definitely return and recommend this place.
Most awesome nite. Our server Brenda was so knowledgeable, knew the menu & wine list so well! Great food & service.
Food is fantastic. Love to sit out on the balcony and look out at the gulf while dining and watch the sun go down. Chef G is very talented and food is always outstanding.
Enjoyed the view but too noisy. Partly because 4 of us were seated at a table for six- chairs were too far apart and hard to talk.
TERRIBLE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - NOISEY AND TERRIBLE WAIT STAFF
Always a great venue to see the Gulf and at Coast all outdoor seats have a great view. Limited menu, the cauliflower quinoa were delicious, fish tacos bland. Server was attentive. Paid a bit more but you’re on the water and in Naples.
Our party of six dined here to celebrate my wife's birthday. As requested, we were seated outside on the terrace overlooking the pool and gulf. Service was very good and Andre made our experience very enjoyable. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We definitely will return and recommend to our friends.
The man at host stand didn’t seem to find reservation and after we were seated another lady came to our table and asked if we had a reservation. They were not busy, we asked to sit outside, the glass panel by our table had a large smear on it, so that distracted from appearance. The inside ambience was much nicer. I would ask for inside another time. Food and Service excellent.
Our service was excellent and our meals were delicious. The ambiance at sunset, dreamy.
We stayed here 2 years ago. It was fabulous! We were in town and wanted to spend a birthday dinner here again. It was awful!! To start, Wine was served in plastic cups because they ran out of glasses. The service was beyond slow. Food was not good enough to make up for the service. Such a disappointment.
