Coast
We love this place! Great menu, great drinks, great view!
They hadn't been up and running so service was slower, the bruschetta was really good. We were there for happy hour, services was friendly, just a bit disorganized, I guess still from covid shut downs, watched the sunset, great view! Valet is nice.
The service was extremely slow. Took 20 minutes to get our drinks and 40 minutes to get our food. They were not busy either. Looked up at the bar and the bartender was just waiting for her next customer. I think there was a language barrier with our waiter and inadequate computer training. He spent most of his time keying in orders. I think the bartender would’ve made our drinks if she had the order. Food was pretty good once we received it. The gentleman who delivered our food was very apologetic, after I proceeded to inquire to the waiter about our order. Restaurant was extremely loud even though there weren’t many people there.
Venue OK. Servers excellent. Chef awful. Fish waay overcooked, risotto beyond recognition as origin. Salad acceptable. Everything else better prepared at Cracker Barrel.
Worst of all was Prix Fix Menu. They organized as simply as possible and could not execute even that.
A perfect evening. The weather was beautiful and the outside seating makes the ambiance extra special. It was New Year's Eve so they had a preset menu with four entrees to choose from. My wife and I got two different ones and both were exceptionally good. After our meal we strolled down to the end of the pool area where they had a nice robust fire pit going and had a very nice conversation with a father and his twelve year old son. Just great.
The food wasn’t much for the price it was. I don’t know if it’s maybe time of year but we couldn’t even see the sunset from our table. I thought we’d be able to which was why we booked it.
The ambiance and view were amazing. However, the food was just okay. We were there on Christmas Day, so they had a $75 pp pre-fix menu. For that price, I would have expected better food. That said, I would love to stay in that hotel and enjoy drinks and appetizers at Coast!
Everything was fine, The restaurant was empty. We were the only customers in the main dinning room. The service was good beings there was only one waitress.
She did fine.
Atmosphere was very nice, had dinner outside. Excellent service. Appetizers were good, main course was just ok and for the price we were disappointed.
Excellent Fish. Great staff. Great location. Nice facilities.
A very over priced meal at a very high cost. The eggs on the avocado toast weren't cooked well, and the toast was soggy. We asked if they could play music and we got a sharp no response. Just overall the staff seemed rushed and it was not an enjoyable meal. I used to stay here with my family years ago and now live down the street. They definitely are slipping in effort and execution.
Beautiful sunset views!
The steak flatbread was the best we have ever had.
Horrible, the electrical power went down and they didn’t even bother in contacting us to cancel or at least to offer to go to another place in the area instead.
It was my girlfriend’s 55 birthday.
Definitely management needs to be trained to say the least, fired should be the best way for the future of the hotel.
The view was the best aspect by far. The shortage of staff left us waiting for about 45 minutes before our drink order was taken. The menu selection is slim, and I felt the food was way overpriced for the quality/presentation. At best I would return to watch the sunset and order drinks/ appetizers.
Not what I expected :( no one was there, it overlooked the pool. It was nice for a midday apps & cocktails, not dinner per day. The service was very good, very sweet woman. They need to perhaps make it more warm as far as ambiance. It felt strange
Excellent as always
We love Edgewater and Coast! It’s our happy place !
Wonderful meal and of course sunset
My girlfriend and I had dinner at an outside table overlooking the pool the beach and the ocean. We were there before and after sunset so the setting was fabulous. Louise, our server was efficient and friendly. We each had a glass of wine and my friend had a Petrone margarita, which she said was very good. I had the soup of the day which was mushroom brie. My girlfriend had the tuna and I had a Caesar salad with salmon. I was mistakenly served mahi-mahi instead of salmon so when Louise realized that she brought me a good portion of salmon also. Everything we ate was delicious, fresh and high-quality. This is my third time to have dinner at Coast and I will be back
Bartender way too chatty
service slow for how slow it was
prices rather high
Delicious , fresh and blue zone options for our dietary restriction guest.
Hidden waterfront dining gem right on Gulfshore Blvd. The very best sunset spot in Naples. The crowd is upscale and far away.
This may be the town's best kept secret for a quiet sunset dinner away from the madding crowd. Enjoy this old-school establishment in action.
Horrible. The food was not good, bread was brought with dinner. Food was cold and at the end the waitress put our credit card in her bra for “safe keeping”.
Setting with backdrop to water and sunset was lovely. Food was excellent and smaller dinner setting quite nice.
Not what was expected! I booked a table here thinking it was a nice Oceanside spot, but it ended up being inside a hotel (and not a super nice one at that) with a view looking over the pool... Service was very slow, and while the food was fine, it was pricey for what it was. I wish it had been more clear that this was inside a moderate hotel.
Beautiful sunsets, delicious food and terrific service.
This is a well-kept secret in Naples. We took a chance because there were 8 of us and we were more than surprised how fabulous this restaurant is. Easy access, scenic, food was outstanding, the price is well below what we thought it would be. We will go back!
Pricey for the items offered but service was good!
Very nice restaurant. Unfortunately we were there on an overcast and cool evening. The view of the sunset and outdoor setting would have been fantastic on different day.
Beautiful sunset view. If you like dining outside, request a patio table. Sashimi tuna and buratta salad were both delicious.
Lovely beachfront Edgewater Beach Hotel. We dined at 4, lunch menu was offered and had a variety of options. All 8 in our party enjoyed their appetizers and entries. Calamari was fantastic. Our server Louise was lovely. We watched sunset. Great place to take visitors.
Food was bland. Salad good
Service was very slow & wait staff very unfriendly . Will never go back & will not recommend
The view was amazing. Mixed drinks were too strong. Entrees very good. Chocolate cake was dry but tiramisu was excellent.
Lovely overall but wasn’t expecting the dining area to be right off lobby.
Service excellent
We didn’t stay at resort because I live in area as a part time resident.
Steak good but have had better for less $$$$$. Thanks
We had a wonderful time! The service was great, food was excellent and they brought a beautiful cake for the birthday girl!
We live around the corner from Coast and, because of that and that it's on the beach, I wanted to like it. We tried this a couple of years ago and had not been back. Tried it again, and had a similar experience. The restaurant is tucked into the complex, so the view is limited, but is still nice. If you are going for the view, maybe go later in the season when the sunset is later so you can enjoy sunset throughout you dinner. The food was good. The service was good. The prices are just too high.
Delicious meal and I was even trying to be calorie conscious! We sat outside and what an amazing view! Well kept secret🤫
New years eve
