Coach Grill has excellent food and the service was very good. I would have rated higher but it was freezing in restaurant, we had a round booth near the restrooms. It was pretty cold (teens) out that night but we did expect how cold it would be inside as they have a huge fireplace.
Our anniversary evening was wonderful and the service, the food and the ambience at Coach Grill helped to make it so.
We went to Coach Grill in Christmas Eve. It was a solid choice. Steaks were slightly underdone but still delicious. Swordfish and risotto were very good. Shrimp was also very good.
This was the 4th Christmas Eve we've spent at the Coach Grill. The food was outstanding. Especially the lump crab cocktail, corn pudding and mascarpone cheesecake. Our waitress was wonderful. We are looking forward to going back soon!
Always a great meal here. Never disappointed. Very nice atmosphere, great food. Just a nice place for a really good meal.
Family Christmas Dinner
As usual, the food and service was wonderful and the Coach Grill never disappoints.
Usually I have always had a great experience at Coach Grill but this past Sunday we went to have a holiday brunch with friends and the service was terrible , food all came out wrong and delayed. The manager did his best to accommodate us but a poor experience overall
Always a great time. Food can be on the skimpy side at times. Ten of us met for the Jazz Brunch. We never heard any music as we were in the other room with the bar and you can;t hear a thing! But since we were catching up all was OK. When we left is when we all said such a great time but no JAZZ!
Coach Grill again and as always sets the bar for fine dining in the Metrowest suburbs. Always feel the food is prepared and served with the upmost care and attention. Yes, the prices are steep but the quality comes through every time in the taste. You can’t help but feel you have had a very special meal.
I always enjoy dining at the Coach Grill and would definitely recommend it to my friends & relatives. I did find it very noisy could hardly hear my waiter. The food was delicious as usual always cooked to order.
It's Perfect. The wait staff is the best anywhere.
Coach Grill never disappoints. From craft cocktails, a notable wine list, and its menu with plenty for any taste you will discover a most enjoyable dining experience. The service is consistently excellent. But face it, you are going for the food. Everything is perfectly prepared and well presented.
We love this restaurant but this visit was disappointing. It was a special occasion and I requested a particular area and booth. After driving in a snowstorm to get there, we were not given the table type or area I requested weeks ago. We were in a cramped area almost on top of the table beside us. No privacy at all. Waited over 15 minutes just to be asked if we wanted a drink. After spending $200+ for 2 people for dinner and looking forward to a special evening, it was disappointing. I also feel that people using Open Table are not treated as well as other customers.
Always good ... did not disapppint .. lovely on a cold snowy night
Fabulous night - the food was so delicious and the service impeccable.
We met friends for a delicious dinner, sat by the fireplace, and enjoyed a wonderful evening. Excellent.
my side was not hot asked her to leave my meal and just bring me a new hot side she wouldn't- my friend had to wait to eat and then her meal cold. It was relate rude for her to not do what I requested.
Management apologized and gave me my meal at n/c but it really ruined the dinner- we were both upset
Susan was our waitress. She was engaging, quick, funny. The food was delicious, we were not rushed. I would definitely go back!
Delicious and high quality food! The waiter described everything perfectly and everyone in our party of 6 was extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend.
Not worth $200 for two people, though we did get a bottle of wine...
Great food. Service was a bit perfunctory for the price. Seemed like the server was trying to push our group along to turn over the table. Restaurant was cozy with all the fires going. Everything cooked perfectly.
Excellent meal not just the steaks. I hadn't the lamb shank fantastic! Kevin our sever was spot on with knowledge and humor.
Nice atmosphere. Elegant dining room and an upscale bar that is warm and inviting. Great service and good food.
nice job on service, food and ambience. Coach Grill is always a great option.
Coach Grill is always the first place we think of When we are looking to celebrate, especially with our families. There’s always something for everyone. Cooked to perfection. I can’t say enough about this restaurant. Thank you!
We had our Thanksgiving dinner there. The meal was delicious. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. We asked for all dark meat turkey-no problem! My vegetarian daughter found plenty of items to choose from. It was very busy and the noise level made it somehwhat hard to hear dining companions but I will happily go back for Thanksgiving dinner again next year.
Always good at CG, Thanksgiving was really good!! Will be back soon.
Went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Three out of 5 steaks were raw and totally inedible especially as some were for children. Another diner in our party had cold fish and a frozen baked potato. Our night was ruined and the meal still cost 750.00 for 7 adults and 2 little ones. Will not be going back.
We were a party of eight celebrating an extended family member's birthday. The oval table accommodated the group very well and allowed easy conversation, despite its proximity to the bar and the fact that the restaurant was very busy that night. The service all around was excellent, as were the specialty cocktails. My main reason for writing the review -- something I rarely do -- is because the food was truly outstanding and definitely exceeded my expectations. From the chicken piccata (which I had, and may be the best I've had in years), to the rack of lamb, to the stuffed shrimp, to the tuna, to the various steaks -- everyone in the group raved about their choices. Even simple-sounding side dishes, like the sautéed spinach, was absolutely delicious. Although the meal was not inexpensive, it's wonderful to get this kind of quality without having to go into Boston.
