Coach Grill Ratings and Reviews
We have gone here at least twice a year for special occasions over the last 20 years. It was okay but the service seems to be going downhill over the years. I felt the service was at an Outback restaurant level. For the price on the menu it should be better, like it used to be.
Went here for New Year's Eve. The food was delicious and our server was terrific - friendly, responsive, accommodating, etc. Two watch points - (1) there were 4 of us and we were seated at a booth, making conversation a little awkward; (2) there was a cold draft by our feet. Cost was $270 (with tax and tip) per couple for a feast, pretty much in line with any other quality steakhouse.
Service and food was good, actually only one complaint and it might be because we ordered as many sides as we did.
Table too small to eat comfortably for 2 couples and 4 complete meals.
Amazingly comfortable for conversations considering it was New Years Eve.
Will visit again.
My family and I have been going to The Coach Grill for at least 10 years to celebrate New Year's. They have a wonderful menu and the service is outstanding. They make things festive for the occasion and the surroundings reflect this - in a very tasteful way. The wait staff will do everything in their power to make sure your dining experience is a positive one. They made hot chocolate from scratch for me, whipping real cream and this was not on the menu!
Coach Grill is a wonderful restaurant serving the highest quality food in a very professional
The onion soup is better than the finest restaurants in Paris
The rack of lamb is always delicious and very tender
Parking is convenient
The bar is separate from the dining room so the noise level is moderate
Coach Grill has excellent food and the service was very good. I would have rated higher but it was freezing in restaurant, we had a round booth near the restrooms. It was pretty cold (teens) out that night but we did expect how cold it would be inside as they have a huge fireplace.
Usually I have always had a great experience at Coach Grill but this past Sunday we went to have a holiday brunch with friends and the service was terrible , food all came out wrong and delayed. The manager did his best to accommodate us but a poor experience overall
Always a great time. Food can be on the skimpy side at times. Ten of us met for the Jazz Brunch. We never heard any music as we were in the other room with the bar and you can;t hear a thing! But since we were catching up all was OK. When we left is when we all said such a great time but no JAZZ!
Coach Grill again and as always sets the bar for fine dining in the Metrowest suburbs. Always feel the food is prepared and served with the upmost care and attention. Yes, the prices are steep but the quality comes through every time in the taste. You can’t help but feel you have had a very special meal.
Coach Grill never disappoints. From craft cocktails, a notable wine list, and its menu with plenty for any taste you will discover a most enjoyable dining experience. The service is consistently excellent. But face it, you are going for the food. Everything is perfectly prepared and well presented.
We love this restaurant but this visit was disappointing. It was a special occasion and I requested a particular area and booth. After driving in a snowstorm to get there, we were not given the table type or area I requested weeks ago. We were in a cramped area almost on top of the table beside us. No privacy at all. Waited over 15 minutes just to be asked if we wanted a drink. After spending $200+ for 2 people for dinner and looking forward to a special evening, it was disappointing. I also feel that people using Open Table are not treated as well as other customers.
my side was not hot asked her to leave my meal and just bring me a new hot side she wouldn't- my friend had to wait to eat and then her meal cold. It was relate rude for her to not do what I requested.
Management apologized and gave me my meal at n/c but it really ruined the dinner- we were both upset
