We got a late 9.15 PM table. The service was so-so. The food was very oily- both the appetizers and the main dish. The waiter seemed to be in a hurry, almost took my plate away before I finished and told us that the kitchen is closing soon.
So I am not sure if I will come back for dinner there again. The ambience was very good.
Elegant and excellent as always. Turkey dinner and the fish was outstanding. Thank you for making our Thanksgiving celebration every year so special. See you next year on Thanksgiving.
Excellent food, service, and ambiance. An exceptional value for Thanksgiving dinner.
We had Thanksgiving dinner at Clyde's and it was fantastic. Great food and amazing service. This was our first visit and we will definitely go back.
We ate at Clydes at Willow Creek for Thanksgiving dinner. First time ever eating out for Thanksgiving so I wanted to try something different and what looked nice from online photos. Was very impressed with level of service, ambience, and wide selection of food items. We were not impressed with the pork belly dish though, but our waitress was kind enough to immediately take it back and not charge us. We definitely recommend it will be returning
Great food, atmosphere and service. What we’ve come to expect from Clydes Willow Creek
We were so lucky to find Clydes open on Thanksgiving for lunch. We were visiting the area to have Thanksgiving dinner later that day, but needed to find lunch. We were so pleased to find Clydes and then even happier when we arrived. The restaurant was charming, though busy. We never felt crowded or rushed.
Greg our server was professional and very pleasant. The food was the true treasure. Since we were having a large Thanksgiving Turket dinner later we chose smaller meals. I had the butternut squash soup and the Autumn Market Salad, both were excellent. My partner had the butternut squash ravioli. She was delighted with her choice.
We will try to eat at Clydes the next time we visit the Loudon County area.
Thank you for a delightful meal!
Wonderful atmosphere excellent food Sam was a great waiter!
Impeccable service, beautiful destination restaurant for the holidays, laughably small portions, too expensive. $194 before tip for 3 adults with no alcohol. Three Thanksgiving dinner entrees, one cheese board appetizer, one pork belly appetizer that had TWO small slices of pork belly. Delicious but completely not worth the cost. Two bottles of Mountain still water; no other beverages ordered. The prices have risen steeply over the past years and the quality and quantity has lagged far behind.
Our experience at Clydes was spectacular! The food was amazing!! The only downside was that we asked the waitress to take our picture and she asked us if we wanted her to hold our leftovers and she forgot to give them back after we were done! We were so disappointed since we were looking forward to enjoying another delicious meal the next day!!!
The butternut squash soup is absolutely delicious!
Nothing else to say beyond the stars. It was fine, but not up to the hype that I had been hearing for a while.
Liked sitting by fire
Staff was very nice and food was good. Filet was a little raw, but didn't kill the meal.
Terrific experience! Have frequented many of the chain venues for many years. Always enjoy the time, food and people.
Will definitely return again to Clyde’s at Willow Creek Farm.
Front desk staff was rude. We were met with "do you have a reservation" by a staff member staring down at her cell phone. Not a good evening or even eye contact.
Other than this we have a great time. Fire your front of house staff.
Our waitress Ally did a really great job of helping a large group with lots of different food interests.
I chose this place, as a friend was visiting from another state & remembered that I had taken her to Clyde's for dinner on several occasions in years past. I like the beautiful decor & period furnishings. I had also hosted several women's lunches in the past. Eggs Benedict for me with soggy potatoes & an omelet for my friend who left her potatoes untouched. A side order of toast was ala cart & should have been included to compensate for the potatoes. Also, the toast was cold. Coffee & juices were good & no less than expected. Lovely ambiance but certainly not worth the price of a non-satisfying meal. There simply are too many other dining establishments that deliver quality food at much lower prices.
Overall great experience. Friendly service, delicious food and pricing seemed fair to me. It was a first date and it was the right kind of atmosphere for both to feel comfortable and I didn't break the bank covering the bill.
Not worth it
Once again, an outstanding mid-morning brunch. Consistent & steadfast to any experience at Willow Creek Farm. Our delightful waitstaff Blair was efficient & responsive, the chefs preparation was exceptional and milieu magnificent. Warm regards to everyone from entry to exit who made our outing most memorable.
Wonderful dinner at Clydes tonight! Had salmon and cod dinners with salad to start. Love the fresh, crusty bread to start with our cocktails. Lovely dining room and service was excellent!
Surprisingly the food served was average considering we were in Clyde establishment. The chicken was served cold & the ribeye was a tad undercooked for the price. This is an indication that you have under experienced cooks/chefs in the kitchen.
Server was superlative & made the experience pleasant.
Apologize but hope this criticism can help in the future.
We will not be returning to this Clyde’s.
I was worried the quality might suffer due to staff shortages and food chain issues, but we were pleasantly surprised! Everything was as it always is at Willow Creek, excellent!
We ate in the carriage room near the bar just lovely, great service not rushed
My wife had the crispy chicken and roasted brussel sprouts which too oily .
I had the rice bowl and was very pleased with it.
Lunch was wonderful as always. Our server Andi was very helpful and thoughtful in helping with our order.
I love clydes! The service and food is always good.
One of the few times we've eaten in a restaurant since the pandemic began. We were celebrating a birthday. We were so impressed with Willow Creek Farm -- the food, the ambiance and the service.
We had the trout ! A far cry from what it was in years passed ! Disappointed . Not sure why they chose to change the recipe
This was my wife’s birthday dinner. The food was delicious and the service quick and efficient. We will be dining with friends there on thanksgiving.
Rich was a most outstanding waiter! Courteous, attentive and all around personable fellow. The food was great, as always! My mom enjoyed her birthday brunch. This is out favorite of the “Clyde’s!”
Have been many times. Never disappointed. Little over priced but no other complaints
The restaurant was extremely cold, we couldn’t even take our jacket off. The food was extremely salty and they did not even try to replace it
As always, Clyde's restaurants are consistently good
This Clyde's is one of our favorite restaurants. We love the ambience and the decor. We really enjoy the food, particularly the salads and sandwiches.
The food is outstanding, and the service is great.
Celebrating my Dad’s 94th birthday in his favorite spot was, as always, wonderful. We were greeted by the host staff with birthday greetings so they are obviously reading the reservation information. Nice touch! It was Halloween eve so we were taken to our table by a friendly bumble bee. A large wedding party arrived at the same time but there was no slip in service at all. Our dinners were delectable. My father enjoyed his perfectly cooked filet. My husband and I enjoyed the pork chop and Swordfish. The server brought out a complimentary birthday brownie sundae that we all shared. Great night!
