Clyde's Willow Creek Farm
Clyde's Willow Creek Farm is our favorite place to take out of town guests. The food is consistently superior and the atmosphere is lovely.
Great food and excellent service from the staff. A local favorite. Be sure to book ahead it can get busy.
First time visitor and with the classic building and good food I will be back.
Our experience was as remarkable as we remembered!
Celebrating two birthdays and the birthday couple tried some of the new beverages and loved them!
Always a pleasure to dine at Clyde’s!
I have been to each of the Clydes in the DC Metro area. The Clyde's Willow Creek Farm location in Ashburn is a treasure trove! The entire facility is a restored bucolic countryside gem with antique wood tables and chairs that includes an outdoor patio seating surrounded by an organic farm for fresh veggies!! Indoor seating has separate dining rooms for small and large parties. I most definitely will return again many times again. The service and food were great. A definite hidden 5-star dining experience without the price one would expect for such an experience.
This is my favorite restaurant in the area. The ambiance is so charming, the noise level is low so you can actually have a conversation, the drinks are well made and food is always good with a menu that has something for everyone and of course, the service is always top notch, Love it here!!
We chose Willow Creek Farm for my mom’s 95th birthday celebration. The hostess suggested a private dining room overlooking the bar area- a perfect choice as she is hard of hearing. The food was delicious as always, but the servers really made the occasion special. They treated my mother like a queen and kept the great grandkids happy with their prompt service and attention. We will definitely be returning.
One of our best yet dinners at Clydes! Great service and excellent food. We had Caesar salad to start and ordered steak and salmon entrees. Both were served and prepared perfectly. Finished with Coffee Royale and flourless chocolate cake. Always have enjoyed Clydes at Willow Creek for it's beautiful, historic ambiance but now can also enjoy consistently good food as well.
Food was delicious. Server was very attentive and handled my mother's gluten free needs very well and politely
Wonderful ambiance, food, and service.
Willow Creek is a fascinating and fun venue to take friends or visitors from out of town which I did last week. The historic ambiance is charming and educational. Farm to table food excellent. Wait staff professional and pleasant.
We met two other couples who came from different locations!! It was so relaxing, the food was great and our server was excellent!
Fabulous food and service. Very pleasant atmosphere.
Outstanding restaurant with great food, service and ambience.
So noisy we could not hear each other talk. Upholstery on booths had holes in them!!!! Very poor image for diners
A great place to go for dinner or drinks. Food is always good.
Will visiting DC area we took our daughter out to dinner at Clyde's Willow Creek. Service was very good. Food was also good. We had the Steak Salad and Shrimp Scampi. Our daughter had a very good filet mignon. The noise level was higher than we would have liked.
We're regulars at Willow Creek Farm and love this restaurant. The staff are friendly and professional and the food is great. Sometimes it's "comfort food", other's they have aspirations to fine dining and surprise you with something like Coq Au Vin, which is frankly very good considering they're not a French restaurant. I've eaten many a dish from such restaurants that aren't as good as Clyde's version.
Their burger is great, and they always have at least two different kinds of fish, and even more typically three which is handy for the Pescaterian spouse. And they rotate their menu with the seasons and use locally sourced food when they can; however there are staples that stay on the menu such as their trout which is very good.
As on previous visits, the service and ambiance were excellent. One of our party really enjoyed her reuben; however my chicken salad was just "OK". I'll have the rueben next time!
Clyde’s is our go to favorite for a great meal. The service is always outstanding and the food is right on point. The updated rear room is perfect for large or small gatherings. We had drinks, appetizers, and dinner - all for less than $100!
After a freezing cold day watching our granddaughter on the softball fields, my husband and I needed a place that was cozy and warm with great food. I quickly checked and saw we could get a reservation at Clyde’s. We had 2 excellent meals, salmon and filet. Clyde’s never disappoints. We had excellent service with Sheryl.
Food and service great
We loved it! It was husbands birthday. He enjoyed every minute of it!
As a regular customer of your restaurants, I have always been especially pleased with the entire experience. Keep up your superior commitment to customer satisfaction.
We r from out of town and lived the feel and taste
I think our table was making the most noise! We were perfectly received and accommodated. The food was perfect and the building feels like home. Thank you so much!
great noise level...waiter was new...terrible service, but nice guy
Very cozy for a big restaurant, wait staff service was superior
Clyde’s is always a good choice! Food is amazing and the staff are friendly and attentive. We went there on St. Patrick’s Day, which also happens to be my birthday and our waiter brought us two delicious thin mint cupcakes!
Overall, this was not my favorite visit to Clyde's Willow Creek Farm.
Our meals were great. Our Moscow Mules were overly sweet and I am sure if there was any alcohol in mine.
The service was spotty. Eager to take our orders, but slow to get them to us, especially our drinks. I had ordered a second drink along with my husband and friend. Their drinks came out, mine did not. Our server disappeared and we could not locate him to ask where the drink was. Once he reappeared (about 15 minutes later) it seemed he had completely forgotten about my drink when we asked him about it.
The room we were seated in was a large one. Unfortunately 2 large parties with loud young children, one right after the other, were seated right by us. We found ourselves really having to work to be heard by our friends across our table (we were in a booth with 4 people). It would have been nice if we could have been seated a bit further away.
We always enjoy our meal here, love the ambiance & Everyone is very gracious & friendly The food delicious! Great Birthday celebration!
As always at this restaurant, the food was great, the service was impeccable and we had a great time celebrating with the Irish. Heartily recommend this restaurant.
My group of 6 was seated in the very large room - converted I guess to hold receptions, and it was cold. When asked the waiter he said he couldn’t do anything about it and that the large gas fire place was only for dinner- I guess after 6PM (we arrived at 4). The fried calamari that we ordered for appetizer was really fried jalapeño- very hot. The waiter responded that that was the way they did it- we sent it back.
Everything as usual is outstanding, as always. However one unsettling comment-why was there a 25 minute wait at 11:30 am 03-16-19? When we got seated there was only one other table of 2 people. That was it on our section. 3 waiters in that area but only one server. Not sure why you had a wait at all?
We have dined at Clyde's Willow Creek Farm and have always had good service and good food. This evening we did not feel that we received the service we normally expect at Clyde's WCF.
A great experience all around!
We love Clydes, but the service has been severely lacking on our past two visits. The food is consistently good.
This lunch was a birthday celebration with a friend I hadn’t seen in a while. We had lots of catching up and did not feel rushed at all. Our server Drew was very patient and encouraged us to take our time. The restaurant was not crowded so the ambience was perfect for conversation. I had the wild rice bowl which was delicious and filling, and she had a hearty salad with shrimp. The birthday surprise dessert was a brownie topped with warm fudge and vanilla ice cream. It’s exactly what I would have ordered to end a meal, and we enjoyed sharing it. The only downside was forgetting my doggie bag on the table upon departing.
Lovely Brunch ..my omelet was outstanding!
Had a great dining experience! Our waiter Bo was excellent, and always attentive. Please give him kudos. Love the Clyde’s in Ashburn, among other spots but the setting is second to none.
