We had a terrible experience last night at Clyde’s. The service was atrocious and it even seemed as if our waiter was drunk. Took an hour to get bread,, our meals orders were wrong and we all had an awful experience. They comped us a desert but honestly they should have done more. Little did they know but we were considering having a function at the restaurant and after last night, no way.

Beautiful atmosphere and the food was good. Service was terrible. We did not get utensils until after our appetizer was served and we had to ask for them. We were told there was a shortage. Our entrees came out but some of our sides were missing. The real issue was my daughter’s meal was never even served; it was completely forgotten by the chef. It finally came out but by then everyone was finished eating and they still forgot her sides. The manager barely apologized but did comp her meal. For the cost of the restaurant service is part of the experience. Very disappointing as we were celebrating Mother’s Day.

Luke was outstanding ! we have a food allergy and so dining is always a concerns. He went above to find out us the desert was safe- from cross contamination ! made us all very happy you must have the chocolate brownie! . . .

Great food. Amazing waitstaff, and a wonderful eating environment. The hostess is rude and has developed a ridiculous arbitrary waiting system. If I am 15 min early and you have 25 open tables, don’t make me wait 15 min. Fire her, fix that, and this place is a 5/5.

Our server made a mistake with our order: he didn’t put in one of the entrees. As a result when the food was served one of our party got nothing. Unfortunately she was also one of our honorees (we were celebrating Mother’s Day) When I tried to get the attention of one of the managers (bald guy in a red shirt), he looked right at me and just walked away. We were able to rectify the situation with our server, but it did upset the mood at the table. While this was a simple error, the manager’s failure to acknowledge a customer’s concern is inexcusable and exacerbated the problem.

Imagine if you could go to a Michelin restaurant but without the price tag, this is that place. Took my mom there for mother day weekend and it was so cute! Huge menu with lots of different options for everyone. Will definitely be going back
