We were happy to see that the restaurant is still following Covid restrictions. Some restaurants seem to have relaxed their policies somewhat. We will definitely visit again.

Easy location with plentiful parking. Nice ambiance, friendly staff, reservation highly recommended with outdoor seating and patio heaters. Food was fresh and Sea Bass was amazing . Apple crumb desert was tasty.
Lemon drop martinis were fair at best (fake lemon juice) concentrate was used.
Overall, nice spot at Reston.

I've eaten at Clyde's several times the last few months. In general, I feel that they are careful re: COVID. I like that they value their staff and ask patrons to wear masks when talking to servers. We sat outside, which is a great option when weather permits. It was fairly cold but the heater helped a lot. Also, the food is consistently good. I will definitely be back, especially as the weather warms up!

food was great and the clydes cabernet was awesome

Food just wasnt what I am used to at Clydes. Tthe ruben was missing the flavor I am used to and the ketchup was dry for the fries, like it had been sitting under a heater for tool long and it got sticky.

We ate inside with another couple also vaccinated. Table spacing was quite adequate, the place was a little quieter than usual because of the spacing. Food was outstanding as usual.

The cauliflower steak sounded appealing until it arrived and there was not any meat. It was not listed as a vegetarian meal and while it tasted okay, it wasn’t great.

Delightful, as always. Crab cakes, burgers, wine. Great food and great service.

Service was friendly. Our server was super nice and super friendly. It made the experience one of a kind. Although our timing was still very close for closing time, they still served us and were very friendly about it.

I’ve been to Clyde’s several times and several locations. Since COVID the quality level has been dropping. This by far was the worst meal I’ve had at Clyde’s. Steak was smothered in sauce, vegetables were bland. I felt like the meal I was served I could have received at a casual dining chain restaurant and would have been far less expensive. I won’t be going back until I hear that things are improving.

Because of Covid, we sat outside in freezing temps and were left alone too long before ordering. The food did come out wonderfully hot! But, the two hamburgers that were to be medium were well-done. But, we will be back. Thanks for serving us on a freezing day.

My wife’s entree trout was fantastic, as were each of our bowls of red crab soup. However, my duck confit entree was less than palatable. Why? Because I asked to substitute the gnocchi with Broccolini and what they used were only the hard stringy stems from the broccolini, which of course were inedible. Not one florete of broccolini. I of course shared this information with the manager. He offered to comp our dessert but we refused. The manager and waitress were very understanding. We love all of the Clydes but this was certainly not up to their standards. Just sat there wondering why a chef would have done that?

My husband and I had a nice time dining outside - until I got violently ill afterwards. The only thing different I had from him was the salmon. It’s a shame because I love Clyde’s but probably won’t be returning.

Classy, quaint dinner location.

Haven't been in many years. The food was ok and very standard fare. Sort of like a TGIF. Thats not a bad thing but it just didn't impress me that much. Probably won't be back in another 10 years or so.

Very nice location, but food was not great and very small portions almost thought thought I ordered and appetizer. You should offer 16 and 20 oz draft beers which is the norm now.

Great for a family lunch! Have two young kids and the staff were great!

We enjoyed dining outside. The food was very good but our waiter did not come to check on us but three times in our 1 1/2 hours at the restaurant. Clyde’s wait staff are not as well trained as Jacksons or Mon Ami Gabi staff. We will continue to visit Clyde’s for the food even though the wait staff is friendly but not good.

They offered both indoor and outdoor dining, but it was cold outside and the indoors was spacious, so we chose indoors. They easily social distanced us from other patrons. The food and drink selection was very good and we all enjoyed the meals and drinks we chose.

Clyde's now has propane heaters in the patio area -- about one for each table. Even with temps in the 40s, we were comfortable.

We live in Baltimore, but had to go down to Reston on an errand. Never had been to Clyde’s before, but decided to give it a try based upon the reviews and the menu I saw on line. Wow! It was a great choice.....one of the best meals we’ve had out in ages, especially at their price point. I had the chicken and my husband had the trout. Both were excellent and the portions very generous. Covid protocols were carefully followed and service was friendly and efficient. Definitely will return!

Celebrating a friend’s birthday. Service, food and cocktails were marvelous!

We made reservations for our 16 wedding anniversary, and the food was not hot or tasted good .

The appetizers was the fried Goat cheese in honey . This tasted very good and was the highlight of the meal and experience.

My wife’s meal did not look or taste like anything special , her dish was the Cuban sandwich . When the dished came to the table it looked like a sandwiched squished between two pieces of french bread and lacked taste and passion, the boiled ham was the cheapest ham that could go on a sandwich , the pulled pork was dry and the sandwich had no taste . My wife asked for some kind of spicy mustard or Mayo and she was brought yellow mustard . This did not help with the taste .

I had the short rib and it looked sad on the plate . The menu description and what was on the plate was very disappointing . The purée cauliflower was not puréed ( chunky mashed cauliflower) the spinach was not fresh ( frozen) no taste and the short rib had no taste , it was liked it was boiled in water , it was tuff and not tender but I had to salt and pepper this several times to just eat it . For the price it was not worth it .

We were very disappointed because a few years back we stopped here and the food and beverages were great .

My wife and I will really consider ever coming back to this restaurant. Like I said I had hoped that this special night for us the food could of looked and tasted good . It really felt and looked like no passion in the kitchen , we eat with our eyes first so when the plates hit the table the expectations and experience left the building .

We had a great outdoor dining experience. Excellent service and delicious food. The outdoor heaters are perfect for a mild winter day. I will return soon! I’d recommend Clyde’s without any hesitancy!

We usually go to Clyde's Willow Creek Farm but decided to visit the Reston restaurant for a change for New Year's Eve. The appetizers and entrees were great and we really like the decor/theme of the restaurant. And Reston Town Center was still festively decorated along with ice skaters in the rink. It was a really nice evening out.

Been dining here for years. Always get treated like family. It’s also one of the few places I can eat without a worry about my shellfish allergy. They can always accommodate. Great staff.

Always a wonderful experience even in the midst of a pandemic

Family Christmas Eve tradition. This year, the restaurant was quieter than normal due to COVID. We enjoy the atmosphere. Food and service was excellent as usual. If you are concerned about COVID protocols, the staff is doing a great job to ensure your safety and theirs.
