I was disappointed that my special request to have a treat brought to the table for my sons birthday did not happen. All I got was “happy birthday”. Our reservation was for 645 and we weren’t seated until after 7. It was also extremely hot, as if the ac wasn’t working. For the price we paid I was not happy. I normally love Clyde’s so maybe it was an off night for them.

So disappointed in service at Clyde's Mark Center. Went to lunch with another professional. After being seated quickly, menus arrived promptly. Then we had to flag down server to place an order and wait for food. After eating, getting take-out box and check required a lot of time. When ready to pay with credit card, I finally got up and took to the server who was doing bar service. Loved the food. . .but the very slow service with almost no else in our section of the restaurant was sad.

Clyde's at Mark Center consistently provides delicious food and attentive service. Another plus is the landscaping around the restaurant. Trees shade the parking lot, and there's a lovely koi pond at the restaurant's entrance.

Our waiter, Marley, was superb. He made our visit extra special plus he noticed that there was a mistake on our bill which we didn't even notice. We enjoy going to Clyde's regularly because the wait staff are wonderful and the food is great!

We frequent this location. We had a late reservation as it was mother's day. We were seated and greeted. The app and food order was placed. The appetizer came out piping hot was very good. The sandwiches and burger was lacking flavor a Rueben and turkey. Sauteed onions and blue cheese dressing was requested but never received. The side salad was drenched in dressing. The server apologized but nothing was done to correct. Food and service was not up to par.

Believe it or not it was my first time here. I'm a native Washingtonian and have know of Clyde's. I'm so glad we chose them for our Mother's Day lunch. It wasn't too crowded or noisey and the service was good. The good was so good!!!! We will definately be back. Can't wait to sit at the bar for happy hour or try dinner.

We made the reservation to celebrate Mother's Day. For some reason, we were sat in the bar area, which was never explained when we scheduled through OpenTable. We ordered 4 drinks. Only 1 was delivered. After 20 minutes, we reminded the server about my wife's, which was then brought out. My kids never received theirs and at that point, we just decided to forget it.

We've been going to Clydes for years, and have always had a great experience. Tonight was different, and extremely disappointing. There were only a few tables booked in the dining room, but the service was really poor. The first two people in our party arrived and were seated at 7:10 PM. The other two of us arrive at 7:25 PM. Then it was 7:40 PM, and still no waiter had made contact with anyone at the table. Finally one of our party got up and went looking for someone to help us. Then a hostess came over and poured us water, followed by a manager who asked if everything was OK. No, it was not! He said "sorry", but the service barely improved. We finally got to order drinks, and the waitress gave a half apology and said she thought we were waiting until the entire party arrived. The entire party had been there almost a half hour before she looked at us. She seemed surprised that we didn't want to order our entire meal yet. This is considered a fine dining restaurant, so no, we are not ready to order everything all at once. Let's start with the drinks, and an appetizer. We then ordered dinner, and it was delivered. Yet nobody asked what else we might need, or checked in with us for a while to see if all was okay. Finally, I called across the room and got a waiter to bring us what we needed to start eating our food while it was still hot. My expectation is that someone checks in within a few minutes or so after the food gets dropped at the table. Honestly, I felt like we were eating in a diner, which would be fine, if that's what we had chosen. But we went to Clyde's, and we spent almost $150 per couple. The service was terrible. The crabcake was good, but the half chicken dish was super dry. My husband is not picky but barely ate his meal. In the car on the way home, he said it just wasn't good. I asked him why he didn't send it back, and that's because nobody checked in and asked him how his food was. We expect better from Clyde's.

From start to finish an excellent experience. Clovis continues to offer a very well run dining experience very nicely appointed and clean with great service and high-quality food. We had a wonderful time on a double date. Look forward to going back again.

A nice dinner with a friend. Many fish choices on menu, but was hoping for a little more meat choices. I miss seeing liver and bacon on the menu! Usually it's quieter but we were next to a table with boisterous children so it was a little noisy. Service was quick and very good.

The Adirondack room was very quiet--and as usual Clyde's can make a sandwich wonderful, and their own brand chardonnay was an excellent value! I loved the charming and upbeat servers, and we would not have changed anything.

Great dinner at Clyde's Mark Center! Professional service, amazing food, and ambience. Discovered there is a patio dining and outdoor dining area - looking forward to eating there in the future. Only suggestion...turn down the AC. We've been here twice and both times we were freezing. Definitely recommend this place!

Clyde’s on Beauregard is consistent with great service, selection of food, and atmosphere . It is always a top choice for me. Managers are always nearby and friendly . Location and easy free parking is a plus!

The day was a perfect 68 degrees; the fish swimming in the lovely pond set a relaxed pace for us. We ate in a bar area booth, away from the celebrants of a retirement party (and never saw nor heard them until they left the premises). The waitstaff are so polite and unintrusive, being there only when we appeared to need service and to deliver food. How utterly delightful was our visit. I will definitely return again and again. The food was great; my meat was cooked to a perfect temperature, and the salad was remarkably delicious. My guest had a gluten-free offering that looked amazing; she was thrilled with it. Clyde's at Mark Center has our vote!

Had a lovely lunch with a friend I hadn't seen in a long time. This restaurant was easy for her to get to. Ample parking. The service was great. We got attention, but no hovering. The brunch menu included not just traditional brunch items, like eggs Benedict, but also homey items such as roasted chicken and meat loaf. My guest had the roast chicken, and loved it. My go-to is often a burger and Clyde's is a great place to get a great burger. Cooked to perfection. (My credentials: I've eaten many mediocre burgers.) I think their priced are also in line with other restaurants. I would not hesitate to take a larger party here, for lunch or dinner.

A favorite place, for oysters, entrees and cocktails. BUT next time I ask for quiet seating-thru have enough space at that hour ( 10 pm). Note- oysters afyer 9 are happy hour priced. Oysters and great drink ( Vesper) came quickly. Then 20 minutes approx for C our food. But it was great. A cheeseburger and meatloaf

We were eating light before a concert and so had mostly oysters, half of which were superb, while the other half were quite good -- and all were a bargain at Happy Hour oyster prices. Our booth was quiet, as requested. And our server, Marie, was first-rate. The Sauvigon blanc was delicious.
