Came here for Summerlicious to celebrate my wife's birthday with the whole family. The summerlicious menu and price was great but the regular menu is much pricer. Our first course and last was quick but the main course took a while to arrive after the apps got cleared (approx. 30 min). It was busy in the restaurant but wasn't packed, so I don't know if they were just getting used to the rhythm given it being the first day of summerlicious, or if this is how long it normally takes... The food was very good but I wouldn't consider it exceptional. Since we had a full table we were able to try all the items on the summerlicious menu; our favorite dishes were french onion soup and the picanha steak.

The person who served us disputed our every request. For example, my friend asked for a second glass for her drink and the size of the glass she requested was disputed. It was weird and not a great vibe. I also paid for an espresso martini and was given a bad espresso in a martini glass - no alcohol. Because of our weird server interaction I didn't say anything and I regret it because I shouldn't have paid the $16 for an espresso. My bad. The food quality and food options and service has really declined the last few years. This used to be my favourite spot for a nice meal. I don't recommend it anymore. EDITED TO ADD: the restaurant's response is lacklustre at best. It's a good reflection of the poor quality of customer care being offered here.

It's disappointing that your experience fell short of the standard you expect and deserve. Your server should not have disputed your request for the second glass, for that we are sorry. For the future, we encourage guests to let a manager know when anything about the experience is missing the mark, we know it can feel a little awkward, but we genuinely believe that our guests deserve the chance for us to make things right. Atmosphere on the patio is very nice, food was okay but nothing exceptional, service was good but not very knowledgeable.
