Food was OK - a little cold when it came out. Server started off attentive then disappeared.
Me and my friends enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant. Delicious food and great Service by Jojo. He know his work, we were immencly impressed they way he was sure what his customer's needs are. We went their for the first time and depended on his recommendations which we must say were perfectly flavoured as per our taste. he served us food at perfect temperature. We will defiantly come again and recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant is beautiful, aesthetically pleasing, however, I found the brunch dishes my wife and I had, were underwhelming. I had the French toast, and she had the beef short rib hash. The French toast was the worst I’ve had, and only 1 slice, but the berries were delicious. I ate it all because I was hungry. My wife’s hash was ok, but under seasoned, and 1st came out cold. Perhaps if I’m in the neighbourhood again, I’ll try their croissants.

Service was terrible, 20 min for the server to visit the table, another 20 min to bring the drink order. Sadly, many of the regular menu items were not available and of the somewhat min. menu, several items were "sold out." This was one of my fav restaurants, however after this experience I will not be returning.

Very poor service. Our meals came out at different times and we waited about 15+ mins for our server who was nowhere to be found. Food was okay but nothing special.

Very good first time experience. We were welcomed with a friendly greeting. The restaurant is very nice and the patio is lovely. We really enjoyed the white sangria cocktail. Our starters were great...the Ceasar salad is amazing! We really enjoyed our meals and the service was good.

Cluneys was a wonderful surprise. We had been there for brunch so this was our first time for dinner. The wait staff were friendly and engaging and very helpful in the selection of our meal and wine. Their entrees are very creative and their gluten free options delicious. I had the salmon which was really the best salmon I have had. Some people at our table had the monkfish and enjoyed it as well. Cluneys is a great place to dine.

I was really excited to try this restaurant but upon arrival as they are short staff, it took a long time for the server to take our order.
NOTE: A lot of items on the menu is out of stock so there wasn’t much of a selection.
Appetisers arrived but they didn’t bother explaining which dishes were what. (I.e what oysters we’ve ordered and the sauces around the sides)
Appetisers were yummy, definitely better than the mains!
However this is when we had to wait at least 40 minutes for our mains as they had a private party but no explanations given! We tried asking our server but he mentioned the manager will come apologise..
I have to say the manager did come by but he didn’t apologise and just said oh we had a big party today so there is back logs of dishes..
The experience was so so - food and ambience was good, mains arrived abit cold.. service is definitely TERRIBLE! It was a massive disappointment as is my birthday meal..

The bread basket was not as fancy as described on the menu especially compare to few years ago. The Cheese board was overpriced for what was presented in terms of quality and quantity. I am French so I was expecting much better especially given my previous experiences there.
Also the duck breast we ordered was not available after the waitress went in the kitchen with our orders.
Overall it remains a good restaurant for the food and the experience.

I have to say I love the cluny I go all the time!! And was absolutely shocked by yesterday’s lunch experience:( I waited 20 minutes for someone to even come to the table …where we immediately ordered water and a cocktail each …when the cocktails came we said we would order in a few minutes…order some apps …when they came we were out of water and cocktails…1:15 minutes after our first cocktail I had to go inside and look for our waiter where was no where to be found so I asked the person at the front for him and also water and the crement bubbles that we ordered…so he finally came back to the table and said we are out of the champagne we ordered and out of the crement would you like the rose bubbles…so we said yes we will have that …20 minutes later he comes back empty handed again saying out of that too…so I asked what do you have? Prosecco great bring that! Finally he brings Prosecco which we no longer want any more because our lunch was almost over now:( I had to ask for bread at least six times…salt and Aoli dressing never showed this was a three hour terrible experience and I’m very sad because like I said I love the cluny and it wasn’t even busy in the restaurant at all…not sure what is happening but all I can say is wow …I tried really hard to spend some money there and support the cluny but if I don’t get any service I can’t spend any Money :(

We’ve eaten at Cluny’s twice with friends. Both times on their lovely patio, which is dog friendly. Recent visit was with friends visiting from England and we all enjoyed ourselves very much. I love that they have a vegan and vegetarian option on the menu. This is becoming one of my favorite restaurants.

Unfortunately Cluny disappointed last night.
Got there and asked to be seated outside on the patio and was told there was no availability - went to our table and after placing our order we noticed atleast 4 tables outside were free.
So we asked the server if he could move us outside and he gladly obliged - solid guy!
The fact that the hostess told us there was no availability outside was strange and definitely put us off. Not sure what kind of bias or discrimination was going on there but that's something for Cluny's management to sort out.
This was our 3rd time at Cluny just this summer alone but don't think we'll be returning.

The food here is absolutely delicious. So rich and decadent. The onion soup, caesar salad, steak tartar, beef dip, and steak frites were the highlights. Such a beautiful interior and heated patio as well! We will absolutely be back.
