Nearly every item on our menu is made from scratch and we proudly maintain a curated Wine Spectator recognized wine list with nearly 200 bottles.

Our adjacent café lets you take Cluny home with pastries, macarons, housemade terrines and preserves, and artisanal pantry items. Take out, from coffee to fresh-baked breads, made-to-order crepes to sandwiches.

Went for brunch. Server was excellent. Food was mediocre - eggs Benny was lacking any distinctive taste, wedge salad was good, coffee was returned because full of grounds. Quite expensive for quality of food. Not likely to return

I was part of a group of 8 people for dinner on Nov 28/21 and it was very disappointing:
1. Our bill was overcharged by more than $100 (including tip and HST). We were 8 people and the bill showed 9 people. Two items $15 French Martini and $68 Kir Royal items that did not belong to us. Advise for everybody, check your bill.
2. We were charged $2 for hot water. Never in my life I was ever charged at the restaurant for hot water.
3. Be prepared to pay over $6 for few slices of bread.
4. Tip of 18% was automatically included, which was ok. However, what was not ok is that HST was applied to the tip. This is not correct and I don't believe it's legal to add HST on gratuity.
5. Food was ok but it didn't really justify the price.
6. The restaurant's home page claims that is the best French restaurant. It is not.
6. I will definitely not recommend this place to anybody.

Love Cluny. Great ambiance. Everyone loved their food except the two who ordered the eggs Benedict Nicosie. Wasn’t expecting it to be cold and it Likely best to keep Nicoise and Eggs Benedict separate. Both great but maybe as a combo not so much. Just our two cents.

Would like some more variety for brunch…perhaps some healthier options? Waitress was attentive and flexible with my request regarding my meal but forgot the sparkling water, even though I mentioned it twice again after ordering. Overall lovely experience.

I had called 2 weeks in advance to find out if the bar would be available before dinner for the 7 who were gathering for dinner. I was told "no" due t COVID restrictions. We arrived and the bar was open. Hmmm.
It was pouring rain and we were soaked when we arrived. No one offered to take our coats. We sat at the table for 20 minutes before we got our server's attention to provide water and wine. Food order took a very long time and main courses were mixed up with appetizers. My main arrived 15 minutes after everyone else's....awkward...
I organized this gathering of "Friends from France" hence the restaurant choice.
I was disappointed in our experience.

We made the mistake of going for brunch on the weekend and the sound level made it very difficult to hear anyone at our table. Staff also were either overworked or inattentive as coffee cups were never re-filled, we had to flag down staff to both place our order and receive our bill.

We had a great birthday brunch celebration at Cluny’s! One of our cocktails was a bit of a disappointment but our server was good enough to comp us with one that we liked much better. She also gave us a complimentary French toast because we were celebrating a birthday, and that helped us enjoy our experience even more.

I've been to Clunny more than 10 times... food menu is poor...it used to be great in the past.. first time when they re opened during the lockdown they said the menu was limited, which I thought okay that time. But now, house was packed of clients, I saw no reason to keep the limited menu. Basket of bread used to be way better in the past. Last night the breads was tasting old... no sour dough :( when I booked a reservation I added the info saying the special reason for the dinner. It was my 16th wedding anniversary and honestly I was expecting something different, Maybe a welcome drink or a dessert , which is normal in a lots of other restaurants. I've asked to the waitress but she said there was not available for the special occasion... I hope next time I can have a better experience there.

Overall ambience was great, tables a bit too close together though and waiter failed to provide proper utensils for all the meals being served. Strongly recommend the dessert platter, excellent for a group accompanied by the French press to end the meal. Looking forward to returning for Brunch.

We have wanted to go for a long time and when I managed to get a reservation Cluny did not disappoint.
Amazing atmosphere and once we had a nice table (after being offered one right outside of the service area at first) we fully enjoyed the lunch we had. Great drinks and amazing food!

Waitres was nice but made zero effort to learn the menu. She had no clue about replacement sides. She didn't even know the menu layout. For the price you pay, I would expect all staff to the tip top.

I love Cluny - the food is always so great. Was disappointed with the service during my latest visit though. Our table wasn't ready when we arrived, then it took the server ~20 minutes to greet us and give us water. We didn't even see our server at the end for the bill (I had to ask someone else to grab it for me).

The place is nice, the ambient is good, but a little bit too noisy. Service was great but tables were sticky, requiring a napkin so your hands will not stay attached to the table. As per the waiter, something related to the varnish of the table. This is something that needs to be changed. We pay close attention and they do clean the tables appropriately. The menu is short, but the quality is good. Missing more Beer selection.

Food portion very small, one person at our table had to order an extra soup.
Options very limited. Waiter dropped drink on 3 persons, we had to insist before they moved us to a clean table. (they apologized and gave us a free dessert). Service slow and inattentive. Disappointing evening, not worth the price. Place had gone downhill, we visited before the pandemic, was much better.

We had booked this 3 weeks ago and specified that it was for our anniversary. We showed up and the table they had available was 1 of 3 high tops with stools that had no back. We sat down and thought we could make the best of it but the table was also wobbly. The waiter came and we explained and he agreed that this shouldn’t be the table we were given and tried to get us another. But it was all full and he said we could start here and wait for another table to leave. We just didn’t want fo have to deal with the chance that we would reach the end of the meal and yet another table wouldn’t be free. I am glad they are so busy post covid times but we wished we could have had the anniversary meal we wanted.

For a French restaurant to be sold out of Oysters at 7pm is pretty disappointing! We also had to wait 30 mins to get our first drink and then over 30 mins for our next, after ordering them. Food and service not great and unfortunately not what this restaurant used to be. We won’t be back any time soon

Lovely setting but diners were not 5 feet apart so we were not comfortable. Food was not exceptional and wine was oddly limited with no Malbec, no Shiraz and no wine menu provided.

Thanks for providing your feedback to us. We are glad to hear you enjoyed our beautiful dining setting. However, we are sorry to hear that you didn't feel totally comfortable dining with us. Please know that as of October 25th, capacity limits are no longer in place at restaurants in Ontario. Therefore, we are operating at full capacity. We went for lunch. A person in my party had a lactose intolerance. We told our waiter but he failed to inform us that the person’s order contained dairy and he evidently also failed to ensure the kitchen was aware. This resulted in the order having to go back TWICE. The third time it was finally correct but by that time everyone else was done their meal. Our waiter seemed afraid to talk to us from that point so we couldn’t order another glass of wine. Shocked that the manager was not informed and didn’t come to acknowledge the miss. Bad experience.
