                                                    Second time we've dined here and this experience was not that enjoyable. Only the small bar downstairs was open so we could not get a drink before dinner as only 1 bartender and she was doing service as well. Seated at a lovely table overlooking the street on 2nd floor. Waiter came by after 5 minutes and asked what type of water we wanted. Tap is fine and he took some glasses off our table and left without taking a drink order. Came back with water and left again with no drink order. Third time to table and we had to tell him we wanted to order a cocktail. Weird. Felt rushed to order but said we wanted to enjoy our martinis first. Started with bacon and a ceasar salad. Bacon is actually like pork belly and not strips but husband said it was excellent. Ceasar was bland, croutons stale and no offering of fresh black pepper as one would expect at this caliber. Ordered Ribeye and filet. My filet was very good but the ribeye was not. No flavor and not cooked properly. For the price, should've been perfection. Waiter never came by to check on us until our plates were cleared. Lackluster experience for $300 plus tip. Will not return on our next trip to NYC.

                                                    Recommended. Owner was so kind. My hanger steak was great and perfectly cooked but my husband's filet mignon was too cooked, even if he asked for a medium rare. Desserts offered but we did not like them.

                                                    We had a wonderful meal for my husbands birthday. The place has a cool vibe which is a mix of old style NYC Steakhouse with a contemporary flavor. Loved the live music, a sultry jazz lounge sound while waiting to be seated or eating at the bar. Service was attentive yet not hovering and the food was excellent. I would visit again and definitely recommend.

                                                    The food was really good. The customer service was poor. Our waiter didn't bother to ask whether I wanted another drink and just took my glass away after my first drink. Just seemed a bit rude and felt like there had been a fall out. Also got sat under the air conditioning so it was freezing cold. Never had the chance to ask the waiter to ask whether anything could be done. Shame it would have been a good meal otherwise.

                                                    This was our second holiday dinner planned at Club A. Our first experience was wonderful so we went back and it was just as good, even better. Not waiting another year to return! Thank you Bruno!
