Friday Happy Hour starts at NOON now through August 31st. Happy Summer!
I was in Spokane for the first time in 20 years and remembered this restaurant. The soothing sounds and view of the river on the patio were a plus. The fish was very fresh and prepared well. The let down was the service which was very slow, I drink glasses were empty for a while and the food didn't arrive until 30 minutes after we ordered. I would go back for the view and food, hope his is not standard for the service.
Food was very good. We ate outside on patio overlooking the river, so background noise was high, but we knew that going into table selection. Server was very delightful, pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, no fault of hers, food delivery was slow. Both server and Manager apologized and both offered 2 free desserts, both of which were very good. Overall, still a very good place to eat, lunch or dinner.
Sat next to a guy wearing a dirty t-shirt, shorts and a hat. For a hundred dollar plus dinner I did not expect I would be dining with low life's!
We love, love Clinks! Great food, excellent service, and outstanding view. This is our go to place for date nights.
Whenever we travel to Spokane , this is a must do. Haven't had anything I didn't love off the menu...special shoutout to the scallops!.Atmosphere, view are excellent, and the staff are above and beyond.
Amazing as always!!!
Took advantage of the June “Monday couples dinner”. Service and meal was wonderful. Window seat overlooking the falls. Will be back.
We had the baked Brie appetizer- what a treat! Great presentation and delicious! The mahi was outstanding, as was the New York steak with bleu cheese and butter. Of course we had to have the side of pea salad- one of our favorites! Service was exceptional! We had a great evening!
Husbands food was cold. They offered to replace but it would have meant waiting for a new meal. Our bread was very dry but they did replaceMy martini was not made correctly and comment from me was not taken as seriously as it should have been
Fun place, nice ambiance, interesting menu, attentive staff, great graduation celebration.
New menu not great.
We will never go back.
I have allergies. Within 10 minutes of being seated --they went nuts. Eyes puffed up, sneezing. I surmised they obviously NEVER vacuum or dust.
It took 20 minutes for our waitress to come to the table. Another 10 to get WATER. Another 15 for her to get our drink and dinner order. So 45 minutes in and we began our 40 minute wait for our dinner. 2 rare steaks and 1 salmon. 40 min for RARE.
Steaks came medium well. Salmon came MW and dry as heck too.
We sent steaks back. I kept and ate dry salmon because I was hungry. Steaks came back blue rare (sign of a novice chef) but family ate what they could. They were well seasoned.
Mgmt was very nice and treated us to 3 free desserts so we could at least eat one course together. Even after all that service was slow and inattentive.
Very disappointing based on reviews and prices. A lovely view of the river is really all this place has to offer. Thank you to mgmt for trying but at $40+ per steak I shouldn't have to have to send anything back. And I'm still craving GOOD salmon!
As always, wonderful food and great service! We've been going to Clinkerdaggers for special occasions since they opened in 1974.
Exceptional filet. The rest of the meals were excellent also. Just wish we could have gotten a table with a view, but it was too busy. I always come back to Clinks when I pass through town.
Very expensive. Certainly not worth the price. Nice view of falls is all.
Excellent food and service. Parking was not a problem
There were some large hiccups with the Service. The overall score would have been a Poor..... Except for Shawn the Manager who saved our Dinning Experience. He took a Bad situation and made the Best out of it for us. My compliments to him and we look forward to dinning at this location again.
Spokane's Best nothing less than consistent excellence.
As usual great overall dining experience..... you can’t go wrong with Clinkerdagger.
5 out of 5 stars. This place was fantastic. The food was beyond amazing as well as the service.
Excellent food as usual! Only place we know that consistently can cook a well done steak and it still be juicy! Service was a good - but one of the drinks was not consistent with taste. Overall - excellent and we will continue to return.
Food wonderful, view delightful, service impeccable. A great get-together with 6 extended family members from out of town.
Came here for a business meal. Staff was welcoming, food was interesting and tasty, and the view of the river is great. Fresh seafood offerings were impressive.
The food was outdated and many of the dishes were coated in thick heavy sauces or cheese. The bread had garlic which was offensive to the pallet and the cost of meal was way over priced. Our special order cheese cake was frozen to the point we could hardly put a fork in it, however the leftover pieces were great. The waiter was great and we felt bad not being able to afford a proper tip after the ridiculous ticket arrived
Great service. Good food. Good view. Good location
Great family experience grandmother son and 3 Kay da. All was delightful!
Clinkerdaggers is a great place for any occasion! The food and more importantly the service is always spot one!
Clink's had a special "Happy Anniversary" note at our table when we checked in and the wait staff would take the effort to wish my husband and me well. Food was delicious, attentive service, and definitely a better location to celebrate an occasion than comparable up-scale locations in downtown Spokane.
We drive 200 mi from Missoula to celebrate special occasions at Clinkerdaggers. Wonderful food & ambience.
Great food and service...loved it! Fantastic staff and well!
Came to celebrate my son & husband's college graduations. I've been to Clinks a few times since moving to Spokane in 1995. I've always been impressed, until today. I had the $39 Wagyu, son had $42 New York steak & husband had $23 Ravioli. Our vegetables (Brussel sprouts/carrots) were supposed to be roasted, but were rock hard. Our steaks were flavorless. Very disappointing that these meals didn't taste great for the price and didn't come with soup or salad. We had to ask for bread multiple times. Our waitress didn't seem very customer service oriented or interested in checking on how our food was. In fact, when we asked to be seated outside (with our reservation), we were seated at a table with no umbrella. When I said we need an umbrella, she said "Then I can seat you inside" in a bothered way. I pointed to an empty umbrella table and she let us have it. For the experience and price, I could've purchased a week's worth of groceries. We splurged for the special occasion. It's a beautiful restaurant and location can't be beat, but this particular visit was disappointing.
Service was just as fantastic as the food. A wonderful place to enjoy friends and a good meal.
We truly enjoy this restaurant. Food, service and ambiance are amazing
Taking our son and daughter in law out since we hadn’t seen him in almost a year
Our server was exceptional, pleasant, attentive, and polished. Every meal was cooked to perfection minus the vegetable medley. The prime rib was tender and delicious. I will say the au jus was a bit too bold and detracted from the prime ribs amazing flavor. The halibut cheeks and seafood pasta were delicious as well.
Bread podding, while tasty, was cold. Tuna was just two pieces dropped on top of the vegetables. Halibut lacked any flavor on its own. If you took the sauce and risotto away you were left with nothing but a tasteless protein. It was cooked well, nice and moist, but no flavor.
I took a friend for her birthday. I noted this in the reservation. There was no acknowledgement of this whatsoever..... This seems to be a change. Had I known this, I would have gone elsewhere.
The service in the patio area seemed difficult. That is, I saw at least 3 orders taken to the incorrect table - this included ours.
The appetizer (calamari) was overcooked - there was a lot of crumbs and very little calamari.
The entrees were okay at best.
Despite the fact that I had a $20 gift card, lunch for 2 was still close to $50. It was not at all enjoyable and did not represent or reflect the birthday celebration and surprise that I was hoping for on behalf of my friend.
Lunch was delicious ...had a great time and will definitely be back....the view was great...
We were there for an anniversary. It was very good food and service. A little more expensive than I normally like to spend but it was good.
I chose clickerdagers for my husband's birthday dinner. It was amazing. Excellent food, service and view.
