we booked dinner at Clink thinking the had been there before, since we had definitely had dinner in the hotel on a prior occasion. However, it was not the same restaurant. I asked if they moved it and they said no. Regardless, we had a nice dinner at Clink. Despite it being a Friday night, it was not crowded and seems to not be a hot spot, although the bar in the hotel definitely is. Our dinner was fine, nothing special and the prices were much higher than the quality of the food or service. It was fine, but not great
Great decor with interesting story, delightful staff, and delicious food.
Small children were loud :((
The squid ink was amazing. Ben has s an excellent server. The team worked well together to make it a wonderful evening.
Excellent menu and service
Dining at the Clink was wonderful! The ambiance and character of this refurbished jail makes you wonder about all that occurred there in its history. It is now soft, warm and charming, offering a lovely atmosphere with excellent food and outstanding service. The perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
The best restaurant in town!! We reserve this restaurant for Interview lunches and always get great feedback. It is very convenient to be able to book the reservations online.
Good food and appropriate ambiance. Good service. Good vine
Not enough vegetarian options
Our table appreciated the sampling provided by the chef.
Food was very delicious. Customer service was top-notch.
Very delicious grilled chicken sandwich with carmelized onions and other toppings. Mouthwaterung and not dried out. Would go again & order that again
The pm;u problems was the noise level even though ti was far from a full house.
Great food and service in a unique location, we look forward to returning.
Wonderful location and atmosphere! It is a great historic building and a wonderful setting. The service was excellent and they handled my wife’s complex allergies very well. The food was also very good. It is a little expensive, but a wonderful dinner and experience.
Fun dining experience.. the ambiance is definitely the highlight. But the food was good - especially the lamb.
Great food, a little cold, like set for men wearing suits. Would go again!
Horrible service and certainly not worth the price... wouldn’t recommend
Unique atmosphere in former Charles Street Jail developed into a luxury hotel and first class restaurant.
Food was excellent and service fine, would recommend for a different dining experience.
Love everything about the Clink. Valet service is great also. Always bring favorite guests here.
Great location. Interesting menu well executed. Prompt and friendly service. A bit expensive. We loved the foie-gras, scallops, fillet steak and kale pasta and carapaccio. The chocolate dessert was very tasty.
It was a dinner for our anniversary!
After the wonderful lobby, the restaurant seems small. The service was attentive and spot on without being over bearing. We had a charcuterie board that was good for our small group, with good choices of meat and cheese. We all had the lamb for a main course and it was tender and perfectly cooked. Coffee and chocolate cake finished our meal and were good.
we go al to with our year old daughter, the staff especially Carlos are always accomdodating and make her feel welcome
Great location and ambience but the food was bland
Great food and wonderful service. Brunch is not to be missed. We will be back!
Love clink!! Food is always great. Menu is brief.
Coffee is 10 stars, fun mimosas, Bloody Mary bar- brunch here !!!!!!
The food was delicious! Our first time at Clink. We enjoyed the atmosphere, food, service & drinks.
Would definitely go back!
Love this hotel and restaurant!! All was fantastic!! Food, service and loved the jail aspects. A real hoot!!
Had breakfast at Clink on a Monday morning. Food, service, and atmosphere were great. However, the prices are very high. Would still recommend it, but be prepared to spend quite a bit of $ if you eat here.
We had a delicious cheese plate and champagne at Clink! Really fun time!
One of the best breakfasts I ever had. The avocado toast was unique and amazing.
We were “yelled” at for being too loud. When we asked to speak with the manager, he had nothing but negative things to say about our group for being too loud. I spoke with both the manager of the hotel along with the GM who eagerly gave me their business cards to make matters right. Regardless, I will not be bringing my family back to the hotel anytime soon.
I wasn’t impressed with most of the items on my plates. The mussels just didn’t have the right flavor to me... the salmon was cooked perfectly, but the accompanying sides put a bitter flavor in my mouth.
Roasted vegetables were delicious!!!
Food was very good and ambiance is great. Grab a drink in the bar area in the lobby. Expensive. Service was good, not great.
I have been wanting to eat at Clink for years and it was great! We had a wonderful family lunch - even the kids (5 and 2) were happy! It was a lovely Easter.
It is totally unique - those DIY Bloody Marys were inspired.
This was a special, fixed price for Easter brunch. nothing special, no pretty flowers. Over priced, felt taken advantage of, although the food was good.
Great breakfast/brunch location. One-of-a-kind setting with original detail of prison in a chic, boutique hotel. Service tends to be quite good. Food and beverage selection is great although the kitchen doesn't hit it out of the park every time. Easter brunch was a surprising $70/person and we felt this was fairly overpriced. (meat was way overcooked.) You were essentially paying for a table on Easter.
The service is exceptional (Neil). Strong knowledge of the menu. Good recommendation, interested in the guests.
The food was very fresh and well prepared. Also, the spacing of the courses...a big deal for me, was very well executed.
Portions were generous and well done.
The creme brûlée though very well done had a strong anise flavor. Many would find it very good. Though wonderfully made, the flavor was a bit too intense.
Carrot pasta with rabbit...tremendous. Kale Spaghetti very good. Great chef board with terrific cheeses.
All around really well done.
