The appetizers were amazing, then the main course came and the Diane fillet was tough. The deserts were mediocre. Service was fine but we had to wait 20 minutes for our check after asking, and they didn’t appear to be busy.

The food was absolutely amazing! My ribeye was literally the best steak I have ever had. The lobster Mac n cheese was also so delicious. Jose was a great server, too! We can’t wait for our next visit to the Cleveland Chop!!

It had to be worst chowder I have ever eaten in my life. Cold, gooey, reheated lump of something I could not figure out what it was - and my business client agreed since I order one for each of us. His roasted sprouts were doused in oil and while they have been properly charred - they were so greasy. And then the salad with salmon- whose idea was to put caramelized walnuts that seemed to have come from some jar left on the shelf for a decade? I am not sorry but this is not downtown lunch level offering.

Cleveland Chop is my favorite restaurant in Downtown Cleveland for a reason. Service and vibe are the best in the city. At the Hilton Cleveland Downtown we recommend it to all of our guest for a reason… they don’t miss. Oh and the food is great too. Keep it up Chop, we love you!

The vibe and waitress was amazing . The steaks were fantastic . The calamari was also divine . Weird to have a loaf of corn bread and it was okay. The lobster Mac and cheese and was chilly and bad flavor cheeses. The lobster was bland . Also had lobster tail and it didn’t seem fresh . Paying market value for fresh lobster and getting what seems like fridge lobster was saddening . For the almost $200 I spent . The steak was the real saving grace . I would recommend but not their lobster

I love chop. This experience was just not very good. My salmon was undercooked after being offered cooked through. My salad was drenched in dressing after I ordered it very light. It was disappointing service for a birthday dinner unfortunately but I'll always come back!

Our server Azula was absolutely phenomenal! We stopped in for dinner for my birthday & she was an absolute light of the evening. We’ve heard great things prior & we were looking forward to eating here. As the kids say, it was mid. The single reason we would come back would be to see Azula.

We had a wonderful young lady serve us. She was engaging, helpful and considering her audience, patient and kind. The food was overall very good. The stuffed pepper appetizer could have been spicier, the risotto could have been a little looser, but overall, I was please with the experience.

I enjoyed my experience at Cleveland Chop. The greeter was extremely helpful (I had parked at a meter but did not have enough quarters for the time I planned to stay. The greeter gave me the coins I needed and I really appreciated it.

Service was awesome. Food was pretty good. The crab bisque was a little basic but still good. I got a ribeye Diane, and the mushroom confit was amazing but the peppercorn crust was a bit too overpowering . My girlfriend got a sirloin going Blue and that combo was great. Both steaks were tender and cooked perfectly.
