Clay Oven Indian Cuisine
Our experienced chef's from India make our dishes fresh and cooked to perfection using centuries old traditional methods including the use of the clay oven (tandoori) fired up to 1000 degrees. Our buffet is the perfect place to sample many dishes you may not have tried before.
We welcome you to join us for lunch or dinner and are sure our restaurant will quickly become your favorite place to come for fine dining and to share a good experience with friends, family and business associates.
The restaurant is open every day from 11am with San Francisco's finest and tastiest Indian Lunch Buffet (11am till 2pm) and serving from our Dinner Menu till 11pm.
This is our favorite Sunday casual restaurant. Harry is wonderful. Note most of their business is take out so the restaurant is usually empty - Its a very pretty place and we love being the only ones there. We always go on Sunday at 6pm so perhaps at other times it has more people.
The food keeps getting better - I can't wait to go back tried the spinach pakora it was great completely different from the the vegetable pakora. May try the cheese pakora next. We always get the the punjabi lamb because it is so good.
Going away gathering for a couple. Had a great time. Food was great. Drinks are good. Staff was excellent. Great experience!!!
Love this restaurant. Food is very authentic as good as the food in India and we have been to india 3 times 1 month each time
the food keeps getting better and better- dont miss the vegetable pakora and the lamb curry was outstanding.
The food is consistently good. Note this restaurant never has many people in it as its very very popular for take out & Delivery. our favorite is the Lamb vindaloo & plain naan -all the vegetable dishes are great but this time we tried the vegetable pakora - it was a huge portion so for 2 people 1 lamp 1 pakora 1 rice 1 naan was a more than enough - took 3 pakora home.
Only person in the resturant on a Friday night. Food was ok. Would not go back
Both dishes were over-salted. Tandury Lamb Chops were burned, partially char coaled.
We had dinner on Christmas day and it was a really nice meal. The service was attentive, portions were generous, seasoning was spot on. We especially liked the Coconut Chicken Curry, the Punjabi Fish and the Prawn Tikka Masala. All the breads were tasty too! The Tandori lamb was a bit tough. Parking was easy. We don't live in the city, but we will eat there again if we are in the city and looking for a yummy Indian meal.
Just love this place - Lamb vandaloo and Pakoras was great - Have spent over 60 days in India and this is as good as our meals in India
love this restaurant - great value so relaxing. had Hydrabadi Vegetable very very good but didn't like rogan josh prefer the lamb vindaloo
Buffet was delicious and price was excellent
Great indian food but the lamb was a little bit tough.
The servers were really nice and sweet.
