No service. Many of us were out of drinks no one came to check on us.

Host was extremely rude. There was no server and ordered all through QR but that means we couldn’t get refills or cutlery or anything. Awful service but when prompted to pay, the default tip is 22%.

Food was excellent. Wish I could say the same about the service. The QR code ordering process was tedious and took away from the experience of dining out. Servers did not check on us at all. We had to flag someone down every time we needed something.

The whole QR code ordering process is awful, not having wait staff is really a huge negative. This is not a good business model.

The food is very good. Our biggest complaint here is the direction to use a QR code to order your drinks and food. It had been a while since we were there and I had forgotten what a pain it is to try and use it. This evening, we had limited cell service so everything kept hanging up. Then we tried using their WiFi unsuccessfully - also hanging up in the order process. We finally hunted down a person who sent someone over to help us. Initially the help was to make sure we knew how to use it - we got it - it just doesn't work. Thankfully they sent a delightful server over to take our actual orders, and she was great. It was a wasted 20 - 30 minutes of frustration which delayed us in getting to the Caps playoff game. The food was very good, but we are making a note not to come back unless they get rid of this system. There are lots of other options available.

Delicious as always! Service was good too. I had the beet and goat salad and added avocado and shrimp. Wife had the chicken tandoori kabobs. We both loved our dishes. She had the cucumber smash and I had a Pinot Grigio. See ya next time!

Positives: the food was reasonably tasty, and the beer selection is still terrific. And my lager was served at a great temperature. Negatives: Food and drink portions are small and the prices are large. When it's crowded (as it was on our visit), it's impossible to have a normal conversation at a 4-top even far away from the bar. Why I won't be back: There are no servers. You order via a Covid QR code/web site but the web site doesn't match the menu. Food and drink delivery was via food runners. AND WHEN YOU GO TO CLOSE YOUR TAB THE SITE PROMPTS FOR A TIP, AND THE DEFAULT IS 20%! YGTBFKM! I tip for service, and I'm usually a very generous (25-30%) tipper. But I don't tip 20% for no service. I tipped $10 on a $70 tab in hopes that it goes to the bussers and runners.

It was packed before a Caps game but our waitress was great. She was on top of it. All the staff seemed to work in tandem to keep things moving along quickly. The food was really good. Much better than you would expect for a bar type restaurant.
