Always a great place for a nice dinner or drink with friends. Food is delicious and atmosphere is welcoming.
Food was awful. Wouldn’t let us sit under an umbrella outside even though table was empty the entire time My daughter had a bug in her drink. Will definitely no be going back.
Great energy, good food and nice staff. Will return.
I normally have great service when I dine at this establishment. Unfortunately this time it wasn’t up to par. When we were seated it took 25 mins for our server to take even a drink order. This was after I went over to the hostess and asked them for a server. The food took too long but our server was very courteous.
The food was outstanding and or server Seth was so friendly. Cannot wait to go back.
The meal was delicious but they advertised outside that they have a happy hour. When asked about it the manager said it was an old sign and would not honor the request. That sign is up every day in front. Manager needs to be advised that the customer is always right
Have not been to the restaurant in a while and I am so glad that we went. My wife loved the food and service.
We had a nice booth seat. We decided to keep it simple and had pizza, salad, and beer. My husband likes the beer trio sampler. We had a truffle pie and a margarita pie. The quinoa salad was split for two prior to serving. Great surprise. Overall great experience and as always we will be back again.
Had brunch with our niece and nephew. Lovely meal, very attentive and cheery waitress and the food was very good.
Krystal was helpful and full of energy. The food and drinks were terrific.
Food was good but service was slow. The place was half empty on a Saturday night and yet the server told us that because it was a Saturday night there was a limit of 2 hours on our table. Totally took away the mood and the reason why we go out to eat. Might as well do take-out if you are going to have someone tell you that. It makes the diner feel rushed and uncomfortable. There was no reason for her to say that. It took almost an hour to get a glass of wine and an appetizer, which we were okay with. We were there to catch up and relax. When she asked for our entree order and we told her we needed to look at the menu she told us about the time limit. At that time it was 8:00 and half empty. Needless to say, the tables did not fill up after that time. Very rude and disrespectful to the diner, especially that it cost us so much money. Meanwhile, masks were no longer required and social distancing wasn't an issue so why keep this time limit part of COVID restrictions? You can't have it both ways. I guess it's profitable for them except that the place did not need our table and it turned us off so that we will probably not go back there for dinner any time soon. Profit over people.
Service was slow and the bathrooms needed tending to.
Wine by the glass pricing is ridiculous. Order the bottle. Food and service are wonderful
We waited 45 minutes to get the appetizer and then it was an hour after we got the main course
Appetizer was delicious but the main entrees were too salty despite our request for least salt as possible
We dined here several times before and thereby expect much better than this from our past experiences
Jen was a server and she was very kind and knowledgeable. She specifically asked if anyone in our party had allergies and instructed us how to order to avoid any issues. The food was fresh and the atmosphere was wonderful.
Very nice dinner with friends who had never ate at City Cellar before. They loved it! We ate in their outside space which is very conducive to dining. Everyone enjoyed what they ate as well. A beautiful evening enhanced by good service and food.
Great dining experience. Everything from the ambiance to the food was great. Definitely would recommend.
My husband and I went for our anniversary. We were seated immediately. Food was delicious. Wait staff very attentive.
Good food friendly staff!
Good food! Portions are good given their prices!
Food and service excellent
Food was incredible, everyone I was with was super happy with the experience and I was the hero of the day! Love this place, we will be back
Food was great! Waitress was awesome!
Awful service. Food took forever. Not going back
The restaurant is lovely but we found the pricing significantly higher than in past visits. The steak my husband and I had was tough and had a large amount of grizzle which was disappointing. My friend had the past with short ribs I believe and found it did not have much meat just too much pasta. Overall it was kind of disappointing.
I don’t think my waiter wanted to be at work that day.
Wonderful service and food.
Service has been extremely slow my last 3 visits, taking greater than 30 mins to even get a drink or put in an order. It is definitely not a place to go if you are on a time table. The sangria is tasty but very little alcohol. They used to be much better but have been water down a lot recently. The food is ok. Nothing to rave about. Could be warmer when brought to the table but decent.
Very nice dining experience. Wagyu sliders were very good as was spinach artichoke dip. Filet mignon au jus sandwich was delicious. Nice ambience and good service.
consistent great service and food
City Celler allowed someone to change my reservation time and amount of people without asking me. Since I did not make this change I arrived late and left.
Lunch was great. Food delicious and we were able to sit and chat without being bothered.
Took my daughter here because I love it so much!!
Great food and service- REASONABLE for what we received
This is a wonderful neighborhood restaurant. Always lively, and the food is delicious. Friendly service. We don't eat meat but the salads, fresh fish, and pasta selections are always great. Good bar.
Would recommend this for family dinners as their menu includes variety. We had duck, pork chop, ahi tuna salad and pasta nolognese and will recommend. Pork chop was tender and the duck was well cooked. We ordered both medium and was perfect. Most restaurants don’t ask about cooking wellness and they end up over cooking them.
We weren’t a fan of the Nutella creme brûlée (the Nutella was stuck to the bottom)’
We had a great Father’s Day!!!
We love city cellar the food is always incredible and the service spectacular !
Thank you for your review!
Our waitress was so attentive and a pleasure to deal with. The food was good and enjoyable. The ambiance was nice as well. A great choice to celebrate Father’s Day.
We are so glad you had a great Father's Day experience. Thank you!
