Went there for Sunday brunch which was a la cart. They opened at 11am we were there at noon and they were out of decaf coffee. So we asked for the mimosas and they we out of the juices so we had ordered bloody marys. One of them was great and the other had so much Worchester sauce that it was undrinkable. I then ordered the Bahn-mi sandwich and they didn't have it. They service was slow and they were not busy. I don't even mind the slow service but the fact that they were out of many things first thing on Sunday was ridiculous. Unfortunately we will not be back.

Our reservation was @8:30pm, We weren’t called into 40 minutes later, we noticed a lot of people leaving complaining that they weren’t getting served, they just got up and left! it was a chaotic scene, I must of seen like 20 people get up and leave, it was horrible, I was getting worried myself that they weren’t going to serve us or treat us the same, yes that happen when they sat us we waited and waited and nobody came, we did the same thing got up and left.

The owner of this establishment is rude! The foodcsucks! And the prices are overrated. $20.00 cover charge they force you to buy dinner and a drink and the food is expensive. The only thing that's good is the music.

modern Mediterranean food with a fantastic atmosphere and location. We went here on a whim because the menu looked good and we were not disappointed. Wonderful location for a date night by the water.

Oh my gosh I absolutely love this place. My friends and I went to dinner for my 35th birthday and now I can’t imagine having celebrated anywhere else. We were sweetly greeted and treated like VIPs. The food was orgasmic, Our server was so charming. The complimentary birthday cheesecake made my day! I’m definitely going again.

As a first time diner I didn’t know what to expect the live music and DJ were a bonus. I had a lite meal, Brussels sprouts as an appetizer and hummus with vegetables as my entree. There were both delicious. It was really nice to get out and be in an environment that felt normal.

First of let’s start off with the C grade .. the service was terrible , the food was terrible. They took a hour just to bring the food out , still got the orders wrong the manager was not Compliant. I truly do not recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy !!!!

Used to love this place - not anymore! I really wished I had read the reviews before coming back. I was astounded that the manager, Junior, REFUSED to remove my meal from the bill after I sent it back. The $30 stuffed pork chop was dry and disgusting. I had to spit out two bites of grizzle and fat - yet he insisted that those spit out bites on the plate were enough to warrant charging us for the meal. I would give this place zero stars if I could. (But the waitress was great.)

I'd been coming here for several years and with the new management I've seen a downward spiral in service, quality of food, cleanliness, and an utter disregard for customers. Their prices on food are outrageous! They also have a "C" from the health department! The staff at the entrance is rude. The hostess at the front was rude to me when I asked her to sit closer to the band. It's such a shame because the location is beautiful and magical at night when the music is playing. I've seen this place thrive and have lots of customers looking forward to unwinding at such a magnificent location. That magic is gone with the current management :(

We had a reservation, but were not seated when we arrived on time. The host asked us to wait outside, but never came to get us; we came in after waiting 40 minutes just to be told that she had waved to us from inside earlier (our seating faced away from the entrance).
The food took over an hour to be served so altogether we waited almost two hours just to eat. I understand the pricing reflects the live entertainment, but I would also have wished it to be more flavorful for the price. The live entertainment was closer to club noise level than dinner ambience level. We were seated pretty far from the band but it was too loud for us to have a conversation.
I really wanted to like this place, but I doubt we will be back.

Citrus use to be a nice place for good food, good customer service and good live music and distinct DJ.

However, my visit on Friday was extremely horrible. The drinks were not made correctly, the food took a very long time and when it arrived the food was cold, the butter on the steak wasnt melted.

My waiter was not experienced so the customer service was "trash". The hostess removed the main meals (because we only ate the upsell of shrimp and crab cakes. Honestly we only ate that because we was hungry and been drinking) however, I feel the whole bill should be excused.

The service and food was HORRIBLE!! I will not recommend citrus nor will I return anytime soon.

Very disappointed!

Beautiful restaurant and setting on a lake, but the service and food was rather average. It took a good 30 minutes to receive our main course, even though the restaurant was not full. One of our party members ordered the hanger steak, which came out lukewarm, and tough. A $42 steak should be outstanding. Perhaps the kitchen was having an "off night", but we won't be returning to this restaurant soon.

Birthday dinner! All was great from the beet salad to the butternut squash soup and the filet! The asparagus risotto was delicious and the citrus beurre blanc sauce was amazing! And the finale... the grand marnier soufflé! Awesome!!

Amazing service from Rachel.
Mediocre food quality. Brunch is highly overpriced for the quality and selection. I was shocked at the C rating when we left... no wonder it was so empty.
It’s sad to see how far downhill this place has fallen. It used to be one of my favorite restaurants in the area.

I’m not one for bad reviews and the few times I have been to this establishment before were great. This time however not so much. We waited 30 mins for a drink, then another 45 for our food which tasted like paper with sauce sprinkled on top. After 2 hours of horrible service we decided to get the owner involved and let him know about our horrible experience. He ended up giving us a couple deserts to make up for the bad service we were receiving and said that it was because they were slammed for Valentine’s Day the night before and the staff was tired. That didn’t fly with me so we left and went somewhere else. I heard their Saturdays nights are pretty nice and I might give it another try later on down the line but as for this last trip, I wish it never happened.

We met friends for dinner at 7. I made reservations assuming it would be busy since it was the evening before Valentine's Day. Our friends arrived first and had drinks and bread while waiting on us. We arrived just before 7 pm. No need for the reservation the dining room was empty maybe 6 tables had customers including us. My husband and I sat at least 10 minutes before our server came over to ask us if we'd like a drink. Remember it was a very slow night. 15 minutes later he returned with our drinks. I asked for water and that took another 10-15 minutes. We ordered and dinner arrived within a reasonable amount of time. He forgot to bring our friends drink refill. The meal itself was not good. Pasta dishes were bland and the octopus was not grilled more like over boiled. The salads barely had any toppings and they were out of champagne dressing. Cant, you make it or walk over to the Trader Joes. We think the owner was on sight. That or he was the manager, either way, he was wandering in the kitchen and had no concern for how the restaurant was operating. In my opinion, this restaurant is about to go under.

Disappointing-We had a confirmed reservation for 7:30pm, we arrived at 7:25pm and were told the kitchen is closed. When asked why we would have a confirmed reservation if the kitchen is closing, the gentleman at the desk sad, “I’m not the manager & it’s not my fault.” WOW, we were shocked.

Made reservations for a special occasion for 7:15 pm. When we arrived we were told we could sit in the bar and not eat. They decided they were not very busy and were sending people home early. I showed them my reservation but would not honor it. Now I see in a follow up email they checked us in. Not a true statement. Poor managing skills. If we had been notified I could have done something else. The email on their website for management does not work either.

Been going here for years, since they opened. New ownership. There is currently no executive chef or su-chef so no specials, no clam chowder(signature soup). 6 cheese ravioli with shrimp...tasted fishy...kinda sad! Hope they Survive! The Chilean sea bass was still amazing! Also a signature dish.

Not a good value for buffet. Salad bar old salad. Not a good presentation of food and location of food not organized. Was a budget buffet at best. Ordered an omelet from server as she told us this is the way they do it here unlike Orange location. Omelet was even small like 1 egg max for a woman. Muffins were stale. Would never go back. This was not worth even $20. Very disappointing as we have gone to Orange location several times. Restaurant was not clean either.

To start service was slow. The wine list was very limited, only 2 cabs. We ordered one of them but they were out. They Let us try another one which wasn’t on the wine list and it was a mediocre inexpensive wine with a high price tag. 2 wedge salads were ordered but weren’t brought to our table until after the main dishes were served and the server reminded we had ordered them. Would have ordered a second round of drinks & another different bottle of red but because of the inattentive service our meal was completed well before someone came by to ask if we wanted anything else. Couldn’t flag down the server sooner. There’s a very large glass enclosed wine rack between the restaurant and the bar which appears empty except for the wood racks. Don’t think we’ll be returning. This was once a nice upscale restaurant but food quality and service has declined with inattention and/or bad management.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I made a reservation and when the day came I was excited to catch up with a friend. We were greeted and seated right away by the very nice hostess. We sat down and were brought bread and water almost immediately which we both appreciated. Then it took the server upwards of 30 minutes to even say hello to us (the bread and water were brought by a food runner) and that was only after I had to flag down the hostess and ask her if we had a waiter. Once our poor excuse of a waiter arrived (Hector) we ordered a glass of wine and our dinner. By this time a couple was seated next to us and was given exponentially better service than us. Our food arrived to our table quickly but this was before our wine did. We told the kind women who brought us our food that we did in fact order a glass of wine. She asked what kind and then 4 minutes later Hector quite literally came running over with the wrong wine. We told him to take it off the tab as we didn’t want it anymore and didn’t even take a sip. Our waters were never refilled until the bill came.

I was recommended to come here by the friend and I am shocked at how poorly we were treated. We took the time to make a reservation and this is what we got out of it. The restaurant wasn’t overly crowded and they seemed strongly staffed. Very disappointed by the service of Hector here. We made our reservation for 1/11/2020 at 7:15pm. Footage should be reviewed and hector should be spoken with as this is not the service I believe CCG wants to present.
