Restaurant was freezing. Had to ask twice for air conditioning to be turned down. Food was ok - a little over-salted, but very over-priced.
My husband took me here for my Birthday dinner, They had my name on the table for a reservation and that was very cute. Our waiter Peter was awesome, he was attentive and very personable. He made our 1st time there very comfortable. I ordered a 6 cheese ravioli that was made to perfection and a strawberry lemonade that was very tasty and sweet. My husband ordered the cheeseburger sliders and they weren't so good, not much chipotle sauce on them and very dry. We were hoping to hear the music but that was on the other side of the restaurant. I was very pleased overall with my food and dining experience and will definitely come back again.
The food was good, worth the money However Customer Service was HORRIBLE. Everything we needed we had to go get a manager or call a waiter. We were never checked on. We had to wait an hour for someone to come pick up our bill. We could have easily walked out on our tab because no one came back to us.
I can't wait to return. The only thing I would say is there needs to be more seats outside where the DJ is located.
Jazz Night was fun! The entertainment was good. Nice to hang with another couple and enjoy a great evening.
We loved the food and the ambiance. My only complaint was the limited appetizer menu at lunch, but that's just me. I'm adding this to my list for Corona.
Went there for brunch with family. I definitely recommend it.
Food was amazing and the service was exceptional.
Overall, a great experience. Solid variety of food items to choose from. Food quality was also solid. Ambiance was perfect. Staff was friendly and attentive. Plenty of smiles from wait staff.
Good food and waiter was very pleasant inside but outside on patio no one came to take our order they just stared at us
I reviewed in Yelp, but will add here.
The appetizers I sent back the calamari was rubber. I would have sent the entire meal back except I didn’t want to embarrass my twin grandsons on their 18th birthday.
The food was sub standard the service was poor and the bill for 4 was over $250.00 including only 4 cocktails.
We will not return, there is a Taps Nextdoor go there.
Very disappointed as we have been a customer for many years.
We went for brunch and spent $129 + tip for 3 people. By far not worth it. Taps, the restaurant next door is far superior. Just go there...
Everything very good.
They did not honor a promotion email, they claimed was only at their other location. The address at the bottom of the email was the Corona location only. So shady! We used to frequent this restaurant, haven't been in years, and after this event we will never come back. Sadly not the same!
Had the best time truly enjoyed my self had a blast
Great food great atmosphere highly recommend
The food for the price just wasn’t up to par. The chicken in the mushroom penne was very over cooked. The calamari was extremely rubbery and the drink very small for the price. The stuffed dates were great though, and so was the bread and oil.
It was mediocre at best. Maybe got there an hour from opening. Not sure they were ready.
This place was absolutely awesome. The food was so delicious. The ambiance priceless! This place is sure to impress!
We waited over 10 - 12 mins before someone came to great us at front door, seemed very unorganized and hectic. No apology for waiting. The restaurant itself was empty, maybe 4 other tables had guest. Its unreasonable that you pay for a meal but they charge you for water on the patio. This place use to be nice but it has gone down hill. service and quality is VERY poor. I will not be back
We experienced poor service with long wait times. Our wait person did not seem familiar with the drink menu or the food menu. It looked to us like they had too many tables too far apart and too many responsibilities to cover adequately. Usually someone else fills water glasses, clears dishes etc. not the wait staff.
One of our dishes was not as described in the menu.
My steak was not very good, service was average, food was over priced.
I’ve been here once before and absolutely loved it. It has been awhile since I came back the other night. Receptionist horrible attitude and I asked if the outside was available she immediately say sorry we are booked out. Waiting to be seated was fast but sitting and waiting a long time to be waited on. Drinks from the bar to strong and disgusting. The manager had to bring us our bread and table ware. The the busier girl was absolutely amazing and tended to us so nicely and help as much as she could, we end up tipping her she was so nice. The food tasted absolutely amazing my wife truly loved her food and I the portions was very small for a big guy as myself. So maybe once a year or not we will eat there.
They were severely understaffed, couldn’t provide us with a drinks menu and had run out of most alcohol. One of the bartenders took over for our server and took care of us the rest of the evening. We spent about 1 hour more at the restaurant than we usually do. We saw the other tables around us having the same experience.
The food was great though, as usual, and we weren’t in any hurry, so we made the best of it. This is not usually what we have experienced when we have been there numerous times before.
Delicious and good service, definitely coming back
Citrus grill is our go to restaurant when we want a great meal or are entertaining friends. Every experience here has been outstanding! This dining experience was different. .. sadly. They were short on waiters ... just getting a water refill was difficult. I ordered a glass of J.Lohr cab ... took forever to get it and when I did it was terrible.... I’m sure it had started to turn to vinegar... we sent it back and the waiter said that was the only bottle and they had looked everywhere to find it for me. At that point we had almost finished our meal, so we sent the wine back and did without. At that point I asked for a water refill but never got it. Having said all this ... please note that our food was exceptional as it always has been. I hope this was a one time poor experience as we love Citrus Grille.
Terrific menu, excellent food and service. We highly recommend it!
All good but changed happy hour but was still showing on line on Saturday 3 to 6
Food was great. Surprisingly it wasnt crowded at all. Service was great.
The food was outstanding! The flow for the buffet was confusing and very crowded but the food made up for it! The staff, although pleasant, seemed overwhelmed.
This was the best omelette I have had in years - so fresh and delicious. The food was amazing and always brings us back. Points taken away because it took 20 minutes after giving our drink order and us actually getting our first drinks. Other points taken off because we were told the patio was absolutely full and you have to specifically state where you want to sit when you make your reservation - not an option on Open Table. Also - the patio wasn't even half way full the whole time we were there, not cool. We will still be back though we love the brunch.
The food is just ok, but the service was incredibly slow
Food was great and service was great!................................................................................................................A
Although I say I would recommend, that is totally based on past visits....this one was sub-par completely. Haven’t been there in many months, but was not good at all. Service was terrible (and they were not busy!) the food was so-so. Very few fries with my sandwich, my friends pasta was tepid....hopefully it is better on a regular basis.
Great Easter experience Good food descent service Unlimited champagne mamosa plus coffee teas fresh juices Food selection included omelettes fresh fruit bagels lox oysters peeled shrimp cold cuts beef ribs real prime rib French toast various miniature desserts More than one person could ever eat Great $45 buffet
Love Citrus Grill so took my sister there for her birthday along with my other two sisters. I called ahead to ensure we got a window table and told them it was my sister’s birthday and to make sure the sever knew so I wouldn’t have to say something at the table. Of course, come the end of the meal and I had to tell the server it was her birthday. Also, I ordered the filet mignon tacos and some of it was grisly.
We have had great food here and not so great food here. Atmosphere is nice. Not a huge fan of the seating layout but if you have a booth it's much more private. I know I am bias because I am married to a chef but the food all in all is pretty well prepared
Great place for a business lunch, good food and service
Great service and the Salmon was awesome!!!! The only issue was the menu was hard to read. The green cover stock does not show well when you are looking at the menu.
two options for the evening... have a nice dinner in the restaurant and then go out on the patio for music and dancing.
