We sat at the bar waiting for our table and had the harvest sangria sounded great, but was disappointing. I think the bartender put red wine, ginger ale, and cinnamon stick in a glass, not as described on the menu. One of the bartenders was great the other bartender was rude and not very welcoming. Once at the table the waiter was great very attentive and wonderful The food was great , and we’ll be back.

WE love this place....suggested it for my sister-in-laws birthday and they loved it too! Staff is great, it is beautiful, food delicious, can't think of anything negative. a beautiful experience once again! good going Circe.

Everyone is super nice and accommodating! Especially surrounding mocktails and me losing my phone 🥲 food is wildly delicious. We had the chicken and gnocchi (this went so hard).

A cool place to dine, but clearly geared to younger crowd. While the appetizers were very good (NE mussels and lamb lollipops), my dinner, which was one of the specials for the night (salmon with lobster and shrimp) was mediocre at best. The salmon was very good, but the mashed potatoes it was sitting on were extremely bland and lumpy, the 2 jumbo shrimp were chewy and tasted like they came out of a frozen bag and the 2 pieces of lobster claws certainly didn’t justify the $55 price they charged for this “special”! Very disappointing!

Superb experience, from reservation to good-byes - our out-of-town guests were blown away! The service, especially from our waiter, Alex, was unparalleled. The menu was fun; the food delicious and beautifully prepared. Drinks, too. We’ll be back!

While we arrived later, the staff was gracious and accommodating. The service was excellent and the waitress went above and beyond to print out theater tickets that we forgot. Food arrived promptly and was fresh and delicious. I plan to go back soon.

The atmosphere is really nice. Impeccably styled, dim lighting, good music, beautiful bar. Drink was a 20/10...best lychee martini I have ever had. The server was fantastic, the food...meh. The portions are small so don't go if you are super hungry unless you order some apps or a salad first. I ordered the short rib which I've also tried at Cafe Nuovo and its miles better than Circe's. My boyfriend was underwhelmed with his salmon as well. Would definitely go back and sit at the bar for drinks but dining there again is a no go.

We love coming for brunch before the PPAC show. We’ve been coming for years, because we like the food and convenience of the restaurant to the theater. We also appreciate Tracey, GM, who assists us with our reservations. She’s awesome. Sorry, BUT, the DJ has the music Way Too loud. If you’re sitting under him, you can’t hear each other talk. I cannot believe we’re the only ones that it bothers, (sometimes 12 of us). Music in restaurants for dining should be in the background sound, so people can speak and visit.

My theater buddy and I enjoyed our dinner before the show at nearby PPAC. We were happy to be seated upstairs at a more private table by the front windows. Normally we're given a seat in the back on the small 2-tops that are right on top of their neighbors. This time we had more privacy and enjoyed our meal and conversation more. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My friend had the meatloaf (regular menu) and I had the halibut special. Both were generous portions and very good. It's not easy to cook fish - my halibut was a bit overdone, which was unfortunate since the special was over $20 more than dishes on the regular menu. Won't make that mistake again. But overall we were happy with our meal and would definitely return on another theater night.

A friend recommended Circe and we are so glad they did! Delicious food, fun drinks, and sweet waiter even if he was stretched thin on a Friday night. Plan to definitely go back!

Meals and service were outstanding in all departments, and is why we keep going back. They’ve never let us down whether it be a date night or a meal before a show at PPAC. I highly recommend this place to everyone who can appreciate fine food, fine drinks and fine service.

Food was absolutely delicious. The curried coconut gnocchi was sooooo good! My husband loved the boneless beef rib. Our waiter was great: friendly and on top of anticipating what we may need.

Absolutely outstanding! The owner’s daughter was so helpful when we had to change the time at the last minute. Our waiter was beyond professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. This was a wonderful celebratory dinner for me. The food was excellent. I also loved that space was once Downtown Cafe where I have many warm memories. Don’t miss this place.

We love the food & drinks at Circe and always have excellent service. Our server last night overhead me tell my boyfriend that I was starving and he zipped right over and asked what he could put in for us. We had our appetizers within MINUTES. He also offered a sample of the pumpkin beer to my boyfriend when he inquired about it because a previous guest hadn’t enjoyed it and he didn’t want Andy not to like it. They had a nice convo about how he likes a more muted pumpkin beer and appreciated the insight from our server. He was very attentive & accommodating in such a genuine way. We’ll be back…many many times!!
