This was our second visit to this small, but comfortable bistro. As before, the cuisine was outstanding! The Mrs. ordered the pate de fois gras appetizer -- the best ever -- and the trout -- fabulous. I started with the escargot -- with garlic bits included. And had the rack for my entree ... perfectly 'pink'. The wine list is extensive, but we ordered 'by the glass' and the house selections were more than adequate.
The wait staff is very friendly and attentive. At one point, our primary server was attending to other customers, but her 'second' noticed that I was in want of more wine and addressed my needs most expeditiously.
We will visit Circa 1875 again very soon.
