Cipriani Downtown Miami
When we asked for water, we told them we wanted still water and we were brought out a bottle of water and charged $9 for it. While it’s not that significant, I think by the comment “still will be fine“, the waiter should have known we just wanted the water that was free, not a $9 bottle. As far as the food goes, the appetizer was very good. I had the octopus. However, my main entrée, the gnocchi tasted a lot like something I could’ve gotten from the freezer section at Trader Joe’s. The dessert on the other hand was good. Not the best dessert I’ve ever had, but not bad. I had the vanilla meringue. Overall, I probably won’t come back here, because there are so many other restaurants that are far better in Miami.
The service was ok. Half of the table ordered regular menu which was ok (not great) and the rest ordered “Miami Spice Menu”. The appetizers were great but as a main course I had chicken curry with rice - it was terrible!!! I couldn’t find out if it was old or raw. Impossible to eat. I complained to the server, and he seemed to know that it was bad, but he didn’t offer to change my plate ...
Food portion was extremely small for an italian restaurant. The staff was very rude
We celebrate birthday and the staff get a piece of cake with a candle- very nice!
Service is so distracted. Talking , not aware of the tables.
They really ruin a nice experience.
Fabulous Fabulous and Fabulous ❣️

The food is spectacular as always, no doubt there. The highlight of my rating goes to the manager. I live in NY and often go to Cipriani Downtown. After a long break, we decided to go to Cipriani Miami. Even though I never had any issues in any Ciprianis , this time , unfortunately we had a couple issues with the service - not the food. I mentioned it to the manager and he made sure that it was well taken care of and that we enjoy the rest of the dinner so I appreciate that. Accidents do occur but sometimes even the managers in certain places are not as attentive so I would like to thank him. Cipriani has always been one of my favorite and the fact that the manager is so attentive, made me feel appreciating and heard. I will be back again.
The service was not do quick
And the food was not especial
We we t to celebrate a birthday, staff could not be bothered to acknowledge it
The view is spectacular and every detail, from the linen napkins to the food, was impeccable. We enjoyed the Miami spice menu and it was a terrific deal. The chicken curry was very flavorful and even the bread was above par.
My only complaint was the valet parking. They only accept cash! Be sure to take $19, because if you're even a minute past an hour and a half, the price jumps from $11 to $19.
amazing staff, service was good and overall vibes was nice
I was not impressed ! The service was mediocre. I was very disappointed!
Buen ambiente, buen servicio, excelente comida
Good pasta, the drinks aren’t that good.
Food was just regular. Nothing special.
I sometimes have dinner at Cipriani in Venice And I think that Miami is quite at The same in service And menu. This made me proud as Italian abroud. My compliments
Great Food, Phenomenal view of the Miami River and the bay and most importantly superb service.
Very recommendable restaurant
Great dinner. Service was the best
Not worth the price
We had the Miami spice menu which was disappointing. The service was rushed and did not seem interested in customers ordering the Miami spice menu
Era el aniversario 29. Pedí una mesa especial. No hubo ninguna concesión. Nos colocaron al lado de una Columna. La comida buena. Pero tardaron mucho en servir.
Excellent food and service. Great place for dinner.
Great location, great food. service disorganized mainly at change of crew around 6.00PM
Great! Hope come back soon
Muy amable servicio, deliciosa comida, pero los platos principales tardaron muchísimo en llegar.
It was a good experience overall. Its too noise. I Williams cine back but i think it was not outstanding.
Our second experience at Cipriani Downtown Miami, was excellent. I had my family visiting from out of town and they were very pleased with the food.
We ordered Dover fish, spinach raviolis, tartare di tono, a couple of salads and some drinks.
The only complaint would be to add more pasta options to their menu, maybe some truffle pasta ;)
Other than that this is a lovely place to have dinner with a view. Don’t forget to try the Bellini and the famous Tiramisu!
We ordered two normal pasta dishes, onr for me and other for my wife.
Neither was tasty and well done.
Little taste, poorly designed.
Never the heigh of a good, prestigious italian restaurant.
Muy agradable lugar, linda vista, excelente comida
The food was terrible, spaghetti was cold and not cooked thoroughly. The service was horrific, $9 for water!Extremely overpriced for the tiny plates they serve! I do not recommend this place to anyone.
The food was very good and the ambiance was nice but the prices were astronomical.
$ 23 for a vanilla ice cream is beyond ridiculous.
There are too many very excellent Italian restaurants in Miami to pay those kind of prices.
The toilet was very dirty!
Overall very good!
I love the experience
It took one hour to serve a pasta.
Another fantastic experience, but they don’t read the requests on OpenTable, so don’t bother. I asked specifically for Ricardo and a window table. Spent 1K for three people steps away from the men’s room door. I’ll be calling next time.
Manager is so rude
He welcome us with question before seating (where are you from??) plus he scan us what we are wearing
Un polite person rude
I came to celebrate my husband’s birthday and i made a request to add candles when bringing desert. Nothing was done. I was very disappointed to see the restaurant didn’t even considered it. Or inform me that it couldn’t be done.
