I ordered burrada and finished
I ordered ravioli and finished
The table was so small to 4 people and I saw other table for more people with 3 person ....
The wine was not charged and I had to ask to add in the check
It was not a lovely dinning
Excelente.. delicious food
With a reservation we had ta wait for 30 min for a table.
LOVE LOVE LOVE! One of my favorites in Miami!!
Food, service and ambiance are all excellent. Two small issues:
Table is set very low, as are the chairs so that you can't properly sit up. This made for an uncomfortable eating position like you were a big person sitting at the kiddie table.
Also, we felt a bit rushed so that they could get us out the door fast for the next wave of arrivals. Considering the prices we would have preferred to take a little more time.
Good food as always!
Are waiter was spot on with the food. It was amazing..
One of our fave restaurants! Everything is always amazing!!
Ein Essen war leider kalt, viel zu wenig und die Bedienung war auch nicht gut. Haben noch nicht einmal gefragt ob alles ok war. Leider passt das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht.
Needless to say that the food continues to be outstanding. This time, we had Pierre, a French waiter, who provided a really first class service: best waiter of Cipriani, and he is French ...
Great food and the service was outstanding. Martinis seemed a little short but otherwise 5’s across the board
I used to go to Cipriani Downtown quite often, and since I have some food limitations I already know what I can eat and what I can’t. I ordered gluten free penne pasta with frutti de mare tomato sauce. Fifteen minutes later the waiter came and said they only had spaghetti. I told him to cook the spaghetti al dente because last time I’ve been to Cipriani the GF spaghetti was over cooked and saggy. This time my pasta was over cooked and saggy again.
I think that there was cross contamination as well, because I felt really, bad after it.
My husband ordered a fennel and octopus salad but he couldn’t say how the octopus was because there were only a few small pieces in it.
One of our guests ordered a glass of wine, but the server never brought it. The service was below average and food was not good this time. I left very disappointed. No returning any time soon.
My favorite place for business lunches and dinners especially when guests are from out of town and looking for a glamorous environment. Among all Cipriani's venues in the US, this offer the best view and architecture.
Cipriani Miami is second only to the original Harry's Bar in Venice where my company hosts US clients at least once a year. I must say the service is also as good as in Venice thanks an experienced folks with international experience (at least some of them).
Thumbs up and keep going!
Overall, bad experience. Was a couple minutes late for the reservation. Staff clearly made it a point to punish us. Gave us a table by the door. Not sure who our waiter was. Hair in our salad that the manager didn’t even care about. Food was mediocre at best and way over priced, for what it was. House “special” carpaccio, was basically roast beef and mayonnaise. Very disappointed!
Uninviting and rude. Had a reservation that they didn’t apparently see at first. They made us wait 15 mins before getting a table and then another 15 after being seated. Was never greeted to even get our drinks taken so we left. Won’t go back. Don’t care how prestige you think you are. Customer service is everything.
While previously one of our favorite spots in Miami and NYC, this visit was disappointing. After being seated, we waited for more than 10 minutes for a server to approach the table. Once he did, his attitude was that he couldn’t be bothered. When our eggplant parm arrived as an app, we asked for napkins from the food runner then our server , who eventually brought over a b&b plate stacked with bev naps. When I asked about linen napkins to protect my wife’s white outfit, he hurriedly remarked that they were coming, but alas never appeared. The lamp chops were fine. We then sat for another 10 minutes waiting on our check. Just not the experience one expects from this operation and at their prices.
This restaurant is adjacent to the W hotel right across the bridge as you enter the Brickell area leaving downtown Miami.
The restaurant it self if very nice , well appointed , but the food in general was average . My wife wasn’t thrilled about the low back chairs and said her cod was “just ok.” My dover sole was good, but the appetizer again was just average. I’d say a nice place to go for the ambiance and view from the windows , but I’d your looking for a mind blowing culinary experience this is not the restaurant for you .
Amazing food, service and decor. And, excellent pasta.
A great place , good food , service perfect !
Cipriani never disappoints you !
Beautiful atmosphere white club dining but very overpriced and tiny portions.
I’ve had taste your Italian food at commercial chain phase restaurant.
Definitely not recommended unless you just have to show off.
Sincerely Not tasty and overpriced
Pésima nunca llego una pasta
service experience can be improved, and its dessert is great!
Great recommendations by the waiter, great food and great ambiance
the door-woman seemed to be ignoring us... the waiter put us at a table but didn't even deliver the napkin.. took long time to get the order. But the TIP owww it was on the count included 18% and we paid. But the service was not good.
Always the best!
Great place fun vibe nnnjjnnnnnnbnnnvvvvvvvvvvvvbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbviiii
Came here with my family while on vacation. I was very excited to try it as I had heard good things. Honestly, it was pretty disappointing. The service wasn’t very good. We had to ask a lot of questions about the menu as the menu came with no description. The waiter did the bare minimum and didn’t seem too interested or enthusiastic about serving us. The octopus appetizer was delicious. The pasta was fair. Cooked well but not very flavorful. For the price, I expected so much better. I wouldn’t return
A nice experience with desserts. With food? So so. Waiters were very nice but the lady at front desk was despicable
We waited 15 minutes for water service on Christmas. Staff was ambivalent at best and never once wished us a "Merry Christmas". A most disappointing experience.
Christmas, Jesus’ Birthday
Christmas lunch. We really enjoyed the location in New York SoHo district so we decided to try Miami.
Not the same menu which was disappointing. We had the waiter make recommendations and we had the gnocchi which was very good. We also had the desert Ice cream that was their signature . It was good but would have preferred a sabayon.
Also valet parking for $20.00 so add that to the bill and your at $250 for a normal lunch.
Looking forward to NY instead.
We were seated next to the waiter’s station and they were constantly talking and arguing about their jobs right by my ears. Three times I asked them to stop. Three times a senior person came to apologize but it continued all through the dinner. The staff are pretentious and inconsiderate.
Unprofessional, obviously annoying and unacceptable particularly given how expensive the restaurant is. And frankly you can get much better pasta or fish elsewhere.
There are many great restaurants in miami.
So no need to have a ruined and expensive night at cipriani.
Great food , excellent service , nice view
BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE
It was great!! Always an amazing experience.
Bien muy buena comida, buen ambiente
Excellent dinner with impeccable service; it is not inexpensive, but one is always willing to acknowledge excellence in the price.
