   Absolutely horrible. We had 8 ladies do after a comedy show, we were sat and then no service forever. Finally got drinks and ordered food. An hour after we arrived our food came They literally brought out a pizza that was so burnt we could smell it. She put it down and acted like she didn’t notice. When I reacted she was like oh yah it’s kinda burnt. I’m like no that’s literally charcoal. They brought another pizza out, burnt again. They just laughed it off. I call another restaurant close by to see if they could take us, they could, so we said cancel our food orders and give us our drink bills we’re leaving. Btw a 9oz house white is $19.60 what in the actual 😂😂😂

   The place is closed and yet, OpenTable let me do a reservation. Planned my evening around my reservation and it ruined my plans.

   We eat on deck so Granville Street great people watching!! Our waitress was awesome!

   I am celiac and ordered a gluten free crus margherita pizza and asked the server if the kitchen if can put it onto a pan so there’s no cross contamination with gluten products but she never came back. and was I was very ill last night. Can you train your staff to understand the seriousness of this,

   - we were 10 minutes late for our reservation but there is a 15 minute grace period and when we got to the front desk the host said there's no tables and to find the manager and ask for a table, we then went to the manager and he directed us to someone else but by then we a table got up and we had to find a server ourselves to help clean it up - I ordered a drink with my food- I never got it which I asked twice about - The bill's were not correct and we were waiting there for around half an hour for them to figure out what went wrong and we couldn't even pay our tab on our phones since it was messed up.

   Tacos were amazing!! Cocktails & wine seemed on the pricier side. Fun atmosphere. There was a leak in the women’s washroom causing water all over the floor…

   The food was excellent and the rsvp seating was organized. I was there to watch a noon time Arsenal soccer game.

   We made a reservation only to show up and the place was closed! Online said they were open until 3am! But there was no one there.

    Great happy hour prices and good proximity to Commadore Ballroom for preconcert drinks. I enjoyed the 3 taco and a beer special.
