CiNe Ratings and Reviews
The food here is always amazing, very creative and well thought out. The service and care is also wonderful. You really feel welcomed and appreciated when dining here. It does tend to get loud in the front, but I think it’s quieter in the rear of the restaurant. We were seated close to the door and it got a little cold. I’m not sure that could have been helped since it was below zero the night we were there.
Our waitress was very kind and attentive. The prickly pear and guava margaritas were divine! The flautas, CiNe salad and tortilla soup were very good. But the star of the day was the mahi mahi cerviche which was delish-so glad we ordered that. Looking forward to our next visit.
Food was very good. The tamale though barely had any pork in it. It was as if half of it had it and the rest was masa only. We advised the waitress that we had a daughter that had a dairy allergy and unfortunately the order was not done correctly and had to wait for them to redo her plate. Other than that the staff was very good.
Ate at this restaurant a few years ago and it was great. Quality of the food has gone down hill. I would no longer call it gourmet. Very disappointed. Staff stood and watched us waiting for us to leave...restaurant wasn't even closed yet. Would recommend bar only.
Food was delicious, terrible service. Went for lunch, ordered an app, 2 entrees and 2 drinks. We arrived at 1:15 and were seated immediately. There were maybe 6-8 tables full when we arrived. After a mix up with the appetizers (the first 2 we ordered were not available), we finally got an appetizer and our drinks (maybe 15-20 mins).... and waited. Our entrees did not arrive until 230, at which point there were maybe 2 other tables full. Slow to get a 2nd round of drinks, our bill had an error on it, no one asked if we wanted dessert. The drinks were fantastic, the food was delicious... we'd go again but not with kids and only if we didn't have any time constraints.
We should have learned our lesson from a previous visit. The service, along with their other restaurants, is awful. Maybe I'm biased to great Mexican food after being raised in Arizona, but this place has pseudo-Mexican food. The fajitas were awful and that's tough to get wrong. I will never go back.
Our meal was excellent! Chef Soul made 3 amazing mole sauces to complement our meal. I had the salmon and my husband had the skirt steak. We enjoyed the appetizer and entrees immensely! Manager George was very helpful in accomplishing our requests. Great restaurant in a beautiful town!
