We enjoy coming to Cinco's because of atmosphere in the location. We can either come as a family or on a date night or girls night out. We really like how you have entertainment on the weekends either on the patio when it's warm or inside by the bar. New outdoor seating is wonderful especially when you have kids that want to run in the grass area while you finish up your meal. The only criticism that I've had so far is that the ramekins that you use for your salsa are not sufficient for the size of the chips that you have. No matter who I come with they always comment on how small the salsa ramekins are and that it doesn't make any sense when you're trying to dip a chip in it.
Great Mexican. Several great options to choose from with fresh ingreadients. Large outdoor rooftop with weekend entertainment.
Upon arrival, our table was ready and waiting. We were quickly greeted by our waiter and we asked for waters while we looked over the menu. He left, for awhile. We had to get another server to find him to order. The drink orders got mixed up and he wasn't present when the food was brought out, so we had to figure out what went where. The food was just ok. But the environment was great. Not noisy, or crowded. We had a great girls night out for my friend's birthday. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for the food or service though. Friends like the alcoholic beverages, so maybe just go for drinks and to hang out. I also think our server was fairly new.
Chef was evidently 'not with it' tonight. Ordered the ahi tuna tacos (have ordered in the past with no problems) Two out of three of the tacos had tuna that was full of skin/gristle and you could not bite nor eat them. Brought it to the attention of our server, showed him the un-edible pieces (it would turn your stomach) and he called the Mgr. We did get the tacos taken off our bill but not sure we will trust them with these tacos again.
A little more attention to detail would be good. It was late afternoon well before the dinner crowd so the kitchen was surely not rushed!
Back room very loud. Recommend some type of noise dampening.
Have always given Cinco's 5 stars however this time the drinks were terrible.
Everyone was sooo nice and the food was really good
Absolutely delicious and neat atmosphere! We really enjoyed our dinner and quick seating!
The hostess wad really sweet and nice I believe her name was hannah. The server Katelyn was ok. She was nice and all but made silly mistakes. Such as every time we ordered drinks she forgot one. And once a friend ordered a Coke she brought it out and said I think the bag is empty do you want to try it? Clearly the drink had no syrup. She should have just switched the bag and brought her a fresh one. Another friend ordered the Monday night tacos. She asked for salsa that normally comes with the meal. The waitress brings it out and said it normally didn't come with it but I'll give it to you. Then when she ran get card she was charged 1.50 for the salsa really is a Mexican restaurant?? You charge for salsa? The food was good though. Prices were great on Mondays $3 margaritas and $2 tacos.
CINCO IS CONSISTENTLY GOOD.WECOME FOR EVENING DINNERS AND HAVE BROGHT FRIENDS AND RELATIVES AT VARIOUS TIMES.
We enjoyed our meal. The food is always good, and staff attentive. You had just lost a staff member, and there was an unspoken remembrance of her with ribbons pinned to your clothing and flowers with a pic in the entry. It was a lovely touch, and understated yet very powerful. I am sorry for your loss.
Nice new menus. Food was very nicely plated and delicious.
Good food but a little slow service.
First time here and I look forward to coming back and trying the brunch. My group (3) enjoyed the meal and the attentive service.
The food was good. The service was very bad. The waiter poorly attended to us and we seemed to better service from bus boys/junior wait staff. I was going to leave no tip but felt bad so left $10 on a $103 bill when I normally tip 20%.
Used opentable to make a reservation and received an email confirmation. Upon arrival at Cinco's, they had no record of it and it caused us to have a 1 hour wait.
Loud, watered down drinks .... Server was nervous & overwhelmed with a nice table if 5!
Would never recommend this place !!!!
We had a very good experience at Cinco for Father's Day. The food and service were vey good - the only downside was a large party nearby that created a bit of noise. We would definitely go back.
We ended up choosing the rooftop area, which is actually first come first served but there were still open seats at the time we arrived. Friendly service, good food. The Cinco burrito was large!, filling and quite good.
the only thing that was a problem, was the level of service. Our waiter seemed to be new and we had to ask several times for things ordered. I ordered a side salad, and never got it.
Otherwise, enjoyed the dinner.
Friday night date night. $5 Texas Margarita, great guacamole, Ahi tuna salad! What more do you need! We will return for more great drinks and food.
As always, clean, friendly, great food, great help.
Our server was very helpful suggesting items for one of our vegan guest. Friday's is Texan Margarita night! And Monday is $3 house Margaritas. Chips and salsa are a bit different than the normal Mexican spot. These are healthier and not as hot.
We absolutely love going to Cinco's. Everything is so fresh. Staff is friendly. Restuarant is very clean.
Dined on the patio on a great evening. The ahi tuna salad was a pleasant change from the normal heavier mexican dishes. Also tried the shrimp quesadilla which was also good. Not too satisfied with their margarita, all ice and very little drink. Really nice setting for a restaurant with outdoor dining.
The only complaint I have is the alcoholic drinks. I tried two different margaritas and they both had very little alcohol in them. Not worth it!! The food was excellent! The live music was fun.
We have eaten here several times trying a variety of both menu items and specials - all were excellent. They start you off with fantastic light chips and a robust roasted tomato salsa.
The service is probably the quickest we have experienced at a sit down restaurant, and we have been there at dinner on a weekend and even valentine's day.
the pinnacle is the jalapeño margarita - highly recommended.
Following our recent use of a different Cinco's which was tremendous, we went back to our neighborhood venue. I don't know how or why but it's just not in the same league. We took our family this time but we ordered basically the same as we had eaten at Cobb. To say it was disappointing would be an understatement. Service was OK, food OK too but just not as well presented and I think that's the difference. More attention to detail is needed to bring it up to the Cobb standard. It looks as if it was thrown together and then onto a plate - at Cobb the presentation was so much better. It still tasted fine but....... And why are drinks so expensive at Cinco's? I still cannot work that out - it detracts from the overall value of the place.
We have been to Cinco's Vickery several times for date night and on family occasions. The server's are all fantastic and very personable. The food is fabulous and the restaurant décor is beautiful.
Ate here for the first time on a Saturday night with 3 of us. Meals included veal quesadilla, beef fajitas, and skirt steak with chile relleno. All were fantastic but the skirt steak and veal were the tops. The jalapeno margarita was outstanding. We are also a big fan of the roasted tomato hot sauce dip for chips prior to the meal. We will definitely be returning.
