Offering breathtaking views of the Arch and downtown St. Louis, Cielo Restaurant is the city's authentic Italian option, with casual, family-style dining.

Created by Executive Chef Gian Nicola Colucci, a native of Italy, Cielo’s menu focuses on homemade Italian classics with local ingredients. Parlaying the ease of the Italian lifestyle, Cielo's sommelier, Jeff Hall, offers many affordable wines from Chef Colucci’s home region, Piedmont. Cielo Bar echoes St. Louis's vibrant cocktail scene with hand-crafted cocktails and locally brewed beers.

With a variety of event spaces - Gaja Wine Cellar, Sky Lobby, River North with views of Stan Musial Bridge, private cabana dinners on the Sky Terrace, interactive cooking classes in the heart of the kitchen and more, Cielo sets the stage for intimate affairs and festive celebrations. Complimentary valet parking available at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis.

My wife was celebrating her 60 birthday and wanted to go to the Four Seasons for Sunday Brunch. We have been there before and had a wonderful time. The food and service was great. Wish they put the lobster claws back on the Brunch.

I think the restaurant may have had an “off” night. This was my second time dining here and I don’t remember it being this bad. For starters I had a Ceaser Salad, it was very salty, I’ve never had a salad that was seasoned. For the entree I had the Braised Beef Risotto, Risotto is a very tough dish to make and it has to be cooked just right or it’s crucnchy and can taste undercooked, and that’s how it was for me. Other than that the server was great and willing to accommodate us. I declined to let them redeem themselves, but it’s a very nice restaurant , they had live music which was great and I hope this only happened to me and my party.

The ambiance was great but for the price we paid, the five course meal wasn’t worth the money. The pumpkin soup was too sweet and the risotto was undercooked- the rice was hard and crunchy.
I had informed about my daughter’s allergies in advance, but the restaurant didn’t do anything with that information.
I have been there before and the experience has been much better.

Went for 5 course Christmas Eve dinner. Sent 2 courses back barely touched. Bland flavors, thick gluey texture to soup and risotto. Even ruined the beef tenderloin by coating with sickly sweet Madeira sauce. $100 per person for this disappointment. Will NOT return.

Christmas Eve dinner w/ a family of 11. Music was too loud and the kitchen was behind. Although we understood it was a 5 course meal, the timing between the courses took too long. Service was mediocre. We’ve done the Mother’s brunch here several times, but disappointed with the Christmas Eve meal.
