   Been to this location many times this is the last. Non existent service. One waitress for 15-16 tables. Could not even get starters out together. Not the severe fault of manger pouring drinks. Veal Milanese unedible. Wine got their after apps delivered. Noise off the chart.

   Booked a dinner reservation for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was amazing. Our server (wish I got his name!) was great, so friendly and attentive. He even brought out a dessert for him. Perfect Sunday dinner celebration.

   Loved the food and ambience, but not the service - had to wait almost for 45 minutes to get the mains

   The octopus was just “okay”, and both the pastas we ordered were way too salty that we couldn’t finish them. It was also weird, because there was two of us and they left 4 plates and cutlery on the table. After pushing it aside, they still didn’t take it away. Overall, our experience fell short. Had higher expectations as we’ve been here many times before. But after this meal, I don’t think we’ll ever be back.

   I want to be honest without sounding harsh…the food had no flavor and the soup that was $20 was no better than canned soup. The service was rushed and you can tell the servers were overworked. Disappointing, especially for Yorkville. :(

   Food was typical for a larger, less intimate Italian place, mediocre but easy to please a larger crowd. What really dampened this lunch was the service. We were a group of 7 so there was a 20% autograt which our server did not deserve. We were pinched for a spot close to the office and now I understand why it was nearly empty when we walked in around 12:15pm. So many other options in the area to try before you settle here.

   It was Easter Sunday . We were grateful that CIBO was open & to the staff that was working! Food was delicious & service was different than usual.

    Good value restaurant. Decent food, nice ambiance and not too noisy so you could have a conversation. What I was most impressed with was the service. All staff were warm and welcoming and our waiter never rushed us. He was available when we needed and gave us lots of time to enjoy our food and “catch up”. In an industry that has people leave as fast as possible to turn over a table and make more profit, this was REALLY nice !
