    We came in with a reservation for a team outing. Unfortunately, this ended up being the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant in Toronto. Our server was inattentive and clearly overwhelmed — she didn’t know who ordered what, got several things wrong, and barely engaged with us. The only thing that salvaged the experience was the server assistant who kept our waters filled, brought condiments promptly, and did what he could in the absence of any direction from the server. The 20% automatic gratuity was undeserved. The experience left a bad impression on our whole team, and we won’t be returning.

    Came for an early afternoon out, but wasn’t too busy. Great service, good food, a good step out of the hustle and bustle to have a nice lunch with friends then get back to your day
