Food was fantastic. Service was inadequate for the standards in Yorkville. Took too long to serve meals. Didn't clear plates before serving next course. Drinks were not served in reasonable time. Overall very disappointing.
We felt safe. Tables properly distanced. We were seated quickly. Server was very friendly.
We had a quiet table at the back, service was good, food was good. We both felt very safe. It’s the second time we’ve been, she will be going back on Monday with another friend! 👍
Service was terrible. Had to keep requesting server to come take order...took forever to receive food and when paying the server had the tip option preselected at 20%.
The service was absolutely terrible. My friend and I sat there for over an hour without being offered a second drink and or food.

Food was honestly overpriced for what it was. Qauntity and value did not match up in my opinion
Good food, we order the Capricciosa and Burrata pizzas, both were very tasty, the wine was also pretty good.
This place is a good option if you want something elegant and simple at the same time.

The food and portion sizes were good! Definitely left feeling full.
However I would skip the cocktails and just go for wine or beer. The cocktails were expensive and tasted like poorly made mocktails.
Servers are always friendly and there just when you need them
Service was horrible. Didn’t bring water. App and main came at same time. Never poured our wine for us. Never came to ask us if we were happy or needed anything.
We ordered a caprese salad on Sept 10 when tomatoes are at peak harvest and was served with tomatoes looking like they were bought I January.
Overall it was ok. I expected more. However in all fairness I didn’t order any signature plates

Everything was great but server was rushing us to order, we were there right on time and did not get seated until 10 mins later and didn’t have a server come to us until another 10 mins later, so how are you going to rush me when you weren’t even there to serve us while we were clearly ready to order. Regardless the food was great, but if there is a rush in the kitchen because of closing time then why take us in?
The hostess was not very friendly or welcoming. The service was quite slow, however the waiter was kind enough to offer complimentary dessert for the long wait time. Food was okay.
Server was very kind and apologized due to the long wait for our food. Food was amazing, our server was amazing, just a bad experience with the hostesses. Sat us at a dirty table, and the hostess just tried to brush it off with her hands. Wasn't until I asked her to wipe the table did she do so.
Cibo always delivers delicious food, great service. Took my neice for a congratulatory celebration. We had a blast. It's my local!!
Food was ok. Had the trout which was too salty. Pizza was fine. Service was poor and with attitude.

We’ve been happily going to cibo yorkville for years, but our experience yesterday was less than satisfactory- poor customer service, our server was abrupt and we had to keep calling for other unwilling servers to help. Quality of food has drastically dropped, not sure if they changed management or changed the chef.
Will not be returning to cibo.
I always have a great meal at Cibo Yorkville. The food and wine never disappoints. Service is on the ball and doesn't rush you out. Perfect for date night or girl's night.
Food was meh (our pasta was cold although it was quick coming back heated). Biggest issue was the lacklustre service, but to be fair they appear understaffed. I will not be returning here.
very good in general. but compared to our previous visits, this was the least pleasing. the food was fine, but the server was absent minded and not caring enough. we had to keep calling him and reminding him about our orders and he comes for a second and leave quickly, at a point i asked him if he is so busy that he cannot serve us? and he answered jokingly that "you know, it's a busy night".
Food was pretty bad, lettuce was limp, dressing was just drizzled on top of the salad so I guess it was assumed I would be tossing my own salad. The artichokes were tasteless.
We arrived and had to wait for our reservation. Then we had to wait 15min for anyone to serve us water. Then another 20min for our drinks to arrive. Then another 15 min for our bread (appetizer) which was hard as a brick to arrive with no side plates or napkins, I had to walk inside to go get them. We then waited 20min more for our server to reappear. When our food arrived my pizza was either undercooked or had been sitting long enough for the cheese to be cold to the touch. Frustrated we asked for the bill 2 times taking about 25min before I had to once again walk in and get it myself.
I have been going to CIBO for some time now usually once every couple of weeks and i don’t think I will be anymore.
What was supposed to be a nice casual dinner with my girlfriend before she went back to school was a complete disaster from the moment I arrived until I left.
A waste of $100 but more importantly a waste of two hours of our time and last meal together.
Ordered cocktails and and bottle of water after being seated. Drinks took around 30 mins to arrive. Appetizer was brought out but kitchen staff who placed it on table and left. Had to ask another waitress to get us cutlery. Our waiter never returned to our table after taking our dinner order until he brought the bill. Automatic 18% tip. Asked if he felt we received proper service - he said no. Asked to speak to manger. She did offer compensation but we refused. I’ve been to many Liberty owned restaurants and they have all been great. Hopefully it was just an off night for the waiter but nevertheless we left disappointed.
Had a reso for 6:30 - arrived early and didn’t get seated where we wanted because it was given to someone else who did not have a reso . Finally got seated ordered a bottle of wine and 2 appies. First appy arrived cold second one didn’t arrive. Wine didn’t arrive until we got up and complained at 7pm (we had not ordered yet either) finally food arrived but no cutlery - by the time cutlery arrived food was cold 😂 overall disaster lol
Choose a booth table or patio and just try to make a choice from this delectable menu. Salads are fresh and generous. I always order the wild mushroom pizza with a hint of truffle in the cheese. Yum
The food was fantastic, service was friendly and accommodating. Would definately go back to visit once again.
My husband and I found that our entrees (gnocchi and calzone) were nothing special, and my peach sangria was rather flavourless. Lovely atmosphere and service but lacking in the food and drinks quality.
The place was a furnace with an indoor pizza oven they kept all the doors and windows open . Had to be 10 degrees warmer inside and probably close to 95 F inside . It was brutal . Not sure what management was thinking . Was a ridiculously uncomfortable meal.
Meh…it’s good for food but very mediocre if you dine often.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. NEVER GOING TO THE YORKVILLE LOCATION AGAIN. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. THE PEOPLE AT NIGHT COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR JOB AND DOINF THEIR OWN JOB.We were looking forward to celebrating a birthday and made reservations 2 weeks prior. We even stopped by 4 hours before our reservation time to make sure we were seated together as we are a large group. We were excited because they told us everything was set. When we got there for our reservation with our large party, the STAFF did not want to accommodate us with our group of 12 and said they weren't aware we can be seated together. After waiting 30 MINUTES to be seated, we were told we can all sit together however there will only be one bill and it will be 18% gratuity on the whole bill. We accepted and sat down. 2 HOURS UNTIL WE GOT OUT FOOD. WE DIDNT EVEN ORDER AND THE MANAGER CAME TO US TO TELL US THE KITCHEN WAS CLOSING. TERRIBLE SERVICE AT YORKVILLE Location
We have dined at The other Cibo locations in the past and enjoyed it very much. We made a reservation at Cibo on Yorkville for my daughter’s birthday. We placed our order and got our drinks but waited over an hour for the food. Waitress did not come by to check on us and update on the food status. Eventually we called her over letting her know we’ve been waiting this long so she brought us some bread in the meantime. Service was a real disappointment and we didn’t complain as we don’t really like to do so especially now with Covid. Will not be return to this location for very poor service.
