It was a great experience being back dining for the first time after the covid shutdown!

Very good gnocchi, arancini, polenta fries and meatballs. Service was a little bumpy but as to be expected when first reopening overall great meal.

Great lunch on the firsr day patios were allowed to reopen.

Ordered vegan, food came with cheese. Food tasted poor ... service not great, and not very accomodating.

We went for Brunch on a Sunday. This is our second time going to Cibo since we are very happy with the variety and quality of food offered. The omelette station is great, made to order pizzas and salads are wonderful. There are also great deals for brunch offered on Groupon at regular intervals that offer very good value. Our server was very pleasant, but clearly over-stretched as she could only get to us once every 20-25 mins or so; even though it wasn't terribly busy on this visit compared to our first last fall.

CIBO never disappoints! Only problem I have there is choosing what to eat.

I’m always very pleased every time I go to Cibo. The food is so good and there are so many options. Not to mention it’s great value too. There hasn’t been a time where I also receive exceptional service too. The waiters and waitresses are really friendly and personable and treat you well.

Food is always good here, servers could have been a bit more energetic and a bit more upbeat. Food came out quickly and there were not issues.

It's a favorite of ours, it was just that on this occasion the server seemed a little preoccupied with other tables and we were left for long stretches unhelped.

Food is fantastic as well as the service. Best part is the ambiance - dim, relaxing and romantic. Perfect for a work dinner or a date night. Get the Carbonara!

My husband and I celebrated his birthday dinner tonight! It was our first time dining with CIBO Wine Bar and his first time in Canada! I must say, this place is amazing from the first greeting to paying our bill. I can’t waiting to go back!!!!!

We had the bread/olives (app), grilled octopus (app), lobster raviolis, seafood linguine...

My wife and I went for dinner a few weeks ago. The service was excellent - from recommendations of wine to understanding of the menu. We had a cheese board and the bread (to die for) and then shared the braised beef pasta and a pizza. My only complaint is I want more of the pasta! We will be back.

Enjoyed our time, but I found the tables were really close together and they tried to squish 6 people at a four seat table. My legs were hitting the table legs and very uncomfortable .

Also my meatballs were cold in the middle not luke warm actually cold. So they made me some new ones, but by the time I got my meatballs I was done my spaghetti .

We had a great meal here before a show. Everything about this place was spot on! The food was delicious and the service was terrific. It was a little pricey but not outrageous for the neighborhood. It worked out to be about $70 a head including drinks. Definitely a great spot for date night too!

We ordered a bread that never arrived. The three main dishes we ordered (pasta) were extremely small (the portion size), and the service was not attentive to what we needed. I constantly had to actively search for the waitress’ attention to ask for something.

This visit was our first, and we were pleasantly delighted to find a restaurant where you can converse with your companion.
Decor is not opulent but nicely designed .
Staff were very hospitable and knowledgeable.
The prosciutto and salami plate we shared was delicious. The foccacio plate with olives and pepper was super. Oddly, the olives tasted kalamata rather than Italian.
We had bistecca alla griglia was good...caveat...their medium rare is red, not pink.
Overall, both of us, my wife and I, enjoyed our dinner and have already recommended Cibo to our friends.

Good vibe and atmosphere with food quality to match but portions are pretty small for the price in my opinion

Loved the restaurant however the server did not seem interested in us at all. The server beside us suggested bread and brought them oil and balsamic however we had to ask for everything . We always tip 20% and did but really service was very weak .

Pappardelle was quite undercooked (which was unexpected for fresh pasta).

We’ve been to Cibo about 4 times and it is very hit or miss but this time it was phenomenal. The food was hot and fresh and I think the key is to go when it is busy. The food seems to be better. The service was a bit slow but when the food is good that doesn’t matter as much. Their Sunday all you can eat brunch is great as well.

Very disappointed as there were a handful of issues that could have been solved swiftly and effectively.
First upon arrival my girlfriend and i checked in with the host and a manager close by came to seat us, she seemed to have changed where we were seated on their electronic seating plan.
we were sat just to the left of the host stand, and a cold winter breeze would gust our way every time the door opens. it didn’t happen too often so we were content. By the time our meal came it was cold within minutes due to the amount of people coming in and out of the restaurant.
When asking my server to speak with management due to a reservation problem, we received attitude and she stomped to the other server nearby and started complaining about tables.
when a manager arrived i voiced my concerns, stating everything was well apart with the fact that i booked a reservation for a table ahead of time and was placed at a non ideal table by the door in which my girlfriend and i could not enjoy our meal. The manager spoke to me as you would speak to a complaining child and looked as if he was trying not to roll his eyes.
Very disappointed in this restaurant as i have heard lovely things about it.
Good service is not difficult to achieve. Good food can be hard to find, and the food here is wonderful as well as the cocktails

Always great food! Polenta fries were great but had no salt. Zucchini and artichoke starter is amazing.
Pasta is always great.
Service is friendly, and knowledgeable.

The sommelier was incredible - she listened to two different tastes and suggested an amazing bottle to suit both palates. Fabulous attention to detail from all servers.

We were here last year and really enjoyed the food. However on this occasion it was only average, not much flavour present.

We had appetizers, main course and dessert on a Saturday night. Even though it was busy, the service and ambience were perfect. The food was incredible, definitely one of my new favourites!

The food is bad (at best) - our party ordered 2 pastas and the only flavor we tasted was extreme salt. Service was slow and unhelpful. Didnt have high expectations but for 140 bucks for 2 - thats insane. Will not return again.

Overpriced for the portions and quality of food.
The seared ahi tuna for $32 was definitely not worth it in taste or size.
Salads are Meh...I can make it better at home.
Disappointed.

Just a remarkable experience and we were treated with class. Great spot and the people were so wonderful there.

Went on a date for dinner with my fiancé and we were pretty unimpressed with the food. We ordered the Lobster ravioli and a pizza and neither seemed fresh - the ravioli looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp as the sauce was a different colour on the top than under the pasta. The menu said the pasta was made fresh in house but it honestly seemed like a store bought variety. The pizza crust and cheese were thicker than expected - for the price you pay we expected a nice thin crust chewy dough and fresh toppings but that’s not what we received. The atmosphere and decor were nice, but honestly we were pretty disappointed with the quality of food.

I would totally recommend to do the Sunday lunch buffet! The pasta and pizza station are my favourite and so tasty
