Ciao Ristorante + Enoteca
Always great service, food & atmosphere!
Always great service and food!
Food was very good. All of our party had a seafood entree. Shrimp pasta dishes and scallops. Stuffed mushrooms very good for appetizer and desserts were excellent.
Great food and service
All around excellent experience. Staff are friendly and highly competent.
Great food, great atmosphere and fantastic service. The pork chop is very VERY good.
Amazing, we get the same waitress every time and she is very good to us.
Always a pleasant experience, love the staff, especially Leah, Scott & Tyler. They are friendly, efficient and go above and beyond. I truly appreciate gluten free options that are also delicious. Great food and drinks.
Ciao is our go to spot for any occasion.
Shrimp fra diavolo was not spicy and lacked any noticeable seasoning. My wife’s seafood ravioli was delicious. Linguine noodles in the the diavolo were cooked perfectly
Everything about Ciao was first rate. Except my friend and I were initially seated next to a very raucous table of 6, so our waiter (Scott) graciously moved us to a more sedate section. His service was exceptional - very solicitous and informative. And the food (spaghetti bolognese for me, chicken parmigiana for her) was beautifully presented and just as edible.
Since this was a Wednesday night, live music was also on the menu. We thoroughly enjoyed an acoustic set by Wayne Givens, he and his guitar. It added to the ambiance.
Love the live music
Wonderful food in an excellent atmosphere. Great wine list
Steak was the worst I’ve ever had. Poor quality meat cooked in a pan, not a grill. The wife’s scallops were extremely gritty. Drinks and ambiance were good, food not so much.
Was much better than the last visit I had. Enjoyed !
Drinks were wonderful, service okay, but food was under seasoned. We had to ask for salt. I usually do not need this. I changed what I usually get and was disappointed with it.
Wonderful service, food, and atmosphere. We love the live music.
Great food, excellent service and we enjoyed the music. We’ll return!
Had a wonderfully authentic meal with great service !
Always love our time at Ciao! We appreciate all they have to offer. From the always flavorful food to the ambiance and friendly but professional service, we usually don't let a month go by without retuning.
Great dinner and cocktails!
We took a family member out for her birthday. We had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptional. The food was wonderful. We would highly recommend this place.
In the area for a conference. We were looking for a nice place for dinner and found this gem! Excellent service, food was fantastic! Great atmosphere!
It was great!
Our very favorite restaurant!! Always consistently good. Love their menu selections!
Food is outstanding and most of the time the servers are very experienced. On our recent visit, the service staff was not as experienced but the food and atmosphere were as awesome as they always were. I will definitely go back (multiple times) but I recommend a little more training with the younger staff. It may help for them to see it from the customer's point of view and see how the placement of dishes in front of customers, instead of at the edge of the table (which requires customers to reach and move the food into the right spot) really makes a difference on the experience and hence on their tip. Thanks for having such an awesome restaurant here in Cape!
I forget how delicious the food here really is! The special, risotto colorato, which I believe the server, Bobby, said means colorful risotto, was wonderful. Our table of 6 enjoyed the monkey bread, calamari, various salads, both specials, and some “tried and true” dishes! EXCELLENT!
Always a great experience! I had the shrimp and scallop special and it was delicious! Scott, our server was awesome! Will come back!!
We very much enjoy our Ciao experiences because the service is generally very good, the atmosphere is lively, and there is always a host of friendly faces to encounter. The authenticity of Italian fare is debatable, as I feel there is quite a bit of artistic license taken in the kitchen. Some of the dishes that I perceive to be fairly simple i.e. Chicken Piccata have been rendered outside of the norm, and on our most recent visit, this was not received well by all three of our guests who ordered this dish. No inquiries were made about how our food was, but nor did we make an issue of it. The chicken was very dry, little to no sauce, nor any sign of capers. The side of pasta was very sparse, which is silly given the little expense it costs to produce. I would prefer a more abbreviated menu with excellent and authentic execution. The Dover Sole was remarkably well priced and below the standard market price, but the execution of the dish was very disappointing, lacking in the delicacy of flavor and texture. The ambiance is great, however the acoustics make it nearly impossible to have a conversation when there is live music. The choice of artists is always great, but if we are dining in a large group, we don't go on evenings when there is live entertainment.
I came to see Maggie Thorn sing & she did not disappoint! What a doll!! Hv been there b4 & food is superb. Only complaint is it took an hour for our food bt we were staying anyway & we had an appetizer so it was all good. Loved the happy hour specials. Got 2 beers for $4. Told them I must hv only been charged for one beer & was shie it was a mistake. Wl be back for happy hour. Please bring Maggie back. I wl come every time & bring friends!!!!
I would not recommmend it to my friends. I made a reservation a couple weeks in advance and we had a table right next to the kitchen and could hear everything back there. Also it took over and hour and half to get out entrees after our appetizer. When our food came out it was almost 9 o’clock and the potato’s and asparagus were cold. I’m not sure if they were under staffed, but for a Valentine’s dinner it was unacceptable.
Absolutely amazing. Top notch food, full of flavor. Excellent choices. Service was amazing. Recommend this place 20 out of 10!
Great service, delicious food, and a delightful combo providing music—what more could you want for date night?
Excellent as always!
Excellent menu & outstanding food. Everything was delicious. We asked for additional pita triangles for our appetizer three times and finally got them just as we finished our dinner and were preparing to order dessert. Other than that, service was great.
We had a nice birthday dinner. The food was good, not great ( except for the meatballs, outstanding). The service was excellent. The live music was enjoyable. A bit overpriced.
Everything was excellent! We highly recommend Ciao whether it’s a special occasion or an evening out!
It was our first time but we were surprised and by how fancy the place is and how energetic the staff was. It was great experience and great food. We will be back!
Everything was great. Will go again and again. did great.
Ordered Farfale with Pistachios in cream sauce. I could smell the shrimp as she was placing my food on the table. The dish tasted like not fresh shrimp. Extremely disappointing and I paid 20 plus dollars.
Service was very good. We had the Seafood Ravioli and Chicken Piccata, both very good. Started with the Pear Walnut Salad, also excellent. Desserts were Tiramisu and the NY Cheesecake with the Turtle Pecan topping. Celebrating a birthday and enjoyed the whole experience.
