Ciao Bella Ratings and Reviews
We love having Rossi wait on us. She makes great suggestions and is very attentive throughout out meal. We each ordered a variation on white fish. Both were good, but my husband's was the better prepared special. They brought out ice cream for his birthday.
Our new year's eve dining experience was great. Unfortunately, they did not have one of the standard wines that I love. Service was a little slow; however, the food was worth the wait. Everything came out hot and perfectly prepared. Everyone at the table had a different dish and was happy. If you go, you have to try the pappardelle pasta.
We had 16 that d ay and we all commented on the great quality of the food both off the menu and at the buffet . We definitely will be back. We all swim at Fitness point and get together with mates to celebrate various things--the next being that one couple will be turning 90.
Rosie did a super job with our big gang all wanting separate checks which make paying easier for us but more work for her. she was so gracious. THANK YOU
My parents had recommended this spot and I was sorry they did. We were seated in the back room which had no ambiance and felt quite depressing. There is no natural light, the walls are dirty and the service while kind was incredibly slow. I felt like we were second fiddle to the guests seated in the main dining room. The food was also not great, the lasagna had almost no noddles, the lobster ravioli were meh, and the chicken was not great. The tiramisu left a oily feel in the mouth, real whipped cream was not used in that dessert.
I unfortunately do not recall our waitress's name who attendeds us , but she was very skilled and attentive to our needs. She enhanced our dining experience. That is something some restaurants do not seem to understand. A great wait staff can make or break you. We found the food to be well prepared and very enjoyable. The bottle of Sasoregale Sangiovese Maremma Toscana we shared we all agreed was very good. One of the things I appreciated most was that though there was a buzz in the dining area, we could still have an enjoyable conversation with each other without having to shout over those dining around us. To me , that is one of the key ingredients to fine dining, good food and the ability to have good conversation along with it. Otherwise you are just eating.
My wife and I rsvp’d earlier in the day and walked in around 7pm and was seated 5mins later! It was definitely a wait crowd and gets very busy here. Great service, fast and professional. The food was spectacular and affordable. It made for a nice quick date night after we left the first location! In and out, quick and easy! Definitely recommend trying out!
Appetizers of grilled calamari and the antipasto were quite good. Steak was done perfectly, eggplant parmagiana was done well. Veal entrees were overdone just a bit. They have nice bottles of house wines. Desserts were quite good. Complaint about veal was well received -- desserts were then gratis. Ran out of coffee, apparently, so end of meal was a bit truncated.
Most of the time my wife and I go to Ciao Bella's for dinner normally on a Friday evening. For special occasions, we sometimes invite other family members to join us because the atmosphere is always great, the food is always good and the service has never disappointed us. We will continue to go to Ciao Bella's as our area go to restaurant.
Our first time visit. Warmly welcomed by name and seated promptly. Excellent service by staff.
Superb meal. The only downside was that there were no many outstanding entrees, it was hard to select. Will have to return many times to sample the rest. Warmly greeted and thanked by owner. Made an outstanding impression on my date. Made me look like a valued and appreciated client.
I have been here several times, but Saturday was a disappointment. Service was very poor and the food was average. The restaurant was very crowded and it was very noisy. The ambiance was not good and the wash room was a mess. Overall, my experience on this visit was a kin to Olive Garden. Overall a disappointment.
Ciao Bella is my local favorite. I am here at least once a month and I'm never disappointed. The bread/spices/oil/parm is delicious and almost all of the dishes I've had have been outstanding. I'm recently eating gluten free and they had quite a few entrée options that were compliant. Maybe some day they could add a GF pasta - that would be awesome!
My husband and I were SO VERY HAPPY with EVERYTHING! We had our date day this past Friday and this was our first stop, BOY WERE WE PLEASED! The staff, the ambiance, the Raspberry & Grapefruit Martini's not to mention the food were all PHENOMENAL! I'm a Chef, own a Catering company & I am very picky about the food I eat "out" so for me to LOVE this place is HUGE!
My husband and I came there on a date. We enjoyed the food, the ambiance was awesome and our server was awesome. This was a great start to a sexy evening my husband planned for our date. We will be back and will definitely tell our friends about this absolutely wonderful restaurant.
